The room is great size for 2 persons and had a wonderful view. Hotel is clean and located in a good area. Staff is really friendly and serving all the the time. Food was good. Many types of dishes and Wow Restaurant (a la carte) was very good as well. Batman's are making good cocktails and are tempting all the time to drink. There are 2 big pools ( one of them was heated) and 2 kids polls (both heated) and water was clean and nice.
The entertainment team was very active and they had a different program every day.

We chose this hotel solely because of our child, as it offers many attractions for children: a large playground, four heated children’s pools, a kids’ club, and plenty of activities for children during the day and in the evening. In this respect, we were very satisfied, and our little one had plenty of fun. Unfortunately, everything else leaves a lot to be desired.
At the beginning, I would like to emphasize that the hotel staff are extremely kind and very helpful, and they perform their duties properly and with great attitude.
As for the hotel itself:
• The food selection was limited. The biggest disappointment was breakfast/the egg station. Unfortunately, the person preparing the eggs overcooks them to the point that there is no difference whether you order an omelette, fried egg, or scrambled eggs — they all look the same: dry, overcooked, with a dry crust on all sides. A note to management: please reconsider this and offer different types of eggs prepared properly and available in serving dishes, rather than frying everything to order in this way.
• The rooms are quite outdated. The worst part is the entrance doors, which are not soundproof at all — you can hear every person and every noise from outside. We were traveling with a child, so this was very inconvenient. You can also hear neighbours from both sides and from above when they walk. The bathrooms are also not modern and clearly show signs of wear and age. That said, the rooms are mainly for sleeping and did serve their basic purpose. The beds were quite comfortable, and the housekeeping team was excellent. The rooms were very clean every day.
• As for the guests, unfortunately there were a lot of Russians, Germans, and Poles. The overall standard of guests felt more like that of a 3-star hotel. This was quite bothersome, as guests often argued, caused scenes, or behaved in a rather crude manner.
If this is a hotel for people traveling for the very first time, they will likely be satisfied. However, for guests who have experienced true 5-star hotels in the past, this property does not feel anywhere near a 5-star standard.
As mentioned at the beginning, we chose this hotel solely because of our child. We definitely will not return.

The hotel is clean, modern, and right by the airport. The beach is beautiful and well kept.
The staff were friendly and the food was tasty with good variety. We also enjoyed the animation program and evening shows. every day was fun.
A very relaxing stay, we would definitely recommend it!

My stay at this hotel was genuinely delightful. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and my room was a pleasure to return to each day a comfortable bed, a great TV, efficient air-conditioning, plenty of storage, a spacious layout, a lovely bathroom, an excellent shower, a good hairdryer, and even the option to listen to the TV while getting ready.
What truly set this place apart, however, were the people. The whole staff is professional and attentive, from reception to housekeeping, kitchen, waiters, and lifeguards. But a few individuals elevated my stay far beyond expectations: Ebrahim Ahmed, Ahmed Okaliy, and Mahmoud Amer their warmth, humor, and genuine friendliness created an unforgettable atmosphere. There was also a young man at the lobby bar whose name I sadly didn’t catch, but his positive energy made every visit a pleasure. These four people are the reason I’m rating this hotel so highly.
The food is decent for Egypt about 7/10 overall, but the pizza and drinks are excellent. And the à la carte restaurant surprised me with a truly delicious steak, absolutely worth recommending.
Pools and the beach? Wonderful. A perfect place to unwind.

Great family hotel. This hotel is very kids friendly, 4 pools for small children, plus kids club with amazing everyday program.
All the staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpfull.
Animation team entertained us everyday with their sport activities and evening programs.
Overall we had amazing vacation and we would return soon for sure!
