The food is absolutely amazing so many different options and all so yummy. A wide range of drinks for coffee to cocktails, juice wine and anything you could want. The animals team are amazing and really made our holiday with the different activities they run daily, the evening shows and dance floor in the evenings. Their high energy and positive attitude is reflected in the work and you can tell they love what they do which makes you want to talk and get to know them more. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help with everything. They feel like family especially when they remen your name and joke around. The rooms are beautiful so spacious and so clean the view of the beach from the room is unmatched. Would 100% recommend this home away from home.

We are currently staying at Jaz Aquamarine hotel and resort.
The hotel itself is unbelievably clean and if it was for the cleanliness alone I would give it a 5 star review.
The All inclusive scenario is very misleading as it is advertised as A La Carte Options and Buffets across the resort but this depends on the type of all inclusive wrist bands you get. They operate on a loyalty scheme which is not bad in some respects but not advertised at the outset.
The A La Carte options for first timers is 1 or 2 free visits (depending on who you book through) otherwise you have to pay for them all (make sure you book early on your stay as the slots get filled quick).
You will be restricted to Buffet 95% of your stay unless you have visited the resort many times or pay for use of A La Carte options. The all inclusive drinks do not provide much variety and are basic (provided in plastic blue beakers poolside - poolside bar drinks are not brilliant - much better at the bars) and if you want to have Martini options or better drink options it’s €14pus per time.
The food is ok in the buffet but they do have a vast amount of different options depending on the days. Vegetarian options for my wife are repetitive so you can end up eating the same foods every day.
Resort staff are a mix bag, some a happy and smiley (shout out to the room cleaner Mahmoud) he would fold different animal towels on our bed each day and always greet us with a smile. Otherwise were disinterested and look rather bored of their jobs.
The MiVida spa was nice we used this twice for treatments and use of facilities (it is expensive) but was worth it for our anniversary.
The pools in the resort are a massive plus (some heated/some not) which is perfect and form part of a beautiful resort.
The evening entertainment people seem to love but is 100% repetitive.
A plus is if you want sun beds they will go and find them for you and bring them to you to stop the mass morning wars for sun beds.
We are here in November where weather is 26-30 degrees so perfect for winter sun.
We may react differently to everyone else however our stomachs were sensitive to the overall food & drink throughout our stay.
Overall 3/5 with some positives and some negatives which we believe is a far review.

I’ve been to several hotels in Egypt before, but this one really stands out. Everything was just perfect! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was really tasty — fresh, well-prepared, and with lots of options every day.
The animation team deserves a special mention — they were full of life, fun, and made every day so enjoyable. You can really feel that they love what they do!
I’d love to come back again soon. Highly recommend it!

One of the Best Holidays of Our Lives!
We would like to thank all the staff for giving us one of the best holidays of our lives.
The front office team were extremely friendly and attentive, always happy to help us with anything we needed.
Our housekeeping attendant kept our room spotless every day and surprised us with lovely towel figures — such a nice touch!
There was so much delicious food and plenty of restaurants to choose from. A special thanks to the Four Corners restaurant, which works outside of fixed time slots, so you can enjoy a meal almost any time.
Every member of staff around the hotel was kind, helpful and ready to assist with any request.
The security team were always welcoming us back with smiles and greetings, making us feel safe and like we were coming home every time we returned to the hotel.
What really impressed us was that no one expected tips — something we didn’t anticipate in Egypt. This genuine hospitality completely changed our perception and made our stay truly exceptional.
Tour guides and sellers also offered their services very professionally — after a simple “no”, they respected our answer and moved on, which was a big positive for us.
There are plenty of facilities for children as well, but don’t worry — families usually stay next to Jaz Bluemarine, so it’s still peaceful and relaxing for everyone.
We definitely recommend this hotel, especially if it’s your first time in Egypt, as it was for us. You’ll feel comfortable, safe, and completely at home.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment team really stood out, they were energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having a great time. Their enthusiasm created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.
Our exceptional waiter, Ehab El-Omda, warmly received our order and was incredibly kind to us throughout our stay at Topaz Restaurant. Ehab was truly a master of visualization. We hope to see you again next time.
