We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Servatur Riosol! From the moment we arrived, the staff specifically Paul made us feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude. The hotel has breathtaking views over the ocean, especially at sunset. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day to a very high standard. The swimming pools were well maintained, and there was always a relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The food was delicious with plenty of choice every day. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed trying different dishes throughout our stay. A special thank you goes to Aleksander, the entertainment host. He was absolutely fantastic—friendly, energetic, and always smiling. He made every activity fun and made everyone feel included, no matter their age. His enthusiasm and positive attitude created an amazing atmosphere and made our holiday even more memorable. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we hope to see him again on our next visit! The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Gran Canaria has to offer. A huge thank you to the entire team at Servatur Riosol for making our holiday so special. We created unforgettable memories here and will definitely be back. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with amazing views, excellent service, great entertainment, and outstanding value for money.

Staying at Servatur Riosol is an absolute delight. For a 3‑star hotel, it consistently exceeds expectations in all the ways that matter. The food variety is impressive — tasty, fresh, and never repetitive, making every meal something to look forward to.The rooms are surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Staff members are genuinely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything you need, which adds a warm, personal touch to the stay.Entertainment is another strong point. Whether it’s pool activities, sports, or live music, there’s always something happening. And then there’s the view — absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking the bay, the panorama is one of the hotel’s standout features. Even the lift offers stunning views. Overall, Servatur Riosol delivers far more than you’d expect from its rating.

After all the problems we’ve had recently, Paul has been absolutely incredible. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are okay and enjoying our stay. He has checked on us every day to see if we need anything and has always been so kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and it’s clear he truly wants every guest to have the best experience possible. Paul works incredibly hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, and his dedication and professionalism really shine through. The hotel is, to put it mildly, awful. There are cockroaches, and I am here with an 8-month-old baby, which I do not think is acceptable at all. At the very least, it should be mentioned somewhere that the hotel is full of cockroaches so that families with children can avoid coming here (not that it’s okay for adults either – personally, I am terrified of cockroaches). There are no mosquito screens on the windows, nor is there air conditioning, so whenever you open the window or the door, the room fills with cockroaches and mosquitoes. In addition, people were smoking cannabis around the pool area, which was extremely unpleasant, especially considering that we are travelling with an 8-month-old baby. We did not expect to be exposed to the smell of marijuana during a family holiday. The fruit and vegetables are spoiled. The staff are at least polite and try to keep the place clean, but the fact that the hotel is old and worn out makes it impossible to maintain proper cleanliness. The cocktails at the bar are basically water with some coloring added and come from a machine. If you want to drink something of decent quality, of course, you have to pay extra. We still have a day and a half left here, and I honestly don’t know how I’m going to get through it. I would never visit this hotel again!

AN INCREDIBLE HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE! We just returned from a fantastic two-week stay at the Servatur Riosol hotel with our two kids, aged 6 and 9, and we couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, charming, and accommodating throughout our stay. A special shoutout to some staff members who truly made a difference: Oscar – His high standard of exceptional customer service stood out. Always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help, he went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and like VIPs during our stay. Edgar – Also provided outstanding service. When we arrived late at night, his charismatic and warm personality made us feel instantly at home. He assisted us with our luggage and was always ready to help with anything we needed, leaving a lasting positive impression. All of the reception staff were lovely, but I did not get all of their names. As mentioned above, Edgar is truly an asset to the hotel. Both Oscar and Edgar are very special members of staff who I hope will be recognized and rewarded after the management reads my review. The restaurant staff were all amazing, and we’d like to highlight: Paco – Amazing host. Super professional, friendly, welcoming, and charming. Migdalia – So lovely and charming Juanfra – The happiest and friendliest person I have ever met! I absolutely love him! Juancarlos – Amazing Luz – Amazing Pilar – Amazing Abelele (apologies if misspelled) – So smiley and lovely Rolando – Amazing Yassine – Amazing Many others, but I didn’t get their names. And, of course, ALL the bar staff! Paul, the supervisor of the hotel, was also incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious! As all-inclusive guests, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. The variety was impressive — fresh dishes including full English, continental, fresh croissants and other pastries, amazing coffee and juices, steaks, stews, Mexican, Chinese, seafood, soups, salads, pizzas, pastas, and sauces. The kids are usually very fussy eaters, but they always enjoyed their food. Even the chips, they said, were exactly the same as McDonald's. The desserts were freshly made every day, with a huge selection of cakes, jelly, profiteroles, chocolate fountain, etc. We were so sad to leave because we won’t be able to enjoy such amazing meals at home! Our hotel room was comfortable and spacious. We opted for air conditioning, which was definitely necessary. The cleaning staff were all lovely and friendly; our room was cleaned nearly every day, and we were very pleased with the service. Overall, it was an unforgettable holiday, and we highly recommend the Servatur Riosol for a memorable family getaway! Liz xx
