Absolutely fabulous stay! The food was incredible, always plenty to choose from and always warm whether in the restaurant or at the pool bar. So much variety with themed food nights that kept things interesting. Drinks on tap, plus ice cream and slush machines for the kids which went down a treat.
The hotel is spotless, you constantly see the cleaning team working hard, and it feels very safe and secure, perfect for kids to run about and enjoy themselves.
This is our second year here and once again the highlight was the kids entertainment team. Omar and Geolle were amazing with my wee one, and the whole team in general were brilliant. They are completely focused on the kids and making sure everyone is having a great time.
The evening shows were fantastic and my wee one even got to be part of one, she absolutely loved it! Moments like that make the holiday.
A huge thank you to everyone, from cleaning and security to reception, restaurant and pool bar staff. Every single person plays a part in making this place so special, and the entertainment team really stands out.
We’ll definitely be back for year three next year!

It was our daughters(granchild) choice because she was going with somebody else so we tagged along, having read other reviews some where good others right. Hotel was generally Good ,but some areas needed tlc. ie room decor no air con unless asked for and leaving room at 12.00 and our transfer not till 7.00 it really needs a male/female changing room for late leavers, food and cleaning g excellent but somebody who had been in may said the entertainment was way better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay with amazing service!
We had a wonderful time at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas.
The hotel features really fantastic swimming pools, which were perfect for relaxing. The food was also quite good, and we especially loved the themed dinners—they kept the menu interesting and varied every night.
A special, massive thank you goes to Victor at the reception! His customer service was absolutely outstanding, and thanks to him, we ended up with the absolute best room in the hotel.
Highly recommend this place, and a huge shoutout to Victor for making our stay extra special!

Just came back from a weeks stay, and its a hotel that i wouldnt return to. Its nice and basic and the cleaning staff are superb, they work very hard at keeping it clean and are so friendly. Reception staff are the opposite though, upon check in they were just talking to themselves and were pointing at things we needed to sign or do, even throughout the stay when we went to reception the staff were not friendly and one of the older barmen was impatient and rude.
However the entertainer is amazing with the kids and adults, he does a very good job.
Food was ok and so were drinks. Hotel is very basic, and bit out dated. Its also quite far from the main hustle and bustle. We got taxis to further away places and walked where we can with a 4 year old.
The life guards are horrendous, on 2 occasions I saw the lifeguard at the main pool either in deep conversation with a hotel guest and the other time he was scrolling on his phone, even over in the kids pool he was on his mobile phone or went to go get lunch to bring back to the pool side. It can only take a second for a child to drown.
There is a serious lack of space for sunbeds, people queue before 8.30am for them to open the pool, just so they can reserve their sunbeds with their towels so by 10am there are no sunbeds left but plenty on sunbeds with just towels on. There was a seriously smelly broken fridge by the pool bar and when you walk past you get a waft of sour milk. Our family room was in C block which you have to walk through the smoking area to get too. It was however far away from the entertainment space so was nice and quiet so we could get our 4 year old down to sleep.
We had a lovely holiday, exploring the area, and using the room as a base to eat and sleep but unfortunately I wouldnt come back to this hotel. It is only a 3 star hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Ill start off with the incredible service at this hotel, the staff are incredible!! The entertainment Davide and kids club rep Omar were 5* my 3 year old is still taking about them daily!! The atmosphere they create is wonderful! All the staff in restaurant, house keeping and reception were brilliant and accommodating!
It was also immaculately clean, all public areas, pool areas and rooms - outstanding
All inclusive - we loved, cocktails come out of a machine so they're consistent every time, you help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks! Food was a good selection, good quality and tasty! Not a HUGE buffet, which we liked as it wasnt over whelming and everything had a good turn over!!
Downsides - location is a short drive from maspalomas centre, there is a free bus from hotel but it gets extremely busy! You can however get a taxi for €7 - make sure you go though, its wonderful!
Rooms are noisy, just how they're built but you can hear everything! Didn't spoil our stay though- we got used to it! Beds were comfortable, most notable thing - we requested a cot, we didn't have one in the room on arrival, I read several reviews on trip advisor prior to going with people experiencing the exact same problem - I must say though- we were expecting it, spoke to reception straight away and had it sorted in minutes- and the housekeeping staff the sent to do it were fantastic with our kids!
All in all - exceptional value for money and would return without hesitation- in fact, we will hopefully go back next January x
