My 80 year old mother and I spent 9 nights in January/February. The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff very friendly. The pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing. We loved the breakfast buffet and we also eat most of the dinners at the hotel, except for 3 nights. They vary the dinners with theme nights. I also took advantage of the morning exercise classes, yoga and Pilates, and the gym. Most of the guest were adults and couples, only a few children, which was perfect for us wanting a relaxing time. It would not be a hotel I would recommend if you were a single person wanting to meet people.
The hill from the beach and the boardwalk was too much for my mother, so we would take a taxi back. This meant we spent most of the time and meals at the hotel, so I was happy that it was as nice as it was. Costa Adeje seem quieter and more upscale than the other close towns.

we had a perfect vacation in this hotel. Staff of the hotel is just the best! Food was delicious (breakfast 10/10), rooms spacious and clean. Pools are very warm even on colder days. Lots of great activities for adults and kids, hotel has very chill, classy vibes, no loud animation at all. Very kids friendly, we came with our baby and were provided with bottle warmer and steriliser, baby shampoos, bath, baby wipes and cot. Everything about the hotel is just 10/10 but excellent service is the main highlight!

La Plantacion has to be one of the best all-round hotels I've ever stayed in. From the minute we arrived to the minute we vacated it was first class. We arrived to be greated with a room upgrade to a villa (nice). The hotel is beautiful and well kept, the rooms and service well thought out and opulent. The food at both breakfast and dinner service was FANTASTIC and great value to the point that we barely wanted to dine anywhere else.
A special mention has to go to Oscar, Moises, Damien & Manuel (Waiters) and Sabrina (breakfast manager). The first 4 having about 100 years waiting experience between them, and running rings around waiters 1/2 their ages. To Sabrina who was just a ray of sunshine every morning and never once did not have a smile on her face.

First of all, incredibly clean, spacious, and most importantly, not crowded. They actually have a maximum capacity, which I love, because being packed into a busy spa is definitely not my hobby hehe
I really enjoyed the contrast circuit with different saunas and the hot–cold showers. The outdoor area is also amazing 🤩 a beautiful pool with great views.
But what truly defines any place , whether it’s a restaurant, venue, or spa , is the service. And here, it was exceptional. At reception we were welcomed by a lovely girl, Ximena 😍. She explained everything about the spa, walked us through each area, and showed how everything works. Her calm voice and warm energy honestly made us want to stay longer just to listen to her lol. Amazing customer service!

My wife and I had one of the solarium villas and wow, what a small slice of paradise!! Amazing room, incredible hot tub area on the roof, panoramic views of the ocean - breathtaking.
I'd also like to make a shout out to Olly who worked in the lobby area. This guy is an absolute gem - super happy and friendly and keen to help in any way he could. It was always an absolute pleasure to have a chat with him when passing through. Top bloke and made the stay perfect. Great hotel, amazing Olly. Keep up the good work... A l'annee prochaine!!
