We moved to this hotel on the second day of our vacation because the first one was a disaster and we had to change. Our first impression, as soon as we walked in, was really good. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the pools were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The cleaning staff were very nice and you could tell they cared about cleanliness. We stayed in rooms E105 and E102 and had nothing to complain about. Thank you so much for the birthday wishes and the sweets the hotel staff left in our room. It was very nice. I can honestly say this hotel should easily be a four-star hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and everything went well except for a couple of mornings when there was a trash rally right next to the balcony. Otherwise, the location of the room was good because the sun didn't heat the room up. The entertainment team kept everyone in high spirits and there was something for everyone who wanted to take part. Everyone found something to eat and drink, no one went hungry. A taxi ride into town only costs 7 euros. We stayed at the same hotel for the second year in a row and plan to come again because the price-quality ratio is spot on.

We where very apprehensive about this hotel after reading some reviews especially on TripAdvisor. We are currently in the hotel for a week away and its surpassed our expectations, the hotel is clean, spacious and overall a good standard 3 star hotel. The food for example has been excellent, you will always get the 'there wasnt anything we eat at home' people but so far breakfast have been fantastic, lunches including the pool bar are always full and have a choice for everyone, if your the chips and chicken nuggets type, there is plenty, if you like a mix of European food there is plenty. At dinner there is always the usual array but also a themed section, japanese, Indian, Chinese etc. The staff are always busy , and sometimes people may think they are a bit rude, but you have to appreciate its a large hotel, they are constantly cleaning, feeding or entertaining people. The hotel is about an 8 euro taxi to both playa de ingles or maspalomas and there is a bus to the beach but its a bit busy at times. Nearby there is a large aldi, superdino and spar. A shirt walk away there is a basic shopping center with a zara, and pull and bear. Being November the hotel has plenty of sunbeds and never seems too crowded. Few small things, its a three star hotel in Spain, its not a five star in Turkey so dont expect it. We have even heard a few people not picking about really benial things, however this hotel exceeds our expectations having stayed in Riu and Bull hotels in the area which are 4star plus. Few small points, rooms are not air conditioned, but little are in the area, you can rent an air con unit out however its off season and it's comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are huge. My brother is staying and they have a ground floor room with a large balcony and it came with one. Its a big hotel with lots of steps , if you have mobility or kids definetly ask for a room ib the main building complex. For an off season breaks its been fantastic and we will definetly be back next year. Enjoy an affordable break, and dont read all the bad reviews, people really nit pick about the most silly things!

It was a nice experience since we were not in peak season. The room was clean and a good size with a great view (top floor). The entertainment was too loud for my liking, it woke me up in the morning… As a vegan, I barely had anything to eat at the buffet. Was told by reception to ask the staff but they told me they didn’t have anything more.

Fantastic place for a holiday. We’ve been here for a week and we can’t fault anything, the hotel is very clean and tidy, the food is nice, the staff are amazing. The animation team, Kendra, Conall and Henrique especially have been fantastic my daughter has thoroughly enjoyed mini club, having her face painted drawing pictures & making drums. They also take the kids in the mini pool and walk around to get drinks and ice creams. The waterpark isn’t far and is great fun, theres also a nearby theme park We will be back that’s for sure!!
