We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which really made a positive difference during our stay.
We had breakfast included. The breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but quite repetitive. Apart from one or two small changes, it was almost the same every day, so I ended up eating nearly the same breakfast daily. That said, the quality itself was good.
The resort has quite a lot of stairs, but this is well managed by providing a key that opens gates to avoid many of them. Thanks to this, getting around with a baby buggy was not an issue. Only a few stairs between the reception and the breakfast area had to be taken, which wasn’t a problem.
The swimming pool is fine but not very large. Although it is said to be heated, the water was still rather cold during our stay in January.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The only downside was the shower, as the hot water runs out quite quickly, making it necessary to plan shower times.
Overall, a good hotel with nice rooms and especially very friendly staff

Location was perfect for us as we like to walk down to the main town and be away from sometimes noisy bars etc 😉
Staff are always helpful and friendly and Andrea the main lifeguard is the best! Not so much is stand in when he’s on day off!
Anna the TUI is lovely also and helped arrange a trip for us to the North West…..
This is our second stay here and would stay again…..
Apartments are modern , clean and comfortable with microwave, kettle, fridge, two coffee machines ( filter and pod)
Tv and WIFi both worked well.
We loved the hotel cat, he was very polite and helpful in showing us to our room. He speaks many languages and is open to the odd cat treat :)

For our requirements the apartments were ideal.
The living/ kitchen was well equiped if you’re not planning on cooking a four course meal
Bedroom was fine, extra pillows & blankets available & bathroom was also good.
Location about 30 mins from beach & a steep climb but doable. We were so happy that we
reserved again for November 2026.
We fell in love with the little gray/white ‘house cat’
Please be nice to her❤️

We stayed at Ohasis Boutique Suites and had a really lovely experience overall. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great room that even included a mini bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome.
The location was also very good — close enough to everything but just far enough away to feel peaceful. The only slight downside was that the hotel is situated on a hill, which can be a bit of a walk back up after being out for the day.
The only real disappointment was that we booked a balcony room hoping for a nice view, but unfortunately, our balcony overlooked the roofs of the rooms below, offering no real view at all, which was a bit of a letdown.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent — clean facilities, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d still definitely recommend Ohasis Boutique Suites, especially for couples looking for a calm and comfortable stay.

Our third time staying here. The hotel itself is stylish and modern. Linen and towel change is frequent. The staff are welcoming, happy and made our stay an enjoyable one.
The hotel is based at the top of quite a steep street and is located 20 minutes walk away into town or a mere 5 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants. You'll soon get used to the walk back to the hotel.
The pool this time last year was heated and a delight, this time (mid December) it is a little cold but not so cold that you can't enjoy a swim.
On the downside and of no fault of the hotel, there is a building development taking place behind the Ohasis so construction noise maybe a problem for some. It isn't too loud though.
