What a beautiful Hotel, as centrally located as can be really.
We found the staff here (all the staff) to be AMAZING!!!!
Cannot praise them enough, from advice for places to go, to the buckets of ice from the pool bar, all very friendly and happy to help with anything requested.
Some of them even had a sense of humour to keep you on your toes!
Unfortunately, there has been some building work going on, but I can't say this really hammered our holiday some days it was a bit noisy but that's just the way of things.
We have had a great stay (made better by all the amazing staff) and would/will definitely return.
The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the beach, and bars, restaurants, cafes galore within steps of the entrance.
The x2 swimming pools were well cared for, with a lifeguard constantly tidying and rearranging the loungers as required.
They also did not let anyone claim a lounger and leave for the day ( i thought this was a nice touch ), so there was a constant flow of people around for as long as they wanted.

An amazing little hotel! It's so beautiful everywhere you walk. The plants are stunning. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Food was very good but do bear in mind it's a very small hotel so there isn't a masses of choice that you could be used to, but good quality, good food. BBQ night was a particular highlight for us. We paid for 2 half board dinners at €120 for 4 people, which included drinks is such good value. Building work is still ongoing, and depending upon where your room is, it could be a problem for some. As you can see from the star rating, no i do not recommend this hotel. How a hotel handles an issue, tells you as the customer, a lot about their values. During our recent stay, we had very noisy neighbours that were screaming at one another, slamming doors, smashing up their room, and smoking cannabis which we could smell in our room. When informing the reception of what was going on, we expected at least an offer to move us to another room. This did not happen. We were told 'see how tonight goes', and check again with the reception the next day if they can move us rooms.
Hearing your holiday neighbours screaming at the top of their lungs, and smashing up their room, is not what a 'holiday' means to us; so we promptly packed up and left the hotel. Even when we checked out there was no apology from the staff at the reception, we left feeling very disappointed, tired and shocked to be honest. Luckily we moved to another hotel that was calm and relaxed, unlike what we had just experienced.
Outside of this incident (which has coloured our whole stay, as you can imagine) the restaurant staff at the breakfast are lovely and friendly. There are two resident cats called 'Sammy and Maggie' who are delightful, and looked after well by the staff. Housekeeping were not regular, there were times we had to request if our room could be made up, for clean towels etc. The location is good for accessing Costa Teguise, although we found Costa Teguise main areas to be much more 'lively' and centred around drinking than they used to be, which can be off-putting if you are not a drinker.
Update on review: The business has responded to my review below stating 'there was no evidence of the complaint.'
I don't pay thousands of pounds to go on holiday, to be subjected to what we experienced from your guests (the neighbours as described above), and for your staff to not move us rooms that same day. We had to suffer a second night listening to their domestics, smashing up their room, and the smell of their cannabis that travelled to our room (and subsequently made our clothes smell as the wardrobe is an open style wardrobe.) When we reported the concerns to your reception staff, they said they would be writing the neighbours a letter regarding their cannabis smoking, and addressing their behaviours. I didn't realise that as part of our holiday, we needed to record evidence of the neighbours behaviour, for your business to take some accountability!
Your reply is very misleading, as it appears that we did not accept a room change. That is not true, the day we reported it we kindly requested a room change and this was declined and we were told 'see how tonight goes, come back tomorrow if you are still concerned.' As written above, we had to spend two nights subjected to this, which was distressing. Only then, after your failure to help us, we had to resort to leaving your hotel.

Second time at this hotel and already looking forward to return. So peaceful and modern aswell. Never a issue with sunbeds, rooms are cleaned and very well designed. Staff are extremely friendly from cleaners,lifeguards to management. Bought our friends for the first time and they absolutely loved it!

Right from the start, a nice smooth, fast check-in with concise information on all the hotel facilities (juan). Room spacious and clean. Restaurant well run all staff very efficient and helpful specially Cipri (hope that is spelt correctly).
Didn't get any bad meals, lots of choice including meat cooked to order.
There is building work being carried out, but it was not loud and didn't bother us or spoil our holiday and we were at the side where the work is being carried out. Overall a very relaxing free and easy do what you want when you want as there's no animation/kids club running round. Close to the beaches ( Jablilo playa is great for snorkeling). Main shop's are literally across the street.
