The rooms were a nice size. We had two adults and two kids staying in one room. The bathroom was nice. Our refrigerator did not seem to get cold. We had a bottle of water in there for almost 4 days and it was barely cool to the touch when we took it out, we did request somebody look at it, and nobody did end up coming to look at it. But we really didn’t need to use a refrigerator. It wasn’t that big of a deal for us.
The staff was always friendly and made us feel very welcome. Everybody was very knowledgeable about the Disney property or the hotel property. The grounds were always beautiful. The pool was a really nice area.
Using the Skyliner to get to Disney properties was very easy and walking to the Skyliner in the morning it took about five minutes, depending on where you would stay on the property but again the grounds are so beautiful that walking there was always a nice treat!
I’d recommend this hotel room to a family that’s trying to save a little money at once to stay on Disney property. We did go next-door to the Riviera and eat food because the food at Caribbean Beach was very much like cafeteria food. It was nothing exceptionally good to eat, but it was still food and it wasn’t terrible!

Disney always proves they know how to give you the best experience for the money you spend. This trip was no exception.
The staff are always exceptional at Disney. Happy to see you and help you -- even if you're exhausted from traveling with kids and not super chipper yourself. And they have transportation nailed down. I liked staying at one of the spots along the skyliner so we had multiple transit options around the property.
The accommodations were very comfortable and the shower products provided were good.
Our only challenge was at check-in. I booked both rooms and it took us almost half an hour to figure out that my Mom couldn't check in because her room was showing my name, even though all the confirmation emails clearly had her listed. That was frustrating but the young woman at the desk did her best to make it right and kept her smile firmly affixed in place and her attitude bright the entire time. It made the experience much easier.

Came back to WDW after 33 years away; in our 70s; was told of the amount of walking in this resort; it was fine; nicely appointed landscapes; paved sidewalks well kept; lots of little nooks and areas to go off and sit and even use hammocks; each "village" has its own pool and bus stop; while we had a king bed room (may I add a comment about the shower/bath- there are no safety hand rails/grips nor any safety strips or mat on the floor of the shower/bath-dangerous I think)-in Jamaica, probably the furthest walk to Old Port Royale, the main facility with check in; stores, restaurants, it was no more than a pleasant 8 " walk there. We were very close to the bus stop as well as the skyliner building. we can't complain. We could even see fireworks in the distance each night. All staff were pleasant, going out of their way to get me a ride the first afternoon when they noted my limp ...we'll come and stay there again for sure.

We didn't stay here, but took the grandkids in for the brunch with meet and greet Disney characters. The characters, 5 Stars 🌟!! These people in the suits do a fantastic job and are greatly appreciated! The food, well, let's just say it was ok. We really expected a little better for the cost, but the experience and joy the kids had was worth it. And we didn't go away hungry, because there was plenty of food to go around. The serving staff also 5 Stars 🌟!! Wonderful and went out of their way to provide special requests from picky eaters. Yes, we would recommend 👌, just be prepared for the cost and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere, along with staff and character interaction.

A first time visitor to Sebastian's Bistro and will not be the last. I would rank this Restaurant as one of my TOP 3 places to eat at Disney. The food was excellent!!! All of it was seasoned perfectly for my taste. If for any reason you get AJ as your waiter you are lucky and will be more than pleased with how you are treated during your experience. All the staff seems like one huge family and works together like a well oiled machine to take care of as many guests as they do in a day. Come really hungry to this one because you don't want to miss out on trying everything. The restaurant stays very clean and it was noticed that the staff LOVED their manager as after meeting her she was an absolute sweetheart and poured a LOT of that back into her staff and job position. If you are visiting the Disneyworld Orlando area please don't miss out on this culinary experience.
