Stayed here for our 11 night holiday 3 adults and 2 children. Rooms were adequate but roomy, plenty of storage space. The overall hotel was ok but for 3 stars it was good. The downside was the lifts kept breaking down and my wife uses a electric wheelchair so lots of waiting around. The hotel pool was perfect for the kids to play in lots of room. The water park was an added bonus, great slides and plenty of room. Even on a busy day never really got crowded.
The entertainment area was ok, bar, seating and stage shows. Shows were entertaining good to watch.
Bar was adequately stocked the normal all inclusive alcohol and even 0 alcohol beers and cocktails for the non drinkers.
Staff were fantastic, helpful very welcoming
The food at the hotel was OK lots of verity and always replenished with fresh food when trays were getting low.
Location of hotel was fantastic an easy bus or cab ride to other locations
Great views from hotel and surrounding areas
All in all the hotel was a great stay adequate for our needs for our holiday

Fantastic place to visit. However avoid this hotel. During our stay multiple people reported having items stolen. On our last day we had some of our stuff stolen. Nike top, Ray Ban Sunglasses, Samsung Tablet and Three pairs of New Trainers brought from Puerto Rico. Our friends who also stayed had items stolen aswell. When confronted the staff just laughed and told us to go away. They were also slagging us off in Spanish. Oh and the lifts never work so if you have mobility issues this is definitely a no go.

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8).
I actually booked this hotel by mistake. I had originally intended to book the 4-star hotel across the road. As soon as I realised, I contacted Jet2 about upgrading, but the cost was over £1,000 extra. After reading reviews of the alternative hotel, which weren't much better than this one, I decided against it and chose to spend that money exploring the island instead. In that respect, it was money well spent, as our daily trips around the island were the highlight of the holiday.
Whether you enjoy this hotel really depends on what you're looking for and what kind of holiday suits your family. If you don't mind noise, crowds, and people jumping into the pool wearing the same flip-flops or Crocs they've been walking around in all day, then you may well have a great time here.
We checked in around midnight and were given a bag containing a bottle of water, sandwiches, and an apple, which was genuinely appreciated after a long journey.
We're not particularly fussy travellers and didn't expect luxury from a 3-star hotel. Before arriving, I read several reviews and assumed people were exaggerating or being overly critical. Unfortunately, many of those reviews turned out to be accurate.
The hotel itself feels tired and outdated. The rooms are spacious and every room seems to have a pleasant view overlooking either the pool or the ocean, which is definitely a positive. However, there appears to be very little attention paid to standards in the pool and communal areas. The location is lovely and is probably the hotel's biggest advantage.
The reviews we saw on TikTok, TripAdvisor, and other travel sites reflected our experience quite closely. The comments about limited food choices, dated rooms, and unhelpful staff matched what we encountered during our stay. We also experienced cleanliness issues, including seeing cockroaches, and there was often a strong smell of cannabis around parts of the resort.
Another issue was the lifts. there were occasions when they weren't working at all. Again, this was something that had been mentioned in many previous reviews, and unfortunately it proved to be true during our stay.
The children's entertainment was also disappointing. The kids' show was exactly the same every single evening, and it was a real struggle to find a table to sit and watch because there simply weren't enough seats available.
Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, this doesn't apply to the water park. If you spend the day there, you're not allowed to bring your own food or drinks, and you have to pay extra for everything you buy. Even parasols and sun lounger mats come at an additional cost, which felt disappointing considering we'd already paid for an all-inclusive holiday.
Another thing worth mentioning is that the water in the water park is saltwater. It's not just slightly salty like the sea—it is noticeably saltier, something that had also been mentioned in many reviews we read before travelling. Unfortunately, that turned out to be true as well. our children still had a fantastic time there. They wore swimming goggles and thoroughly enjoyed the slides and pools
The hotel pools were another downside. The main pool is quite small and has a depth ranging from 1.65m to 1.85m, while the baby's pool is also very small. There is no medium-depth pool between the two, making it difficult for parents who aren't confident swimmers or who are shorter to enjoy the pool with their young children. A shallower family-friendly section would have made a big difference.
Looking back, I regret not cancelling after reading the reviews, as they turned out to be a fair reflection of what we found.

I review is solely based on my personal recent experience. I came back on 17th may 2026. I went with my two children ages 10 and 6 for a week. The hotel is nice and clean. The cleaner are working throughout the day to clean. Room were cleaned everyday unless you ask them not to. The food variety was really good. I am vegetarian and there were different types of pastas, fries, pizzas, garlic bread, loads of different salad, massive variety of fruit, cereals, beans, fried potatoes, boiled potatoes, spaghetti, mix veg. Which i think was fare.
For kids they do fries in breakfast, lunch and dinner with chicken nuggets, cereals and sepeate bakery section with jam, honey and Nutella any much more. Different types pizzas as well.
There are 3 coffee machine with milk option as well for kids.
The waterpark is right infornt of the hotel but bare in mind the water in waterpark is very salty because its seawater and can irritate your skin eyes eyes. Make sure you use swimming goggles. I honestly loved my stay in LIVVO LAGO TAURITO.

Elevators never worked right we had to do so much working to use different Elevators and none of them was working right the door key card always had a problem showers no cold water pressure was really bad and they will give you sunbed but no umbrella. They want you to pay even when you are full inclusive. They were not even water to drink in room and they had no bottles to give you a water really bad. Sum bicycle they want you to just keep buying because they have a shop on site is only one shop there would you belong to the hotel? Don’t go to this place if you complain all they do just put the hands up basically if you don’t care.
