I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive hotels on this island for similar prices, but this is by far the worst in every aspect. The location itself is perfect—high up with a great view of the sea and hills, and just a 5 to 10-minute drive to the best sandy beaches around Tauro and Mogán.
However, the buffet felt like a prison cafeteria: completely disorganized, highly repetitive, and lacking variety. They advertised themed dinner nights, but that was nowhere to be seen, and several other guests felt the same way. Additionally, the property has a lot of stairs and is completely unsuited for the elderly, despite there being many senior guests. The reception claims it’s an 'adults-only' hotel, yet there were several children with their parents. (I have nothing against kids, as I travel with my own son, but it's misleading).
You also have to pay a non-refundable fee of €1.50 per day just for a beach towel or an iron. The photos online are definitely much better than the actual reality. The bar and dining area are outdated and run-down, with uneven floors, exposed pipes, and steps that pose a real safety hazard for anyone, not just children and the elderly. While the two pools are very clean and maintained daily, they are incredibly small.
Most of the dining staff were quite rude, with the exception of a couple of guys and one lady. I even witnessed a staff member using aggressive and foul Spanish language toward a customer, which was highly unprofessional. The afternoon drink and snack selection was terrible—dry ham and cheese that looked like breakfast leftovers left out in the open, and a large, unhygienic coffee tin with a shared spoon sitting next to the automatic machine.
On a positive note, the room cleaning lady was lovely and did a perfect job. The rooms look like they were refurbished a few years ago, but there was clearly no attention to detail. Having paid the same, or even less, for far better experiences in Gran Canaria and Tenerife, this place felt like a run-down nursing home on the verge of being shut down by the authorities."

Budget friendly holiday late October to Early November. Hotel was busy but not too busy. Arrival was quick enough checkin. Was £100 deposit per room to be paid on card only that we were not aware of. Rooms were nice enough and cleaned almost every day. Sheets and towels I believe were changed 3 times over the 7 days which is good.
WIFI available in reception only - cannot get at the pool, rooms or restaurant. Pool and pool area was cleaned every morning.
All inclusive meals were great with plenty of choice and certain themed nights (Italian, Canarian, English, mexican, Chinese). I loved every night of food.
Four nights of entertainment during our stay which was ok but entertaining enough to get people enjoying themselves.
Entertainment finished by 21:00. Food ends around 21:00 and all inclusive was over by 22:30.
If you want to go on longer, the Europa center is a short walk from hotel where you can get cheap enough drinks, food and lots of entertainment or sports till very late.
Loved the location for views of the sunset, landscape and beach from a height and also the closeness to the Europa centre. Be aware the walk down to beach is down a steep winding road and then all the way back up again which I enjoyed a few times but as the heat hit 30°c and with 2 kids, after a few days we were using taxis which was only 5/6€ per trip. Taxi cost to/from airport was around €75 each way.
Only thing is recommend as missing to the hotel is a little bit of light music around the pool/bar.

This is a fab small quiet resort there is entertainment on 3 x in the week 😀. Nothing during the day . Some times there's music through the speakers depending whos on the bar . Elvis is one of the best happy workers 2 where he keeps holiday spirts up @ the bar. The bar closes half past 10 , and no you can't buy a drink after words as its all closed up. Sad as you can't even buy a drink as no staff every thing is closed.
Food is l9vely and hot although no soups in the evening . But something to eat 4 all . Easy access to Europe centre where you can drink eat music dance to your hearts content.in all a lovely little quiet place .

Good value for money. Rooms not air conditioned though, and fan was noisy. Additional fans hired out at 2 euros per day. About half an hour steep walk into Puerto Rico or Amadores beach (stunning beach, by the way), which was fine for us, but if you are not very fit, you will be taking lots of taxis back (we took a few). About 5-10 Euros per trip.
The Europa centre is a few minute walk with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a mini golf.
Food was pretty good for half board. Lots of variety, but after a week, I had enough of it.
Pools were good for the kids. Shallow area for smaller children to play.
Friendly staff, good layout and good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay!

I got to the hotel and realised the door to my freezer had broken off and it had hair in it. The bigger pool wasn’t in use and had to share a small pool with loads of kids in July with dirty pool water.
We were given dirty towels and there wasn’t any evening entertainment like advertised. I didn’t pay for food but the people I was with couldn’t eat it and it was extremely limited options even for an all inclusive. There are no options for kids for food and I overheard a child saying they really didn’t want to eat in the hotel. There is no air conditioning and we weren’t told by staff that there where air con units you can rent per day it has been 35 degrees and there was no information about the options we could have had.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel the staff don’t have any answers for the problems.
No Wi-Fi even tho it says there is
If people are saying there is a good selection of food they probably got paid to write it.
My room only got cleaned twice I had to go to reception for clean towels and they only gave me floor mat towels and said they might give me bigger ones tomorrow if I ask
