We stayed at Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa on an all-inclusive basis.
The location is very good, the hotel was clean, and the food was acceptable—not amazing, but certainly not bad.
Unfortunately, there were far too many restrictive rules. The snack bar was very poor, only opening from 4 pm to 6 pm, with very limited options. Often, by 5 pm, there was hardly anything left. We were also not allowed to take even a croissant out of the restaurant after breakfast or lunch.
This was particularly frustrating because we were travelling with children who do not always eat well during meal times and often get hungry shortly afterwards. Having nothing available to give them between meals was very inconvenient, especially considering we had paid for an all-inclusive package.
The restaurant staff were generally unfriendly and sometimes came across as rude. They seemed more focused on enforcing rules than providing good customer service, which made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcome.
We stayed in a junior suite. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable, but the furniture and décor were extremely outdated and looked like they had not been updated since the 1980s.
Overall, the hotel has a good location and is kept clean, but the restrictive policies, poor snack bar, and unfriendly service significantly affected our experience.

Hotel beatriz is a great hotel to give your head a break and enjoy time with your family. I think this is a good hotel for any searchers online looking for holidays and are looking for a cheap and calm hotel. This resort includes.varios activities such as mini golf ,the spa,the programmes that happen every night and the pools. Overall the food was okay. These meals rarely change so i think it could be a bit better if we could change the menu. The rooms are nice. They are very.cosy and spacious and with a vuew that every one woupd like to see. The views depend on the room you select when you buy the hotel.Overall i think this hotel visited more often because its a great coice to choose from.

Came here with my partner in June for a week. I don’t feel like the negative reviews are very accurate. We were half board but only had breakfast. For some reason it’s more expensive just for B&B. Breakfast was absolutely fine! Plenty to choose from. Never struggled to find a table. Can’t comment on the evening food as we never had it. The room was nice. We had a big room with partial sea view which was completely blocked by palm trees but oh well! I wouldn’t say the rooms are as dated as people are making them out to be. Our room was absolutely fine, big, loads of wardrobe space and big bathroom. The staff on reception were very helpful and polite. Never struggled for a sun bed around the pool. Really short walk to shops/bars/beach and around a 30-45 min walk into Puerto Del Carmen. Reception can book you a taxi too.

Amazing location. 10 minutes from airport (door to door), 1 minute from the beach and 5 mins from a series of shops, pubs and restaurants (thank god).
Breakfast was decent, lunch and evening buffett was poor - so we ate out. The italian restaurant was awful, didnt bother with the chinese and the BBQ was good.
Take your towels down before 8 to get a bed and stay with them until the rest of the family are ready for breakfast then go with them and return after you have eaten - a lot of guests but not enough beds.
Get to the evening entertainment early to get a seat, the Bollywood was amazing and the White Party was good.
The staff are overworked and probably under paid - they are lovely though (mostly), they are happy to mix drinks for you and are not shy pouring the alcohol (not branded).
This would be a great base if your happy to eat out for lunch and evening and make the most of the all inclusive drinks.

I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed
As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are approachable
Like it's been mentioned on previous reviews the food is fine not very different variety as is the way in most all-inclusive hotels however I felt the food was fresh, plentiful and enough to feed an army
The location is very pretty the room I had is a sea view room the room is very large comfortable Ann's clean
Granted that the Hotel decor is a little tired but it does not impede on your holiday the facilities in the hotel are very good as well Plant City today for adults and children swimming pools are large some are heated and there is always a good amount of sun loungers. The all-inclusive offers a good variety of food, drink and entertainment
In my opinion this is a very good hotel for couples and families alike I would personally highly recommend Hotel Beatriz player and Spa.
There are a good number of shops restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the hotel
I don't think that this hotel gets enough credit for what it does personally I would trust that as a 4 and a half to five star hotel
