We had a brilliant time in May at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel was clean and our room was serviced every single day to a very high standard.
The dining experience was really good.The food was consistently fresh and the service in the restaurant was incredibly efficient. We would especially like to mention Giselle, who was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and exceptionally professional! Finally, the location is superb. The sea view was amazing, one of the best I have ever experienced.

This was not our first choice hotel, however, due to work being done at our original hotel we decided on this one because it was in a similar place.
I cannot recommend this hotel, for the following reasons.
Breakfasts, never changed and wasn't of 4 star standard with cooked food just warm.
Staff generally good, reception staff on arrival notified us we had free safe but gave us no instructions, as a result we caused a fault that required an maintenance staff to reprogram the lock. ( on a Sunday night, so was not happy)
Direction signs to breakfast room via fire exit.
Room air-conditioning didn't work and looked like it had not for sometime. We didn't report it as we was able to get a nice breeze through the room. Talking with others, they had similar issues.
Room had seen better days, toilet was constantly running, reception staff got it fixed quickly.
Pool area was OK, but sun lounger tablets needed a good clean or thrown away.

Although we went early in the season I think the rooms need a bit of updating and repair. The room we stayed in you had to slam the door to close it as it was coming away from the hinges, the joining room door was similar however not as bad as ours. Inside the rooms, in the bathroom the architrave was split and water damaged.
The room sizes were good for us. We had 2 rooms due to having 5 people in the party, the bigger of the 2 rooms had its own kitchen area with a hob and microwave as well as a sitting area near the balcony.
The smell at block 2 wasnt the best, with the wind coming through the gap at block 2 the smell carries up to the pool side.
We paid for the breakfast which had a good discount, the selection made it worthwhile.
The hotel location is good, right next to the beach. We hired a car to get around, the car hire place at the hotel was well priced with no deposit needed like the airport hire companies ask for.
The staff at both the hotel and car hire place are brilliant, friendly and help out as much as they can.
We booked a taxi via the hotel to take us back to the airport which considering we needed it for 5 passengers it was similar in price to what we would have paid at home.
We tried 2 restaurants during our holiday, a small place just at the back of block 2 next to the beach Jack Daniels Bar, we also went to Cesare Ristorante Italiano. I would recommend both these places for meals.

Couldn't fault our stay at the hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. Arrived early to check in and was called when room was ready. Room was clean, modern and had all the amenities you need. Beautiful sea view from room, loved sitting out on balcony early in the morning and watching the sunrise.
Food was good. Lots of choice in the buffet for breakfast and evening meal. Drinks were reasonably priced as we were only half board.
Great location, steps out of the back of the hotel take you straight on to the promenade and to the beach. Fabulous hotel

We stayed at THB Lanzarote Beach in Costa Teguise in December. We booked a room with a view of the pool, but were first given a room overlooking the parking and bins. It was very noisy at night because staff were throwing empty glass bottles into the bins around 2am. We tried to report this at reception, but at first we were ignored and fobbed off. Eventually, we were moved to a different room with an upgrade, which was much better.
The hotel facilities were nice, with a good pool area and clean rooms once we were moved. The food was good, with a decent choice and tasty options. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.
That said, the hotel did not feel like a proper 4-star. The initial room and the way our complaint was handled left a bad impression. It is worth checking your room carefully on arrival.
If you get a good room, the stay can be pleasant, and the facilities make it easy to enjoy the holiday. Just be aware that noise and poor service can be an issue, and it may take persistence to get things sorted. We were glad when we finally got a better room.
