You can really tell there’s a strong focus on excellent service here. The staff go out of their way to please and always serve you with a genuine smile. The food was great as well. The kids enjoyed the pool while my wife and I relaxed on the sandy beach. Even though the resort isn’t as new as some of the other places we’ve stayed, we still give it a solid 5/5 stars! 👏👏
punz!
First of all, heads up to the staff which does an AMAZING job from morning to evening. Most guests won't realise what they do for their comfort and the hard work they're putting. It is just unbelievable. In Egypt, people work hard: at least 12h a day, for two months straight, no day off. While we enjoy our holiday, cleaners, gardeners, waiters, receptionists, entertainers, barmen, life guards,... are doing long shifts while keeping the smile and making sure guests are having a good time. So thank you very much for this hard work. Please, do not forget to tip them as much as you can.
The resort itself is just magnificent. The perfect place to be with young children. From the beginning of November, all children's pools are heated and they are simply beautiful and original. The beach is clean with ample space to relax.
I won't elaborate much on the food as it is subjective and with three different food style on offer with dozen of dishes each, you cannot say that everything is excellent or awful. Just find what you feel like and judge by yourself.
What annoys me the most is the amount of food being wasted at every single meal and almost every single table. It's just scandalous and disgusting that most people take huge amount of food (especially for their young children who have stomach smaller than a little rock) and leave half of it on their plates.
You will always find something to eat, they always refill so stop overloading your plates. I'm pretty sure most people don't waste food at home so why would you do that there? Be respectful, simple as that.
Last thing for the management : you pretend to be "deeply committed to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable tourism through every aspect of its operations". I have never seen that much plastic waste in one place. Plastic straws for everything (basically any drinks you will get, oranges juices, soft, etc) and plastic water bottles everywhere and all day long. Please evolve and adapt. Plastic bottles are unnecessary or should at least be use with moderation. During mealtime, water fountains should be the standard. Especially in a country where recycling is unknown, you cannot promote yourselves as eco-friendly when you do the opposite. Do adults (and even children) really need straws in their orange juice? Answer is no. Please forward this message to the management and act responsible.

The Hotel complex is very modern, clean with beatiful surroundings. Garden is well maintained, also pool area is beautiful, clean. Staff cleaned and settled the whole hotel area every evening and morning perfectly, ensuring a very comfortable and nice environment. All inclusive option is very good, great variety, good and tasty fods, always some specialities. Great cakes, very good cafe, especially in the bars, but also in the restaurants. Great lobby/bar area with excellent staff (polite always, not pushy, not bothering, really helpful). Also restaurants' staff were super nice and fast in serving/cleaning, etc. We upgraded our room to royal suite, which was a very special experience, the suite is big, confortable, terace is perfect, we enjoyed it really much. The guy cleaning our room was very helpful and thorough, we appreciated his work very much (sorry, do not know his name). My husband and son had birthdays after we left, but I asked if we could have some surprise for them while we were there, which guest relation helped to organise and staff was also very keen on helping in this. It is a big hotel with lots of people, children, so it is quite busy and sometimes a bit noisy - if somebody wants more private or calm experience the neighbouring Pickalbatros hotel could be better choice, but for us it was really a good experience. Very good practice that there is no reservation in the private beach (towels are collected if unattented for long), so it is easy to find sunbeds. Gym is not so big, and the air condition not always worked in there, for such a big hotel, this area could be bigger.

Location 10; amenities 10; food 8 - the only thing missing was more variety of fruit and better coffee. The experience in the a la carte restaurant was underwhelming but was enough to ‘escape’ the day to day restaurants.
Service was really good from HSK to F&B everyone looked like they know what they were doing and were very organised and cleaned.
Also, the pool/beach staff were very helpful and nice. The reception staff is helpful but sometimes it looked like they were a bit stressed which does not help delivering the type of customer service you expect from a 5* property.
The activities team are amazing, always engaging in a positive way with loads of stuff to do.
Special mentions to asem (waiter in the beach) very nice and always on it. To Ahmed from F&B and the gentleman who cleaned our room (2405) everyday.

The food at the hotel was very extensive and offered many choices every day differently. We even received specially made food from our favorite staff. The rooms are luxurious and large and the beds felt very comfortable. Every day the rooms were perfectly cleaned.
But most of all the service of the staff that is working at White Beach was spectacular. They make sure every day to make you feel special. Very friendly and helpful with any little need.
The animation team really cheers you up and are excited every day to make you smile and organize fun activities and games.
