I could write a very long review but I don't want to bore anyone and want them to read what a brilliant hotel this is. From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome and comfortable. We were all inclusive 12 night stay. The buffet restaurant food was fresh and an excellent variety. We are pescatarian. Plenty of food for vegetarians too. The staff everywhere from all departments were very friendly, very hard working but their happy and calm attitude most definitely had a knock on effect with the guests. The all inclusive drinks were local brands but good and lots of cocktails. No restrictions or silly small plastic glasses. Everything food, drink and snacks were plentiful. The hotel was spotless inside and out, nothing was left unturned. The rooms are a little dated but exceptionally clean and have everything you need. Overall, we have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels but something drew me to Relaxia 3 stars and it most definitely didn't disappoint. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked Relaxia in Lanzarote for next year, it has equally good reviews and looks great. If it's anything like Beverley Park we will most definitely be happy.
I'd like to also mention the Animation team. We loved that they were always up to something but we're not in your face or made you feel uncomfortable and the shows were good.

This was a fabulous hotel for the price we paid. The all inclusive option was great, with a marvellous variety of food for all requirements including vegetarian. The drinks served were fine. However the best thing was the friendliness of the staff, which made a big difference to our holiday. I only marked the location down a little, as we went to the Yumbo centre quite a lot, and it was a bit of a trek.

I am staynig at this wonderful hotel now with the group of the tourist from Finland supported by TUI Finland company.
Being the head manager of the big international IT firm my work is almost 90 percent travel throut the world. But Relaxia hotel has been the love at the first sight as my first time at this wonderful island of Gran Canaria!
The best Canarian food I have ever tasted feels like a home- made, ecological concept and a huge variety for the guests from the whole world. Perfect service and the warmest personnel I have ever met. My special thanks to Carlos from the reception, Jonathan and Alonso from the restaurant and David from the souvenirs shop that you have in your excellent hotel. You all have really made my holliday being joyful and complete. Gonna bring my whole family to this wonderful hotel Relaxia from Helsinki Finland. Muchas Grasias! Feliz Navidad!

We stayed for the New Year’s holiday 2025/2026. The hotel is well located and offer a good structure, such as pool and entertainment (if you have kids). The rooms are outdated and there is no minibar. We paid fairly comparing to the others places, then I will not complain about the price! The internet is the only complain that I have from the entire stay period.

Great spot for exploring the island. The hotel isn't brand new, but the ocean-facing side is new(er) and totally worth the extra cost. Lots of greenery, tropical garden. We had a standard room facing the BP station, mountains, and the highway, which was gloomy with old windows and creaky balcony doors (wooden) - room 458. We upgraded to an ocean view the next day (€15/night), which was a game-changer (6th floor, room 641). The only downsides were no fridge or kettle in the room. Cleanliness was top-notch, both in the hotel and our room. The beds were comfy (though soft mattresses), pillows were great, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Daily cleaning, towels changed every 2 days, and sheets every 3 days. Food was amazing, with themed dinners like American burgers, Spanish fiesta, Japanese ramen, Thai soup, shrimp, spring rolls, sushi, and raw tuna - delicious! Plenty of fruits and veggies, eggs prepared in various ways, and a daily pizza station. We had half board, but there were always snacks in between. Pools were great, one with animations and music, the other near the dining area in a "quiet zone" with a mango tree (we even snacked on some fallen mangoes!). Jacuzzis and showers were incorporated into the pool area. The hotel building had a gym, pool tables, and other activities. Live music every day (fantastic) or saxophone concerts. Animations for kids and adults alike. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have happily stayed longer... The promenade was lovely (towards Maspalomas it's noisy, but towards Playa de Burres and San Antonio it's quieter, plus a cliff walk). The only sound was the ocean's roar. I'd love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone (with the ocean view option). The only thing I'd change are the old elevators... a minor complaint :) Warm regards!
