Going home today after a 12 night stay here and overall we’ve had a great time. The reception staff upon arrival are friendly but note that you cannot get access to your room until 4pm but they have a luggage locker and you can get AI drinks and food immediately. The rooms themselves are basic but comfortable and spacious though there’s not much wardrobe space and only one drawer for clothes etc. there is a free safety deposit box which is straightforward to use. The shower in the bathroom is run from the rooms hot water heater so one to bear in mind if there are more than 2 people in the room as the hot water doesn’t last very long. Lots of plug sockets to charge devices but the wi-fi is only available in the reception area. Room cleaning is done every other day.
The food is good but repetitive and the breakfasts have something for everyone. Salads are good and there is usually an international menu each evening which might not look great but try it, it’s tasty.
The pool is large and quite deep at the bar side but it’s also cold but probably quite refreshing in summer.
The bars have a good selection of drinks and the beer is Amstel which is nice and cold. All drinks are served in paper cups though, whether round the pool or in the entertainment room.
The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops within walking distance and the beach is just a five/ten minute walk but it’s downhill just so you know.
Not sure if I’d return here but we’ve had a lovely time and I would recommend it to anyone.

Food is average at best, avoid booking all inclusive as it’s not entirely worth the price. Alcohol is not the best, and a lot of drinks and ice creams etc are not included in the all inclusive package. Rooms are clean and modern, and staff are all friendly and very helpful. Location is great and very central to a lot of things, especially the Siam park bus stop, beach and restaurants. We had trouble with the shower getting hot water, and the wifi is very bad and only connects in reception. The pool is clean but very cold in the winter months as it isn’t heated. Safe included in the rooms and the terrace was clean and spacious. Housekeeping were great and kept the room stocked and clean. Good for the price you pay so long as you don’t expect 5* service

We had a wonderful stay at Laguna Park 1 in Tenerife. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around very easy. The apartments were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pool area was lovely, with plenty of sunbeds and a great atmosphere to relax and unwind. Everything was well maintained and organised.
Overall, it was excellent value for money and a great choice for a Tenerife holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Laguna Park 1 to anyone looking for a pleasant, stress-free break. 🌴☀️

Absolutely appalling, food is just horrendous, very small eating area to feed massive hotel- so you might just have to wait outside to eat breakfast. Window that comes from kitchen…. never seen a wipe. Food is tasteless. In grapes bowl some of fruits were rotten. Hotel between high street and busy road/ motorway. Shower- not possible to set up right temperature either scorching hot or freezing. rooms were supposed to be cleaned every second day- definitely not happening, holes in towels. hotel full of people drunk non stop. absolute menace

Overall, a mixed opinion of the hotel. If you go self catering, you'll probably have a better experience but it wouldn't be in my top choices of accomodation if I book to come to Tenerife again.
Pros of the hotel:
-Spacious apartments! Big big living room spaces, good size bathroom and bedroom, and a balcony with either a pool view or sea view.
-Powerful hairdryer comes with the room. Looks cheap but does the job really well.
-Lots of good lighting (big lights and cosy lights), and big windows for natural light.
-Extra fleece blankets if you don't want the usual thin bedsheet.
-Good safety on front door (security guard at the door and key cards needed to get in)
-Breakfast was good with a variety. Full english, spanish selection (salami, pepperoni, etc), toast and different spreads, croissants, pain au chocolates, lots of fruit. All the juices and hot drinks, as well as a mix of soft, fizzy pop.
-Pool tables indoors near the bar and entertainment area. Good for if you are staying in the hotel or for poor weather (not often)
-Apartment included fridge, sink, microwave and hobs for cooking. Kettle and toaster too. (However, no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel & no coffee, tea or sugar)
-Big, powerful fans provided in the rooms as there is no aircon
-Location is good because its on a strip full of shops and bars with a shopping centre at the end of the road. A short (15 min) walk down to the beach, with another beach just 5 mins away from there. Also only a 15 min walk to Siam Park.
The downsides to the hotel are:
-Cleanliness - not very well vacuumed or mopped. The floors of the apartment were quite dirty, especially the bathroom
-No locks on windows (although our apartment was high up), makes it feel a little less secure.
-Broken door handle to balcony which needed a bit of a shove to open. Not terrible but you'd expect the door to open easily.
-Beds are SOLID. So uncomfortable. Woke up with bad neck and shoulders the whole holiday. The sofa is probably comfier to sleep on.
-No tv remote - no idea where its kept but could not find it.
-Dinner food - the evening meals were terrible. Very dry and plain with limited taste/flavour. Over 3 nights, there was rice and meatballs, battered chicken and chips, lasagne, bbq pork and veggies (sprouts, carrots), chicken curry, chicken wings, fish.
-Shower water pressure was very weak and the temperature was constantly up and down. Boiling hot to slightly warm, can adjust to the main temp you want but it will keep changing during your shower.
-The house wines included in the half board were not very nice.
