This is our third visit to Vincci Selection La Plantation Del sur and we were not disappointed. Staff are so lovely and always happy to help with anything. Rooms lovely food is amazing. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and family orientated. Great children's club with enthusiastic staff who adore children.
The spa is fabulous and very relaxing.
Near the beach and other amenities so good location as well.
We had a day at the water park which the family loved.
All staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, Sergio was lovely and our waiter fantastic.
We requested a treat for my son and his wife’s wedding anniversary and the hotel were amazing flowers macaroons champagne and balloons just great.
Would highly recommend this for a family holiday.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of May, 2026 and the weather was hot with some days a bit cloudy, which was nice and cooling. This is our second time at the hotel and on both occasions, we have stayed in one of the villa’s with the solarium on the roof, as these offer complete peace and quiet.
The hotel is a true 5-star holiday destination with great public spaces, loverly swimming pools and bars. All the members of staff are friendly, helpful and have time to talk with the guests.
The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast which also includes a chief cooking omelets and pancakes to order and the biggest selection of fruit, nuts, seeds and cereal you could imagine. There is also Champagne for those that want a special start to the day. Dinner is also a buffet style but not the usual holiday buffet, every night is themed and the food reflects that theme. There is a chief cooking steaks, fish and burgers to order, all the deserts are “homemade” in the hotel and are just yummy. I cannot praise the quality of the food enough, it’s truly excellent.
We will be booking again for next year.

I usually never leave reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. It is exceptional.
Travelling with my 3-year-old child, I had many questions and different situations during our stay. The hotel staff handled everything very quickly and efficiently, and we were extremely satisfied with the service.
Monica and Cécilia at the Kids Club were wonderful at entertaining the children. Petra and all the ladies at the Reception were very professional, helpful, and always attentive. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant.
Just one small note: it would be great if the Kids Club could stay open until 6 p.m., as many younger children cannot fully enjoy it after their nap time.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a great stay with you. Everything was just perfect. The hotel is in a gorgeous location with breathtaking views. A short walk up a hill from the beach so be prepared for this. Although it’s a fairly steep hill the views are well worth it, and it’s good to get some extra steps in after all those holiday beers!
The hotel is extremely well kept and spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms, well equipped with everything you need. The hotel feels so spacious in comparison to your average hotel. We also took the room with the hot tub which was very cool! The food and drinks were also great but the best thing about this place is truly the staff, they are all absolutely incredible. This is what makes a holiday extra special! The staff really go out of their way to ensure impeccable service.
We were travelling as a family of 3, 2 adults & 1 toddler. Our daughter is blind so requires some additional attention. The staff at this hotel treated her with such kindness it meant the world to us. Thank you so much for the beautiful message and handmade book left in our room.
The hotel is so welcoming for families but also has many quiet spots for relaxing! Another lovely touch is the baby products in the room, Cot with bedding, baby bath and washing products. I have never seen this before so was very impressed by it.
Thank you again Vincci Hotel team, keep up the amazing work. We will be returning if we ever come back to Tenerife and I will keep recommending this place.

We first stayed here five years ago and had such an amazing experience that we always hoped to return one day. This year, we came back for our babymoon and we’re absolutely delighted to say the hotel is still every bit as five-star as we remembered.
From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite, which made our stay even more special. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, and both the rooms and pool areas were beautifully maintained. A special mention has to go to the comfort, both the loungers by the pool and the beds in our room were incredibly comfortable, making it so easy to fully relax.
One of the most touching moments of our stay was walking into our room to find it decorated with pink and blue balloons, along with a lovely little gift for our little one on the way. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made our babymoon feel even more special.
We truly can’t wait to come back again in the future. And to anyone reading mixed reviews -honestly, disregard the bad ones. You can’t please everyone, but this place continues to exceed expectations for us.
