Huge credit to Servatur Waikiki is the Staffs all across the Hotel. They are one of the main reasons we are going to return soon. From the Reception through the team at the Bar, at the Restaurant, the Cleaning team.. and all around the hotel are fantastic. All we can say is thank to them all for their kindness. Lovely to see the team work between the Staff and the helpfulness towards guests was incredible. Special mention to Marta, Diego, Carlos, Jose Viero, Giovanni, Fabio and the rest of the teams that we couldn't get their names but they made our stay so enjoyable. The whole team in the Restaurant were so welcoming, professional and friendly at the same time. Much appreciated. 🙏👏

This is a great hotel with the staff being excellent and very attentive. It’s clean and tidy with a fabulous array of food at every meal. The all inclusive package is fine for drinks but there weren’t any snacks 24/7 which was advertised. The rooms are fine. Again clean but quite basic and starting to look worn in some areas. The location places you close to Yumbo (if that’s your thing), a 10 minute walk to the beach but we headed north to San Fernando for the New Year Eve public festival which was excellent with very few tourists. Overall we had an excellent stay, I would recommend if you want Gran Canaria. Tenerife has more to offer though in my humble opinion.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Servatur Waikiki, Gran Canaria, especially given the price I paid €1,452.96 for 6 nights.
In every other resort I’ve stayed at, basic amenities such as an iron are included in the room price, with no cash deposit required. Here, not only is an iron not included, but I am expected to provide a cash deposit of €10, which feels completely unreasonable.
More seriously, the heating in my room does not work. I was told I would need to pay extra for a fan heater at €4 per day and, bizarrely, for 7 days even though I am only staying 6 nights, because that’s the minimum hire. I have travelled from England, I have a heart condition, and I get cold very quickly this is a disability, not a luxury request. Charging extra for a basic necessity like warmth is appalling. Lucky for us there’s a Lidl nearby selling a fan heater for €7.99, but it is shocking that guests have to go out and buy something that should be standard in the room.
The rooms are very basic, the cleaning is basic, and overall the hotel seems more focused on making money from basic necessities than providing comfort.
That said, the staff are friendly, and the domestic team is lovely and helpful, which is genuinely appreciated but even excellent staff cannot make up for these frustrating and unfair policies.
For the price paid, I expected far better standards and consideration for guests with health needs. This stay has been a major disappointment, and I would not return unless these issues are urgently addressed.

You have not told me about your practices regarding all inclusive service -
I do not understand your actions in this matter,
that the hotel does not want to be flexible in order to restore customer satisfaction in practice.
If the matter is not agreed upon
I will not be a customer of the servatur hotel chain in the future!
We would like to clarify that your staff informed many people when asked about the all-inclusive price, which is 21 € per person per day. This message meant that the update only applied to one person, namely me ("21 € per person per day"), as you yourself state in your reply.
Simply apologizing for the misunderstanding will not help the matter,
when you have not told your customer this policy - you must sell me
all inclusive during the period 15.1.2026-23.1.2026 and correct your mistake!
The hotel reception sent me an email on 9.1.2026 before my holiday,
promising to sell me all inclusive for 21€/day.
The hotel reception did not tell me about your practice regarding your service in this message..
I hope that you can exceptionally sell me All inclusive for children from 15.1.2026-23.1.2026, a total of 8 x 21€ = 168€
Otherwise,
I will not be a customer of your hotel in the future.
The hotel reception gave me incorrect information before my holiday, for which
you are solely responsible to the customer.
Kind regards,
Kari Peltokangas
Before I came on vacation on January 9, 2026, the reception of the Servatur Waikiki hotel offered to sell me an all-inclusive package via email for 21€/day -
Now the hotel reception refuses to sell it to me, contrary to its own commitment, because both people living in the room must take all-inclusive at the same time.
The hotel did not tell me anything about this -
the error is in the hotel's own operations and the hotel should take responsibility for it, appreciate the customer!!?
My roommate has a special diet due to his illness and therefore cannot use the
all-inclusive service at the hotel.

It’s a perfectly okay hotel! The room gives you everything you need but nothing more nothing less. Tiny TV. Shampoo/soap combo in the showers and to be used as hand soap as well.
The pool was heated, however it still felt very cold. Breakfast is good! Many different options and friendly staff.
10-15min walk to the beach and to Yumbo center. Very close to a bus stop which was great.
