We had a fantastic stay at Steigenberger Aqua Magic! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers great pools, a lovely beach, and fun water slides. The food was varied and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A special thank you to Shenouda who made our trip even more special with his friendly and positive attitude. We would definitely come back! 🌟

Thank you to the staff at the Steinburger Aqua magic, Ibrahim our pool guy. Amazing every day he would spot us as soon as we arrived no matter what time and bring our favourite drinks, he learnt very quickly what our morning to afternoon drinks were and kept us topped up all day. Ahmed, Mohamed and the Senior Staff who made our children a crazy Egyptian mouse from Palappa made our dinning experience extra special, the food options are the best I’ve tasted. Ali from the entertainments team goes the extra mile and remembers you, and our kids loved him he is an asset to the team. The outside BBQ section is a must, but not very well known. I’d say the only slight down side is only having 1 à la carte option as part of your all inclusive, I’d pay more at time of booking if more was included. Plus sparkling wine is a must to be included. Local spirits are fine and imported not missed at all, but there if you want to pay for them. The special event nights are worth paying extra for. All staff offer the paid items but at no point are they pushy and except your no thank you. Definitely a recommendation and will come back again.

We are currently staying at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic and we are very happy with our experience so far. The hotel is very beautiful, the whole resort area is impressive, and the atmosphere is really relaxing. The food has been good throughout our stay, and the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is also very well maintained in all areas.
This evening we had dinner at the Italian restaurant Palappa, where we received very pleasant and attentive service. The food was delicious, and we left completely satisfied. Overall, we are really enjoying our stay and can definitely recommend the hotel.

Restaurant Sky, we had a wonderful dining experience at the à la carte restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful, warm and very inviting. The staff were highly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, which made us feel truly well taken care of.
From the appetizer to the main course and dessert, every dish was outstanding. The quality, flavors and presentation were exceptional. A truly memorable evening and highly recommended. Thank you for the nice evening

We have just had a fantastic stay. Some of the reviews online dont reflect how wonderful this hotel is.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Missing a few luxury touches but we had a suite and it was big enough for all three of us with loads of storage for bags and suitcases which is often overlooked.
The pools are brilliant - loads of different areas to suit the way you want to spend your day. Loads of activities and kids pools but equally there are nice quiet spots if you are a couple and want to stay away from the noise. We were told the occupancy was 85% but although the hotel is busy, it wasn't crammed and there are plenty of sunloungers.
The food and beverage is probably one of the most generous offers in all the hotels we have visited. Food and is available 24/7. There are restaurants for late breakfast, snacks, pool bar for lunch, beach bar for lunch or the buffet. Several a la carte offerings and a buffet with a huge selection.
My only constructive feedback would be the quality of the food. Although it was all good and perfectly fine to eat all week, some of the meats were overcooked and I would love to see more traditional Egyptian food. More spice, more flavour more adventurous.
We ate in the Italian ala carte which was nice. Unfortunately due to a late return from Luxor we missed our booking at the Asian restaurant but would like to try it.
The rooftop bar is a lovely space in the evening and Mahmood was a fantastic bar man. He even asked how sweet/sour I would like my Mojito which is a nice attention to detail. Its a really nice place to chill in the evening and surprisingly quiet.
Another added bonus is the hotel is situated on the art promenade. Its beautiful and a lovely place to visit in the evening for a walk.
The beach is a short walk from the hotel through beautiful grounds, loads of flowers and well manicured grass. Again another lovely are to walk around with a games area for darts, football, volleyball as well as the beach.
My parting feedback would be this hotel seems to be very well managed, immaculately clean and the staff are all very kind and helpful. We are already looking at rebooking for 2027 and we dont often visit the same hotel twice!
