Pablo González Arango
Dear Hotel Team,
I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel, which took place from December 27th to January 3rd. We occupied three rooms.
This was not our first time choosing your hotel for this holiday period, but it was our first visit back since December 2022, prior to the challenges of the COVID period.
I would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff for their kindness and their commitment to improving the customer experience. We also want to give special recognition to the entire restaurant team—all of us felt that the food quality has significantly improved since the last time we stayed at the hotel.
Finally, and equally important, I would like to specifically mention the names of employees who went above and beyond to facilitate our stay:
Main Restaurant: Mar Mendez, María José, and Pablo (who I believe was acting as a coordinator).
Main Bar (near reception): Israel, Anthony, Pablo Cabello, and “Moha.”
Sushi Restaurant: Jeronimo.
Additionally, please extend our compliments to the hotel’s cleaning team. They all deserve a perfect score of 10 out of 10.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
Regards
Sophie Fenwick
Been coming here 30+ years always loved the hotel never had any problems until our stay in January 2026. Will never stay here again after our last visit staff are nothing but rude and unhelpful. We have had nothing but issues with our hotel rooms with doors not locking and tv and fans not working. Can’t fault the restaurant it has had a big refurb and the food has improved but not enough selection for children. Entertainment is rubbish there’s nothing for children above the age of 8 to do. It’s really sad to see this hotel go so down hill as it used to be such a lovely place to stay now there is no atmosphere all the staff are miserable. Rude and unhelpful.
As a single mother to two children this used to feel like a safe place for me to stay but I can’t say I feel the same anymore.
It’s not exactly a budget holiday we have spent a lot of money staying in this hotel over the years we used to go all inclusive but have chosen to go half board on this stay as we are a family that don’t eat or drink a lot and all inclusive prices are a joke. Please be aware that drinks are not included with dinner you have to pay nearly £4 for a mini bottle of Coke etc with you meals. And for some reason when you stay half board you seem to be treated differently to the all inclusive/privilege guests it’s so wrong and discriminating.
Will never stay here again

H10 lanzarote was in a great location. Staff were very nice and service was good. I would say this hotel is more a 3 star than a 4 star. We arrived and bedroom was very dated and wasnt cleaned properly. The leg fell off the bed and looked like it was glued on having come off previously. We had two single beds put together and had to request a double mattress. Suite was small and not the same standard as was advertised. There wasnt one person in the outdoor pools because they were freezing cold and not heated. Indoor heated pool wasnt much differnt and was also cold. I have never been to a resort where literally nobody was in the pool. Food was ok but very repetitive. Two restaurants which never seemed to be open and we didnt attend having gone to attend but always closed. Lifts were something out of the 1950s and one wasnt working and waited ages on several occasions. When we arrived it was raining and there was towels all on reception floor as there was leaks in roof and in other areas. Entertainment was very good and for kids. Overall I think 3 star rating is fair

Great location near Playa Dorada and other local amenities. Very clean well maintained grounds and an excellent pool with plenty of loungers. Friendly staff, particularly Animation team and reception. Rooms are well appointed with a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and efficient air-conditioning. A drying rack would have been useful. Great powerful shower, though beware that the bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn't fully close or lock so not ideal for privacy. We had a couple of issues during our stay. A ceiling vent in the room leaked and I almost slipped in the water. This was rectified within minutes of it being reported. Small issue with the TV losing signal intermittently.
The food in the restaurant was varied and generally good quality with some vegetarian and vegan options (though individual dishes were not labelled). The restaurant itself could be quite chaotic at service times with a lot of people moving around, noise and queues for popular items. Sometimes difficult to find a table that had been cleaned and reset.
Good accessibility for those with reduced mobility, but there are only 2 small lifts servicing large building and this with larger devices may struggle.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Big clean rooms, plenty of storage. Great balcony too. Not the best view floor 5 room 306, but big hotel. Great location central for town and the marina. Walk across the pool area through the back gate for the beach, town etc, perfect.
Only had breakfast due to the choice of nearby restaurants.
Breakfast choice amazin.
My only bug bear was the wrist band keys, so annoying to gain entry to room & back gate.
