We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which really made a positive difference during our stay.
We had breakfast included. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but quite repetitive. Apart from one or two small changes, it was almost the same every day, so I ended up eating nearly the same breakfast daily. That said, the quality itself was good.
The resort has quite a lot of stairs, but this is well managed by providing a key that opens gates to avoid many of them. Thanks to this, getting around with a baby buggy was not an issue. Only a few stairs between the reception and the breakfast area had to be taken, which wasn’t a problem.
The swimming pool is fine but not very large. Although it is said to be heated, the water was still rather cold during our stay in January.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The only downside was the shower, as the hot water runs out quite quickly, making it necessary to plan shower times.
Overall, a good hotel with nice rooms and especially very friendly staff

Best service so far in any hotel in Tenerife, really nice!
High quality food & beverages by the pool.
Nice, quiet location, but high up the hill so can be quite tough coming back with groceries etc.
Rooms are really spacious and fresh, however only 4 stars, because the cleaning could be more efficient, we have been cleaning the floor ourselfs as housekeeping does not seem to clean it in any ways.

Location was perfect for us as we like to walk down to the main town and be away from sometimes noisy bars etc 😉
Staff are always helpful and friendly and Andrea the main lifeguard is the best! Not so much is stand in when he’s on day off!
Anna the TUI is lovely also and helped arrange a trip for us to the North West…..
This is our second stay here and would stay again…..
Apartments are modern , clean and comfortable with microwave, kettle, fridge, two coffee machines ( filter and pod)
Tv and WIFi both worked well.
We loved the hotel cat, he was very polite and helpful in showing us to our room. He speaks many languages and is open to the odd cat treat :)

Ohasis is a nice hotel. It’s very clean, the pool area is nice (always space) and breakfast is excellent. There was also a nice little gym. The small steps and stairs can be a bit of a problem for some. There are plenty of them, but we took our vacation for fitness. :) Every day, over 10k steps, even if we went to the beach. We were warned in advance about a nearby construction site. Maybe the right term would have been mining work. The machine was pounding all weekdays from 8 am to 6:30 pm, but it didn't bother us much, since we weren't in the rooms much during that time. And in pool area there wasn’t much noise. We recommend the hotel and we could come again.

For our requirements the apartments were ideal.
The living/ kitchen was well equiped if you’re not planning on cooking a four course meal
Bedroom was fine, extra pillows & blankets available & bathroom was also good.
Location about 30 mins from beach & a steep climb but doable. We were so happy that we
reserved again for November 2026.
We fell in love with the little gray/white ‘house cat’
Please be nice to her❤️
