From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. We had a beautiful view and incredibly comfortable bedding, which made it hard to leave the room!
The all-inclusive experience was truly top-notch. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding—from gourmet dinners to fresh breakfast buffets and tasty snacks throughout the day. The drink selection was excellent, and the bartenders were friendly and talented.
There was always something to do, whether relaxing by the pool, joining fun daily activities, or enjoying the entertainment at night. and there were plenty of loungers and shaded areas available.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every team member was professional, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and fun-filled vacation. We’re already planning our next visit!

Average hotel. Didn’t beat previous hotels we went to. Good food options. Magic Restaurants have good food options but we only went to Magic Flavours and Magic Sky. Magic Sky had a poor selection of food options whilst Flavours had better. Good staff in the hotel. Rooms are great but sometimes power cuts can occur. It is an aqua hotel so lots of pool entertainment for children including slides and a pirate aqua park. Not too far from the beach. Good sources of entertainment but this is not worth the money we paid for which is £6,000-£8,000

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel lobby bar during my stay. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed and Mahmoud Salem, who went above and beyond to ensure every visit was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly made a difference. They both bring an exceptional level of service and create a friendly, inviting environment for all guests.
The drinks were also excellent – well-prepared, refreshing, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a coffee in the afternoon or a cocktail in the evening, everything was top quality.
Highly recommended for anyone staying at the hotel – you won’t be disappointed!

Great stay with a small note on the food
The location of Aqua Magic Steigenberger is fantastic – beautiful pools, a wonderful setting, and an all-around great experience. The staff are extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and well-maintained.
One small downside: the food is quite repetitive. The selection is basically the same every day, which can get a bit disappointing over time. A little more variety would make the stay perfect.
A special highlight was our day at the beach: Mohamed Basyouny from Blue Beach took amazing care of us all day. Always attentive, friendly, and providing excellent service – he truly made our beach day extra special. Thank you very much, Mohamed!
