Our stay at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish!
Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the staff were always welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was outstanding with a huge variety and excellent quality at every meal.
What truly made our experience unforgettable was Mr. Ahmed El Rayan. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels valued and enjoys a perfect stay. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated, passionate, and committed to excellence.

Honestly excellent customer service, hospitality and all round fantastic experience. The hotel services from reception, customer service, rooms, food, entertainment and facilities have been excellent all round. The hotel is very accommodating to your needs and really do everything in their means to make your stay special. The staff in all areas are very hospitable and always willing to help. We have honestly enjoyed our stay and will be returning for sure. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful! Special mention to Amr for checking in on us!

Overall — 8/10, but we would not return
We genuinely enjoyed our holiday at White Beach. This is a good hotel, and there is a lot it does very well.
Housekeeping was excellent, staff were generally friendly, breakfast was very good, the sandy beach is lovely and safe, and the children’s pool setup is outstanding.
For families with children around 2–6 years old whose priorities are excellent shallow aqua pools, plenty of shade and a safe sandy beach, White Beach is a very strong option.
However, we paid considerably more than several alternative resorts we considered, and apart from the exceptional pools for small children, we didn’t feel the overall experience offered enough additional value to justify that premium for our family.
Our children are already ready for larger water slides and missed having an amusement area. My wife would like a proper aqua park with slides for adults, while both of us missed having a coral reef where we could snorkel directly from the beach.
Combined with the limited evening activities for young children, low shower pressure and our experiences with the pricing of the on-site excursion and transport providers, we would choose a different resort next time—ideally one with a proper family aqua park, more evening entertainment and activities for children, and a good house reef for snorkeling.
One interaction in particular made us uncomfortable. During our first meeting with a member of management, we were told about another guest who had gone to hospital, subsequently complained publicly, and that the hotel was pursuing legal action related to that guest’s social-media reviews.
Whatever the circumstances of that dispute, we found it very strange and inappropriate to discuss legal action involving another guest with us.
Best suited to: families with children approximately 2–6 years old who prioritize excellent children’s pools, shade and a safe sandy beach.
Less suited to: families with older or more adventurous children, adults wanting larger water slides, families looking for amusement activities in the evening, or anyone for whom snorkeling directly from the hotel beach is an important part of a Red Sea holiday.

Overall I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.
What I Liked
1-The atmosphere and overall vibes of the resort were excellent.
2-The animation team was very active, energetic, and entertaining, which added a lot of fun to the experience.
3-There were plenty of activities available throughout the day, including volleyball, football, basketball, tennis, and many other recreational activities.
4-All staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional. They were always smiling and willing to assist whenever needed.
5-The highlight of my stay was the Sweet Home Confectionery & bakery sections. The quality and variety were outstanding and made a memorable impression.
6-The food was good and met my expectations. While it was not the kind of cuisine that would leave a "wow" impression, the quality, variety, and taste were satisfactory throughout the stay.
4- There is only one à la carte restaurant, and reservations must be made at least one day in advance,The restaurant is satisfactory.
5-The beach is suitable for families and children offering a safe and comfortable environment for them to enjoy but adults need to walk quite a long distance into the water before reaching a reasonable swimming depth.
Areas for Improvement
1-The kids' club was satisfactory but could be improved with more activities and facilities to make it more engaging.
2-The minibar offering was limited, with only a small selection of beverages and snacks included. In addition, beverages were not replenished during the stay,only water was refilled.
3-The bathroom amenities could be enhanced. There was no hair conditioner provided in the shower.
4-The room lacked some basic comfort items, such as bathrobes and slippers.
5-The à la carte restaurant was good but still has room for improvement in terms of food quality, menu variety, and overall experience.
Final Impression
The resort offers a pleasant atmosphere, excellent staff service, enjoyable entertainment, and a wide range of sports and recreational activities. The food and dining options are good, and the overall experience is enjoyable for both families and couples. Despite a few areas that could be improved, my stay was very positive, and I would be happy to return in the future.

For us, this was our first time in Hurghada, and I can honestly say that choosing Pickalbatros White Beach Hotel was the best decision we could have made.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and open arms by everyone. We were given a wonderful room equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was absolutely impeccable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit every taste.
I would especially like to mention one of your waiters, A. Elkerim Rageh, who served us every single day with kindness, professionalism, and a constant smile. Overall, he is an incredibly hardworking and dedicated employee who truly takes pride in his job. He certainly deserves a salary raise for his outstanding service.
The beach was beautiful and peaceful, and despite the hotel complex being so large, it never felt overcrowded. Guests are well spread out, making the whole resort feel spacious and relaxing.
You are doing an excellent job—please keep up the fantastic work! Thank you for making our first experience in Hurghada so memorable. We will definitely be coming back.
