Relaxia Beverly Park

We are currently staying here for a two week break. We have the best room in the hotel 743. 7 floor , 3 balconies facing sea., cold freezer and refrigerator. Koffie/thee. Good matrasses and very good airco! Bathroom is Oke. Staff VERY helpful. Yes its busy, but always free beds by the pools or surrounding. What is not good waiting in line for drinks sometimes is not so bad only few minutes, but with diner it should not be like that. Food is very good for 3 star hotel and one off the cheaper options in Europe. They deserve more than that. We have been in lots of resort but the price/quality is extreme good here in high season. Experience one crazy thing. They wont allow you in the outside bar when you are little wet???? What crazy rule is that, just put some drie walk plates om the tiles, crazy. One point less because of that, never experiance that in over 80 resorts all over the world.

Really great hotel. I am delighted and have no complaints. I want to praise the animators who entertained everyone and created an atmosphere (Roberto, Dalia, Noslen and our Emanuel). Congratulations to everyone. The hotel is beautiful. I am so glad I was there. I hope to come back someday. If the animators are reading this, they will surely understand who wrote this Lelolaleloli... The review is written by Zara from Bosnia.

The hotel itself is nice enough, it’s close to the beach and the pools are a good size and plenty of sun beds. The room cleaners are so lovely. Reception staff quite rude apart from the lady who checked us in and the restaurant staff were really nice. However, the food was absolutely disgusting, inedible actually. There was cockroaches running around in the coffee machines and I picked up a coconut macaron and there was bugs in the bowl I picked it up from. It was foul. Such lack of choice. Every fried egg was burnt on the bottom and snotty on the top even if it had been flipped over. The paella was so salty I couldn’t actually eat it. I ate out for lunch most days and for dinner most evenings. Even the sweetcorn from the salad bar was grey and warm and mushy. I paid €210 for a room upgrade and the room didn’t have a fridge so I couldn’t store food or water. The beds were so uncomfortable and the pillow was a memory foam pillow that was basically touching the ceiling. It was awful tbh. Really disappointed that I stayed here for 3 weeks. I felt malnourished by the end of my holiday. For this reason alone I wouldn’t stay here again on an all inclusive basis. Terrible experience and a waste of money in my opinion. Please change the food

This was a fabulous hotel for the price we paid. The all inclusive option was great, with a marvellous variety of food for all requirements including vegetarian. The drinks served were fine. However the best thing was the friendliness of the staff, which made a big difference to our holiday. I only marked the location down a little, as we went to the Yumbo centre quite a lot, and it was a bit of a trek.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was very good, with plenty of delicious options. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We were very satisfied and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
