Pros-
Good food. Amazing Christmas Day!
The whole place is spotless, the cleaning staff are amazing.
Lovely beach 5 mins walk.
Staff are friendly- a special mention for Patricia who was extremely helpful and lovely!
Lovely, modern interior.
Shops right outside the hotel with everything you may need.
Swedish massage was nice but very pricey! (€85 for 50mins)
Cons-
Very boring stay. The arcade cost us a lot of money and got tedious after a few days.
The entertainment staff are amazing but they don’t have much to work with.
Not very suitable for toddlers.
The pool was absolutely FREEZING! Didn’t see many people using it.
The pool area was next to a main road and didn’t get much sunlight during the day as the hotel and palm tree's were blocking most of it.
We actually ended up spending a few days at a different hotel just so we could get into a pool, get some sunlight and let our toddler run around 🥴
We were all inclusive but payed extra for a few special cocktails and they weren’t great.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the beach. All inclusive is very good, you can get drinks the whole day. Food is the best I ever had in an all inclusive. I didn’t make use of the swimming pools so I cannot comment on that. Rooms are a bit outdated. Shower wasn’t working really well but that was a minor inconvenience. I also didn’t make an effort to report so if I did they would have fixed it. So overall very good experience. Price / quality is pretty good. Staff very friendly. Other visitors not so much but that’s not something that the hotel can be blamed upon. Thanks for the good times. Will visit again!

Hotel is ok, starting to show signs that its ready for refurbishment.....
Location 5 min walk to the beach.
If you follow the beach path you'll end up to hard rock cafe and all the other cafes and restaurants. Hotel backs on to the main road alot of road nose around the pool area.
For a all inclusive hotel, I thought it lacked allot in terms of snacks/drinks and entertainment.
You have to pay for ice creams and smothies & drinks that was a extra charge also the mini bar, prices was little high for a small bottle of water in for the mini bar €2.10 for 50cl.... Go to the spar up the road and get a 1.5L bottle for €0.70. Buffet is ok no chef specials though which is a shame, was expecting a fresh omelette station for breakfast but nope.
Food by the pool wasn't really warm, unless you got it straight away. I think the heat lamps need replacing, and food stood for a long time until replaced therfore cold, But good hygiene around the food sneeze guard and protect from insects.
Room, was great always kept clean everyday with clean towels.
Pool very cold, seen other comments about heat and I didn't see any signs about heating. No ball games which is a shame for the kids, the pool isn't that deep too. Alot of the deck chairs are broken material coming away from the chair frame. Check before sitting on them.
Staff seem to be friendly and happy....
Overall I would give it a 5/10...
Its ok for a week stay any longer, I think you would be bored and start to get bored of the same food on repeat....

Near the beach (5 min walking distance) which is great. All inclusive not so inclusive since a lot of drinks/snacks require extra payment. You need to pay €14 p.p/day for access to all drinks.
Rooms are ok, but quite dated and a lot of the paint, walls are damaged. There is a lot of choice for food (lunch/diner) but quality is not great/not very tasteful. Breakfast is fine. Staff is nice. Entertainment is ok. Entertainment team definitvely gives it their all. There is a game hall but also everything there requires additional payment. The swimming pool is supposed to be warmed, well it is not. It is really cold (December) and even colder than the ocean...the swimming pool also does not look very clean.

Well, what a surprise this is!
We booked this 3* hotel based on its reviews, and I have to say it isn’t a disappointment. We usually book 5★ holidays, so we are pleasantly surprised.
Our room is a corner room on the 3rd floor with a view of both the sea and the road. Despite being near the road, it is not noisy at all. The room is well equipped, a little tired in places, but spotlessly clean, which matters most to us.
The staff are all very friendly and nothing seems to be too much trouble, we noticed that one woman had a steak cooked for her yesterday!
Now about the food – absolutely amazing. Plenty of choice every day. It isn’t piping hot, but let’s be honest, most buffet or help-yourself meals are the same, and the quality more than makes up for it.
The pools and sunbeds are very clean and tidy. Like the rest of the hotel, they’re a little tired, but still excellent and very clean.
As for the all-inclusive: beer is on tap 24/7, along with wines and soft drinks, plus tea and coffee available at many of the self serve stations. Spirits such as gin, whisky, brandy, etc., are served from the bar when it’s open (10:00 until midnight). We didn’t feel the need to go premium – the standard gin is perfectly fine, and we’re told the whisky is too.
All in all, a very pleasant stay and far better than we expected. We would happily return.
If you want it shorter, more blunt, or more Yorkshire honest, just say the word 😄
