We had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The buffets are good, although a bit repetitive for a 5-star hotel.
The kids’ pools are excellent and heated during the winter, which is a great bonus. The pool service is outstanding. I also really appreciated the enforcement of the no sunbed reservation policy - we always had plenty of options when arriving at the pool or beach.
We enjoyed a good massage and also did a photoshoot. The experience itself was lovely, but at €7 per photo we found it quite expensive. As a result, we only purchased a few pictures, even though there were many beautiful ones. It would be helpful if the pricing or package options were communicated more clearly upfront.
A few minor points for improvement: the continuous harassment from salespeople around the pool and beach, and the lack of clear signage for the bathrooms. We initially had to walk to the snack bar to use the restroom, which was quite a distance from the kids’ pool — and with children, when they need to go, it’s urgent. On our last day, we discovered there was actually a restroom much closer to the pool, but this wasn’t clearly indicated.
One final remark: the service at the lobby bar was noticeably slower compared to the rest of the hotel, where service was generally excellent.
Overall we had a great stay and can certainly recommend White Beach! The hotel is also very close to the airport (taxi max €10), but without any noise from airplanes.

The hotel did not meet my expectations and, in my opinion, is somewhat overrated. I expected a higher standard of service and facilities for the price and reputation.
While the food quality was generally good, the beverage selection and quality were disappointing. The staff in the restaurants were not particularly welcoming or attentive, which negatively affected the overall dining experience. Additionally, the à la carte restaurant was poorly organized and lacked professionalism.
The hotel building and furnishings appear dated, with much of the furniture showing signs of age and wear. Another significant issue was the elevators; a large number were out of service during my stay, resulting in long wait times and inconvenience.
Guests should also be aware that representatives selling excursions and activities can be quite persistent, which may detract from a relaxing holiday experience.
The hotel may be well-suited for families with very young children (approximately 1–6 years old). However, for older children, couples, or adults seeking a more refined experience, I would not personally recommend it. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I do not believe the hotel offers the level of quality its reputation suggests.

All staff members were friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide excellent service. The hotel facilities were outstanding, clean, and very well organized. The room was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The food was of high quality, delicious, and offered great variety. Every detail reflected professional and genuine care for guests. The rooms are a standout feature of the resort. They are spacious, modern, and kept in pristine condition.
The culinary experience at White Beach is diverse and high-quality. With multiple themed restaurants (ranging from Italian to Oriental and Asian), there is something for every palate

Great resort, the pools and beach are fantastic! Food is decent althoug not amazing, team absolutely lovely, room large and good. Wouldn't call the resory especially luxurious but it's very nice.
Honestly the only comment I have is the super loud music all evening. For a place this well catered to kids its quite disturbing. Our room was about as far away from it as you can get (right next to the beach with the speakers being near the lobby side) and it was hard to relax in the evenings, even with the balcony door closed.
