Another lovely stay, excellent location close to the harbour and lovely views.
The staff members and the service is excellent. The grounds are lovely and all the facilities are excellently constantly maintained
There are activities throughout the day for anyone who wants to take part and evening entertainment. The choice of food is excellent with great pride taken by all the restaurant staff.
We would highly recommend using the Spa pool but there are other pools also available. Many guests return time and time again which is a great testiment to just how lovely this hotel is. We have already booked to return again and are really looking forward to seeing familiar and excellent staff members such as Manuela and Chiara who make it feel like home.

Just got back from a week all inclusive after having not been to the hotel for 19 years. The reception area is amazing, lots of places to sit. The bar was good, although sometimes quite a queue.
The pools are clean and plenty of sun loungers. We didn’t get hotel towels as that needed a cash deposit, they wouldn’t accept a card. The safe in the room required a daily charge but not expensive.
The reception staff were on the whole pleasant, although some were a tad blunt at times.
Now for the downside…The room was shabby. Mismatched furniture (one of us had a white bedside table and the other side of the bed had a wooden one, in the same room), paint flaking off the wardrobe, dirty stains on the floor that weren’t cleaned til the last day. There was a fair few ants in the room. My son accidentally dropped a glass on the floor and we tidied it up but we’re still finding shards of glass days later even after the cleaners had been in.
But that said the pools were clean, the food was great, the hotel is in a good quiet location. We used the free bus a couple of times. The hotel spa was great.

I stayed here in May 2026 with my wife and baby. We were on a half board meal package. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. There were some good points, and some things that could be better.
The staff, specifically those in the restaurant, are very friendly, especially towards our baby. They made us feel welcome.
The buffet restaurant was pretty good. There was a wide selection of meats, vegetables, desserts and ice creams everyday for dinner. I was very satisfied with the food.
Our room interior was modern and clean. The hotel arranged a cot bed and baby bath tub for us.
One of the swimming pools is 40 metres long and has dedicated swimming lanes. I really liked that. More hotels should have swimming lanes!
But there were some things that I think could be better.
The towels for use outside of the room needed a deposit, which I've never experienced before. Rather annoyingly, we had to exchange them at the hotel shop, which was neither near to our room or any of the swimming pools! Usually at every other hotel I've been to, they can be exchanged next to a pool.
Another strange thing was needing to pay a daily charge for the room safe, even though the safe is already in the room. I've never ever had to pay for using a deposit before.
I also had to provide a deposit to use a kettle. Most hotels have tea or coffee facilities as standard, but not here.
While the rooms and main restaurant are modern, it felt like the rest of the hotel needs some investment. For example, tiles are missing from the swimming pools, the sun beds look very old, the walls look like they need some painting. The air conditioning in the room has no temperature controls and it was never very powerful, we often found it hot during sleeping.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, and the staff are overall friendly and welcoming. But there are a few issues that I feel could be made better.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Great pool areas. Never struggled for a sun lounger even after being out in the mornings. Paid for a garden room, to have own sun loungers and privacy, but our room 007 had no sun till 4pm due to palm trees. Food was good quality but the mix was a little random, but in an all inclusive buffet it isn't going to be easy to cater for everyone without options. Plenty fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, salads available. Only used the pool restaurant once so can't comment really. Bar service could be slow but we went out every day & evening so didn't cause us issues. Staff were all very friendly. There were plenty activities and the show bar seemed popular, but again we didn't use it. Hotel is in a great position with just a short walk to the marina which is stunning and has a number of bars and restaurants for anyone wanting to get out. There is a hill up from the marina but this wasn't a problem.
We would return.

We returned last Tuesday from the Calero Talaso and Spa. What a fantastic hotel. The staff were all polite professional and work so hard. The rooms are spacious and well decorated and cleaned everyday if you require that. The 3 pools are all a nice size and there are plenty of sun loungers. The food is great and varied. We used the spa and had a 2 hour slot - amazing.
After day one we upgraded to all inclusive to enhance our great experience.
The hotel is in a nice location with a very short walk to the Marina.
