Friendly, good selection of activities.
I have no kids but from what seen they are good with the kids.
Just can’t hear what they say on the microphone when setting up for the morning so you don’t get to hear what activities are on.
Staff cleaning rooms are excellent, thorough, and friendly. Rooms average but clean.
Not much storage room for clothes and not many hangers.
Hotel reception service is fantastic and great to be able to exchange to lunch if you fancy going out for an evening meal.
Kitchen/food is hit and miss, food not always the best but always something to eat unless Chinese night.
Grill area needs to be more organised, always a queue and very slow! At busy periods we never understood why they didn’t cook more and dish out?! Seem to ask every two/three people hence why very slow.
Very fishy hotel and sometimes food not cooked through properly on the grill so be careful.
Cakes all taste the same and a good few days no ice-cream so struggled.
Hotel kitchen floor was being changed in stages so not sure if this had something to do with limited variety?…
Breakfast was the best and we found lunch was nicer than evening time.
Pool area is clean but the main pool is really cold, ice cold hence why no-one ever in it.
Hotel is a great location to marina and town.

Great location near Playa Dorada and other local amenities. Very clean well maintained grounds and an excellent pool with plenty of loungers. Friendly staff, particularly Animation team and reception. Rooms are well appointed with a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and efficient air-conditioning. A drying rack would have been useful. Great powerful shower, though beware that the bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn't fully close or lock so not ideal for privacy. We had a couple of issues during our stay. A ceiling vent in the room leaked and I almost slipped in the water. This was rectified within minutes of it being reported. Small issue with the TV losing signal intermittently.
The food in the restaurant was varied and generally good quality with some vegetarian and vegan options (though individual dishes were not labelled). The restaurant itself could be quite chaotic at service times with a lot of people moving around, noise and queues for popular items. Sometimes difficult to find a table that had been cleaned and reset.
Good accessibility for those with reduced mobility, but there are only 2 small lifts servicing large building and this with larger devices may struggle.

The location of the hotel is brillaint. Its a fairly central location within walking distance to the main strip, a little bit hilly but not bad at all. The hotels children menu isnt great in terms of food but there is a wide varietiey available fir adults. The pool bars have a decent menu. The Animation team are brilliant, they have a great range of activities for adults and children during the day and they genuinely look happy to be there. If there was a timetable in the lobby or by the pool it would be great as sometime you can miss the start of something but other than that they were really good. Thank you so much to the team, Claudia, Ruben, Anna, Alba, Noelia

Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff.
Children and adult entertainment was FABULOUS. Really pulled out all the stops for Halloween. Claudia and the animation team were really helpful and entertaining. Miriam and the team who cleaned our rooms on the second floor were brilliant. Only improvement could be in yhe dining room. It couldn't cope with the number if guests for both food and clearance. Hard on the staff, frustrating for guests when we pay a lot of money

Just returned 23rd November
An older hotel occupying a great location between the traditional town and new marina complex. A short walk takes you to a pleasant beach area with nearby bars.
“The Princess “ facilities are now dated and reflect the time it was built. That aside the staff do an excellent job in keeping the hotel clean and tidy and making guests feel welcome. Maintenance was ongoing during our visit in both the main dining room and hotel corridors.
The pool area was kept impeccably clean and is surrounded by plenty sun beds both in full sun and shade. We found the Cactus Bar food offerings disappointing. Mikes Coffee Bar served good coffee and for those who want to indulge some great looking cakes.
Frankly we found the main dining room food very disappointing. Quality was not good and there were regular gaps. I actually wondered if the “Chef” tasted the food after trying the duck one evening. Seating can also be at a premium.
We went as privilege guests which gave access to a separate, served, breakfast and two speciality dining areas.
- the Japanese themed restaurant was good with theatre from the two chefs.
- the Italian was satisfactory but disappointing that there was no menu changes.
Rooms reflect the age of the structure and modernisation and upgrading is ongoing. In our second floor pool view rooms some of the furniture was tired.
Overall we had a good break in a hotel that has character , a friendly atmosphere and excellent staff.
H10; with attention to the food this could be so much better!!
