Loved flying out Christmas Day. Empty airport in Birmingham and Lanzarote.
Arrived at the hotel. It was all decorated beautifully for Christmas 🎄Fast check in. Lovely spacious seaview room. Hair dryer/kettle/fridge/safe. Fridge was topped up with water when needed. Tea/coffee/milk in our room. We had air con but didn't use it. It wasn't needed. No heating. So bring you pj's for the cold nights. Our room was cleaned immaculately, thank you.
We were all inclusive. Wide range of food at every sitting. All displayed to high standards. Though the food was always only luke warm. There is a microwave to use. Also, wide range of drinks. We ate in the conservatory. Lee the waiter is a credit to this hotel, he is so friendly and welcoming.
Christmas Day Gala was amazing, food, drink, staff, we couldn't have asked for more.
General evening entertainment was good in the bar. It was varied, always something to dance to💃 👯♀️ Something for everyone. Martin the waiter was great, we had a great relationship with him, also Mateus. Hes so young and respectful, both are a credit to this hotel 🏨
New Year Eve was exceptional, one we will never forget. Free bar till 3am. Food, drink, food displays, sweet displays, 3 lots of evening entertainment, party bags with hats, streamers and lots more. We ate 12 grapes at midnight. One for each gong. These had pips in. It was hard to do, lol. But OMG the fireworks 🎆 display was like nothing else, never seen anything like it, FANTASTIC 🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆🎇

The hotel itself is nice but dated. We were half board and you can tell with the way management treat you. We struggled to find a table at dinner, and no one came to assist us, but were over quick enough if we had accidently sat at a table which was reserved. We were also charged for a soft drink and even water. The wifi at the hotel is an absolute joke. Once you have entered the details into your phone at reception its fine until you reach your room then its lost. Even a staff member at reception said it was terrible. We also had to hire a kettle which was €7.50 which wasnt bad for the week, but we thought there would be at least tea making facilities in our room. On the plus side the food was ok and terrace area at the top was very comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful and if you require a taxi they will call one for you and its there in a couple of minutes. We won't book into the San Antonio in the future as there needs to.be an overhaul between the hotel itself and the management.

I recently stayed at this hotel and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. All staff were very helpful, rooms were very clean, facilities were excellent. Breakfast was fabulous. We had a late evening flight and checked-out of our room at midday - the reception staff offered us a courtesy room to have a shower before our flight. I would highly recomended this hotel. It was approx 25 minute walk to the main strip in PDC, however, taxis are super affordable.

Spent a very enjoyable week there with friends. I really liked that they did not remove towels unless I kept them on the floor. The bed was made beautifully each day. They should promote the location of their recycling area, which I found by chance. Day tours can be booked at reception gor pick up across the road.
Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice pool. Ok food. General management of restaurant needs improvement. Buffet food system with people walking in every direction . Also long term clients are allowed reserve best tables . Very off putting for new guests . Sunbeds reserved with towels from very early morning, impossible to get a bed . There is a sign saying not to reserve but it's ignored and no management of the problem. In fact did not see a pool attendant but there was a lifeguard. Some beds with hollows from wear, very uncomfortable. Lovely pool on upper deck and lower pool is nice too. This would be a lovely hotel if it was manged better . Somewhat dated in decor and management system . Staff in reception were excellent as were all the bar staff . Some Restaurant staff make a great effort , others not great , proper management needed .
