Overall, I rate my stay at this hotel positively, but there are definitely a few things that need improvement. On the plus side, the food was delicious and there was always a wide selection. Another great thing was the balcony view, as well as the sun loungers and umbrella on the terrace.
However, room cleanliness could be slightly better; it wasn't terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement. The second thing I would criticize is the communication with the hotel. Before our arrival, I tried to contact them regarding an upgrade from half board to all-inclusive. When I finally managed to get in touch, they calculated the upgrade price at around €350 for the entire stay. However, I checked their website and saw that for my exact dates, the price difference between half board and all-inclusive was only about €100, so of course, I declined their offer. When we arrived for check-in and I asked about the upgrade again, they quoted me around €160 on-site. I accepted it, but I still feel it was unnecessarily overpriced, considering the website difference was only around €100 and I had tried to resolve this a week before arrival.
Lastly, I would definitely like to point out the luggage scale, which you have to pay for to weigh your suitcase. The fee is €1 per bag, which isn't a lot, but I think that when you pay so much money for accommodation, such a scale should be free to use just like in other hotels, rather than charging for this kind of service.

Came for a short break in November without the kids. Can't fault the hotel. Good food, clean rooms of a little basic but on the plus side have you own balcony and sun loungers, cooker, microwave and fridge even though all inclusive. Might not be the greatest place with the kids but otherwise spot on!

View, view and more views! Wow! Sea front view was key and ideal. Great service! We got the corner room very tidy and quiet!

Taxi to town is €7 so its cheap. Going down is easy and up taxi is best.

Great hotel! Food was really good, evening entertainment was pretty decent. Only down side was the Lift. The rest fo the hotel is really good.
The gym has some radio equipment but lacks any kind of resistance training equipment.
All rooms are sea view and have self catering facilities no real need to be all inclusive.
Only 4 inclusive cocktails.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
The elevator was completely out of order, and we were forced to carry extremely heavy luggage up 8 floors ourselves. This was a serious health and safety risk. Staff promised help and then refused, leaving us on our own.
I have stayed in countless hotels, and this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Housekeeping entered the room early in the morning with almost no warning.
Never again. Severely overrated and unacceptable.
