Fun filled holiday. Lots to keep you entertained. We booked this only 18days prior to flying. And have been very impressed, rooms are lovely and beds made daily. Day activities for adults and kids. We have struggled with lack of variety of food for my daughter. Always pasta and chips as a good fall back option, but definitely always something to eat if you can push our boundaries of normal English food.
Pool and slides are a great hit. Sadly no inflatables allowed other than a very small inflable ring. This should be more clearly signposted as disappointing when you enter the water and get a whistle blown at you to get out. Also no balls allowed, this does take away from the fun that kids want at a pool.
No fault of the hotel but the beaches are a 15 or 25min walk away and in the heat not ideal for young ones walking there.
Overall I have enjoyed my stay here and glad we booked it last minute.
4 stars. Thank you everyone.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The double room is cozy, clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. The pool looks like an oasis (it seems to be a trend). There are activities at night inside the hotel for guests, such as bingo, game shows, karaoke, etc. The food is also incredible. I felt that the menu was a little repetitive, but nothing that would affect its quality. To go to the beach or the nearest stores, you can take a bus (5 min) or walk (25 min). Overall, if I were to go to Lanzarote again, I’d shortlist this hotel as one of my favorite options.

As an all inclusive member, It’s not all inclusive as you have to pay for the “better” drinks and even the coffee of the day. Plus you have to pay for your own cup. Room service is alright. They only tidy up the beds and change one towel in the bathroom and also only give you one toilet roll, they don’t clean the floors or balcony floor or the toilet+bath+sinks. They shut the lights off at 11pm every night even if there’s people still sat there and even in the dining area they shut the lights off even if there’s people still is people still eating. The entertainment crew tells you to put 5 starts on the hotel review to use their 360 spin camera set up. And the pool is dirty of mold and green moss. Other than all of that the hotel rooms are really nice same with the dining area.

Positives:
• Clean, quiet, freshly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and good bedding
• Bathrooms dated but functional
• Hard-working staff (cleaners, restaurant, pool, bar)
• Fresh fruit always good
• Entertainment options available (mini golf, pool table, table tennis, etc.)
Negatives:
• No security: disruptive guest became aggressive multiple times, no action taken, made the hotel feel unsafe
• Food repetitive, often bland or too salty; cocktails in all-inclusive very poor quality
• Water temperature in showers constantly fluctuated in all three rooms we had
• Pool rules didn’t make sense (soft ball for a child not allowed, but water guns and small balls were)
• Activities often required €1 coins; hotel stopped exchanging notes despite initially saying they would; no change machine provided; pool tables squeezed awkwardly against a sharp wall
• Confusing and unhelpful communication about airport taxi bookings caused stress
• Location is walkable to beach/restaurants but not convenient for daily trips
Overall:
Okay for a short break, but the lack of security, poor food/drinks, and unhelpful reception made the stay frustrating. Wouldn’t return.

Currently writing this on our last day. The hotel is pleasant but a little dated. Take most of the reviews with a pinch of salt as the food isnt that bad.
We did our research before booking and have to say the food has been okay, nothing mind blowing but also not as bad as half of the reviews make out. Breakfast and Lunch always seem to be the better meals of the day and we always found something to eat. €1 deposit on cups which I think is a great idea as it saves them being left around the pool and hotel.
Rooms are average and need a little bit of TLC but ultimately its a semi comfy bed for the night. Shower is not the best and air con is weak but workable. Make sure to leave a card in the holder to keep the aircon running while out. This also keeps the fridge on and cold too.
Pool is nice enough. Cold and refreshing on hot days. There is a lack of shade around the pool but if you hunt you can find some. Beds stay chained up until 9:45am but people find ways to reserve their spots around the pool in other ways. This never bothered us and we just found a spot when we could.
Overall a relatively nice place but could probably be better with a little TLC and some investment.
