We stayed at Jaz Aquaviva in Hurghada over Christmas, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, our stay was extremely pleasant and relaxing.
The staff are truly amazing — always smiling, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and happy. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention goes to the animation team, who did a brilliant job keeping everyone entertained throughout the day and evening, especially Ahmed, who brought great energy and made the activities really enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel is next level. Rooms, restaurants, pools, and public areas are spotless at all times, which really adds to the overall quality and comfort of the stay.
There is a great selection of food and beverages, with plenty of variety to suit everyone. Everything was well presented and delicious. The Christmas dinner and the entire day were exceptionally well organised, creating a lovely festive atmosphere without feeling overcrowded or rushed.
Overall, Jaz Aquaviva exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful, well-run resort with outstanding service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday in Hurghada.

We are currently staying at Jaz Aquaviva Hotel and so far our experience has been really great. The hotel is clean, spacious, and has a lovely atmosphere, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The pools and facilities are well looked after, and there is always something going on during the day to keep things fun.
The entertainment team has been a highlight of our stay. They are all friendly, energetic, and very welcoming. A special mention goes to Maria and Mohamed, who really stand out. Maria remembers always encourages me and my family to join in, whether it’s volleyball, water basketball, pool games, or dancing. Mohamed is equally fantastic—full of energy, always smiling and talking to me and my siblings as well as great at getting everyone involved in the activities around the pool. Together, they create such a fun, positive atmosphere and make everyone feel included.
Overall, everything has been very enjoyable so far and we’re really happy with our stay. We’re looking forward to the rest of our time here and would definitely recommend Jaz Aquaviva to anyone looking for a fun and friendly holiday atmosphere.

The animation team are fantastic and bring so much fun and energy to the resort — they really make the experience unforgettable. The food is excellent with loads of choice and consistently delicious at every meal.
The entire hotel and all facilities are immaculate — spotless, well maintained, and clearly looked after with pride. The lifeguards deserve a huge shout-out too; they are incredible, always alert, incredibly helpful, and genuinely care about guests’ safety and enjoyment.
This hotel sets the bar incredibly high. An absolutely brilliant resort with an amazing team — we can’t wait to come back and would recommend Jaz Aquaviva to everyone!

Staying at the Jaz Aquaviva for one week. The hotel is superb very clean and the rooms are great. All the staff have been amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to help make your stay amazing. Shout out to the fabulous entertainment team especially Boody and Natalie and Alaa the lifeguard and his team who set up a lovely birthday decoration for my son’s 18th birthday.
The food is also very good, lots of variety, and the snack bar is good too.
The bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails and the bar staff here are wonderful too.
The waterpark has sooo many slides and the staff here are also super.

WOW! What a holiday. We had an amazing stay at Jaz Aquaviva—spotlessly clean, excellent food with plenty of variety, and outstanding facilities. We ate out twice for a change of scenery (Moon Restaurant at the Marina and Chillies at Senzo Mall), both great value and delicious. The water park is fantastic and very safe, with lifeguards everywhere, and our kids (13 & 11) could roam freely. There are loads of pools (some heated from 15th November), bars, snack spots, shops, and a shuttle to Makadi Bay beach.
Entertainment runs all day, the white party is brilliant, and evenings were relaxed for us at the pool bar with live music. Rooms are spacious, beds incredibly comfortable, WiFi is free, and the hotel feels extremely safe. As a wheelchair user, accessibility wasn’t perfect but manageable, and the staff went above and beyond to help—truly some of the friendliest, most accommodating staff we’ve ever experienced.
Cleanliness is immaculate, drinks and service are constant, and little touches (normal-sized mugs, warm pools, attentive waiters) made a big difference. We also booked a Super Safari through the hotel—highly recommended.
An unforgettable holiday—we’ll definitely be back.
