An incredible place to relax! Very friendly, kind and professional staff - always smiling, attentive and ready to help. The atmosphere of sincerity and care is felt from the first day.
The entire territory and rooms are perfectly clean. Daily cleaning, order is maintained even at night. The apartments are very cool: clean, modern, comfortable - everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
The beach is very close, two minutes on foot.
I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their warmth, care and excellent service! It was a truly unforgettable vacation. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!🇪🇬🇺🇦

We stayed at the resort for 10 days, and all we can say is that we are thankful and very satisfied. The room was good, room service excellent, the stuff was very professional and caring. We would came back to the room after lunch, and every day there was some little piece of artwork made of towels, and we loved the effort!
The food was great, we enjoyed every meal and the best part was that there were so many options which is great for the kids.
Special thanks to Mr Shabrawi who is great person and great professional who knows how to put a smile on a kid's face. Also, thanks to Mr Mohamed who welcomed us, and to Mr Shazly.
On our arrival you said "welcome home", and now we know what does it mean. This 10 days felt like home.

Practically everything. The quality and variety of the food, although booking marks the hotel as 4 stars, easily brings it to the level of other 5 star hotels. The staff is kind and helpful. I would like to highlight the competence and friendliness of the animation team, among them Mizo stands out, who always tries to please everyone and befriend the guests. Since the hotel's courtyard is shared with the Le Jardin hotel, its size and the number of pools and bars are amazing. I also liked the attitude of the Reception at check-in, since we booked a Club standard room (which I don't know whose fault it is, but there is nothing on the booking site indicating that it is in a complex on the other side of the main road) we still got not a room, but a two-room bungalow in the main hotel, for which I would like to thank you very much.

We just returned from our honeymoon at Riviera Resort in Hurghada, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything from the food to the facilities was top-notch.
But what made our stay extra special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. A special shoutout to Weal from the Splash Bar – he quickly became a friend and made our days by the pool even more enjoyable with his great service, positive energy, and genuine kindness. It's such an amazing place. All the staff were really friendly and cooperative. The animation team was really fun. The food in the restaurant or the snacks in the bar were really tasty. The aqua was so fun, and the guards were everywhere making sure everyone was having fun and safe too
