Ill start off with the incredible service at this hotel, the staff are incredible!! The entertainment Davide and kids club rep Omar were 5* my 3 year old is still taking about them daily!! The atmosphere they create is wonderful! All the staff in restaurant, house keeping and reception were brilliant and accommodating! It was also immaculately clean, all public areas, pool areas and rooms - outstanding All inclusive - we loved, cocktails come out of a machine so they're consistent every time, you help yourself to wine, beer and soft drinks! Food was a good selection, good quality and tasty! Not a HUGE buffet, which we liked as it wasnt over whelming and everything had a good turn over!! Downsides - location is a short drive from maspalomas centre, there is a free bus from hotel but it gets extremely busy! You can however get a taxi for €7 - make sure you go though, its wonderful! Rooms are noisy, just how they're built but you can hear everything! Didn't spoil our stay though- we got used to it! Beds were comfortable, most notable thing - we requested a cot, we didn't have one in the room on arrival, I read several reviews on trip advisor prior to going with people experiencing the exact same problem - I must say though- we were expecting it, spoke to reception straight away and had it sorted in minutes- and the housekeeping staff the sent to do it were fantastic with our kids! All in all - exceptional value for money and would return without hesitation- in fact, we will hopefully go back next January x

We had a great stay! The hotel is clean, well run and everything feels organised and easy. The food options are good – plenty of choice and exactly what you’d expect from this type of hotel. The location is ideal too, with local shops nearby and a really handy shuttle to the beach. A special mention to the kids’ entertainment team – Omar is amazing, along with Nico and the rest of the team (sorry if we’ve missed anyone!). They made such a difference to our stay. We’ve been to a few similar hotels and this is one where our kids genuinely had a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place! The entertainment team is amazing. Omar and his coworkers are so nice and fun!! Everyday they are there for you with energy for days and are so nice. The staff is really nice. The rooms are good, bathroom is big and there is a very nice balcony. But the beds are not that good :( i slept on the couch for 3 days because my back hurt so much because of the bed. But the rest of the hotel was super super good!!

We stayed at Hotel Mirador by Dunas for one week in January and overall it was a very pleasant experience. According to Google the temperature was around 21°C, but local thermometers showed even 29°C. Every day was sunny, although after around 2 p.m. it usually became a bit windy. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. The food was very varied, and considering it is a 3-star hotel, the quality was really good. There are two outdoor swimming pools – one with very cold water and another one that is supposed to be heated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had the all-inclusive option, and there was plenty of food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day. At the bar you could always find burgers, fries, pizza and similar snacks. On weekends the restaurant was very crowded, and the service sometimes struggled to keep up. There were shortages of glasses and coffee cups, long queues for coffee and freshly grilled meat, and finding a table for four people was quite difficult. Despite this, the staff worked very hard — we even saw one waiter carrying 20–30 plates at once. The rooms were cleaned daily by very kind housekeeping staff, and they were regularly restocked with water and coffee. The real highlight of the stay was the animation program for both children and adults. During the day there were many activities for kids, and in the evenings there was a mini disco. Our children absolutely loved it and were excited every day for the next activities. Overall, we consider our stay very successful, and we can definitely recommend this hotel

Our fourth year holidaying here and as usual the staff have been brilliant in all departments, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the communal facilities are kept clean and tidy. The free bus service to the beach is very much appreciated. On the downside, there has obviously been a change in management this year and budget cuts have clearly been introduced resulting in a decline in the food offering. Although of good quality and perfectly presented the choice on offer each day was repetitive in comparison to our previous visits, and mainly consisted of various chicken, fish or pork dishes. Also, obviously as a budgeting issue (cuts) your all inclusive holiday now expires at midday on the day of departure (something not clearly advertised) which in our case this year has left us without lunch or drinks until our airport transfer at 1510. Something that hadn't happened in our past three visits and to be honest has spoilt the end of our holiday . Not withstanding the above i would recommend this hotel and will happily return again next year.
