The rooms were a bit dated but adequate. We did have some issues with outlets not working, a loose towel bar leaning out of the wall. Rooms were clean. The resort is quite big, and we were not placed where we were told we would be. Our location ended up being OK, but away from the main activity. Having access to the skyliner is a big plus. It is a beautiful resort, but not work paying the "upgraded" moderate prices. After seeing how Pop Century updated their rooms, i would much rather stay there, save the money and much more convenience. Service, as with all things Disney, is of course excellent.

My son and I loved staying at CBR! Everyone was so friendly. The skyliner access was really convenient and enjoyable. The pool was amazing and the entire resort was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is about the room furnishings. The furniture was showing its age with some scratches on it. The outlet on the nightstand was old and loose. Nothing would stay plugged into it. I had to keep all my chargers plugged into other outlets which was inconvenient at night.
Although we had a great time at this resort, it still didn't justify the price increase from the value resorts. On my income, a vacation at a value resort is a real splurge. In the future, it would be nice to have more value level priced resorts to choose from.

We have stayed at this location many times over the years especially when kids were really small they have a safe closed in children’s pool with lifeguards which is ideal for family’s with multiple children to ensure safety. The food options are very good especially for picky eaters. The resort is safe and very clean. The gift shop is large. Excellent access to sky liners and bus depots are close to rooms. Clear walking paths and excellent pools! Highly recommended this resort!

This was our second time at Caribbean Beach in the last several years as most visits have been at Pop Century. It has been more than a decade since our time a CBR and I have to say it was incredible.
I do believe that staying in a location that matches your vacation goals is very important as it is a large property. We were near the skyliner and not far from the main building. Other locations would have not been as convenient for how our family experiences Disney but they accommodated our requests to the best of their ability.
The Quick Service is incredible, especially for a resort location, the main pool is awesome with fireworks view, and the Mousekeeping was the best we have experienced in our nearly two decades of being on property.
Again, I think the experience could be very different if you stayed in a less convenient location so make a request and I think it will be just fine.
The only somewhat negative piece I would share is our room was not renovated and felt quite aged. It was still nice, roomy, and very clean but I had seen the upgraded rooms and they are extremely nice and you could then tell our room was very much due for a facelift.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful trip to Disney and stayed at the Caribbean Resort. The Caribbean vibe was very nice. We loved the ease of the bus transportation to all the different parks and the skyline directly to Epcot. The landscaping was very pretty. Our room was neat and clean, with fresh towels and cleaning every other day. We might have liked having a microwave in the room, but it did have a mini fridge. The rooms could use updates, but overall it was nice. The convenience of the Cornerstone Market for food, drinks, and snacks nearby was appreciated, as well as an even closer water, ice, and soft drink area near our room.
