I loved every second of my stay at THB Lanzarote Beach! I was shocked upon arrival at how large my room was considering I am but one person, and it was super clean and nicely furnished too. As well as the room being delightful, the pool and bathing area was gorgeous and big enough that you didn't have to fight over sunloungers. Also, the balcony was fantastic, and the cleaners were lovely and really efficient. The highlight of my stay though was the reception and bar staff as they were sooo friendly and helpful - they helped me book trips, order taxis, gave advice, and made me feel at home abroad. Thank you, thank you, thank you - I'll be back!

I would rate this hotel as a 3 star. The location is brilliant, we had a pool view, the sea view would have been much better. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The issue we had was the room, signs of wear and tear generally, broken door surrounds, stains on chairs and bed. Bathroom had mould actually in the door bottom and all round the shower's silicon. Fridge door shelf broken so could not put milk in it. Not enough plug points constantly switching devices and appliances with TV and kettle plugs near tv. No plug in kitchen, so had to move toaster to another plug to use it... But what concerned us the most was we had 4 bed bugs over the week and 1 cockroach. We were most concerned about the bugs biting us in the bed and we literally stripped the beds, and moved furniture searching for the bugs. And as with most hotels we had dirty feet and had to buy slippers. We are very easy going so it did not ruin the trip, but we would not go again unless the rooms were upgraded. I believe this has happened to some blocks but not our block, block 4. Also, everyday we would get drain smells around the pool, but I don't think this is the hotel, more just a problem with the general area. Update - I have now come out with bed bugs bites all over both arms and on 1 leg. I believe they are bed bug bites as they have been identified and apparently it can take 1-14 days for the bites to show on your skin. So we were in room 4212 and my husband has told me one night on he a bed bug coming out of the ceiling out of a tiny crack as well, so that makes 5 definite sightings. I also have photos of the bed bug. I go on holiday regularly and this has NEVER happened before. We wish we had requested a room change now. Please be aware. Furthermore the hotel has requested that I remove my post as it is affecting business. I will not remove as this is a fair and honest review and the most important thing for a hotel to provide is to have a clean and safe room to sleep in. I have been unable to add photos to this reviews but if you look on trip advisor, you will see a few photos I posted on there. I will leave this review now.

We had a brilliant time in May at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel was clean and our room was serviced every single day to a very high standard. The dining experience was really good.The food was consistently fresh and the service in the restaurant was incredibly efficient. We would especially like to mention Giselle, who was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and exceptionally professional! Finally, the location is superb. The sea view was amazing, one of the best I have ever experienced.

Although we went early in the season I think the rooms need a bit of updating and repair. The room we stayed in you had to slam the door to close it as it was coming away from the hinges, the joining room door was similar however not as bad as ours. Inside the rooms, in the bathroom the architrave was split and water damaged. The room sizes were good for us. We had 2 rooms due to having 5 people in the party, the bigger of the 2 rooms had its own kitchen area with a hob and microwave as well as a sitting area near the balcony. The smell at block 2 wasnt the best, with the wind coming through the gap at block 2 the smell carries up to the pool side. We paid for the breakfast which had a good discount, the selection made it worthwhile. The hotel location is good, right next to the beach. We hired a car to get around, the car hire place at the hotel was well priced with no deposit needed like the airport hire companies ask for. The staff at both the hotel and car hire place are brilliant, friendly and help out as much as they can. We booked a taxi via the hotel to take us back to the airport which considering we needed it for 5 passengers it was similar in price to what we would have paid at home. We tried 2 restaurants during our holiday, a small place just at the back of block 2 next to the beach Jack Daniels Bar, we also went to Cesare Ristorante Italiano. I would recommend both these places for meals.

We spent six nights at THB Lanzarote Beach, and from day one it exceeded all our expectations. We were given a room with a sea view, which was absolutely stunning. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and cosy. The hotel also has direct gate access to the beach, which was another big plus for us. The food was great, with a good variety every day and always something different to try. The activities coordinator, Dani, was amazing - always spreading good vibes and making our stay even more fun. All the staff were so lovely, especially the bar and restaurant staff, who were incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Lanzarote and hopefully we’ll be back soon!
