We stayed at this property from and overall had a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable.
One issue we encountered was finding a dead cockroach outside our apartment upon arrival, and later two live cockroaches inside the apartment during our stay. While we understand that this can occasionally happen, especially in warmer climates, it did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable.
We spoke with reception to see if another room was available, but the hotel was fully booked at the time. Although the staff was polite, no alternative solution could be offered.
Despite this, we appreciated the room quality and breakfast. We hope the property continues to pay attention to pest control and cleanliness to ensure an even better experience for future guests.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which really made a positive difference during our stay.
We had breakfast included. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but quite repetitive. Apart from one or two small changes, it was almost the same every day, so I ended up eating nearly the same breakfast daily. That said, the quality itself was good.
The resort has quite a lot of stairs, but this is well managed by providing a key that opens gates to avoid many of them. Thanks to this, getting around with a baby buggy was not an issue. Only a few stairs between the reception and the breakfast area had to be taken, which wasn’t a problem.
The swimming pool is fine but not very large. Although it is said to be heated, the water was still rather cold during our stay in January.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The only downside was the shower, as the hot water runs out quite quickly, making it necessary to plan shower times.
Overall, a good hotel with nice rooms and especially very friendly staff

I don’t know where to start, firstly you can ignore the negative reviews as the hotel is brilliant. Myself and my family had an excellent time here, the staff and the whole hotel in general is excellent. Yes it’s on a steep hill but the walk down isn’t bad and a cab is only a fiver into town. The pool and rooms are brilliant, the bar and food is rather good as well.
Not a pricey hotel, about €4 a beer and max €15 for some lunch. They have happy hour beers by the pool and bar above the pool. They serve cocktails etc as well.
We are gonna rebook for next year as well.

Oasis boutique suites are amazing hotel.
Includes gym, sauna (additional fee of 5 €), pool for everyone adults and kids, bar, restaurant and out door sitting and sun bathing opportunity.
Stuff is really nice.
It is really center location about 15-20 mins walk from the bus station and really convenient with busses to siam park or anywhere else you wish to go.
Suits are fully fitted with essentials and daily room service if you wish.
Pool is ambient temperature not cold :)
A/C in the suites and vented ceiling lights helps you cool down on a hot day

Came here with 14 friends for 5 nights on a girls holiday. We were really looking forward to it but sadly hotel did disappoint.
If you have any kind of disability it’s a totally no no to stay here. We had to hump cases 5 fights of stairs to rooms no lifts at all . Even to get to the ramp is a large set of stairs . Rooms are nice enough but house keeping is terrible. We had no cleaning done in 5 days. Pool is extremely strict with a very rude lifeguard limited beds . Breakfast was expensive and not very good, worst part was our toilet blocked night before leaving and didn’t get sorted untill the next morning so 4 ladies no tiolet for 13 hours was not good and nearest tiolet 5 flights of stairs away . Sorry won’t be returning
