My family and I went and got massages at the spa. It was very relaxing and we had a wonderful time! The music, lighting and ambiance of the rooms were delightful. Daniela at the front desk was a huge help and was very accommodating. She was able to fit all five of us within an hour time frame. Carmen the masseuse was very gentle and kind. Overall our experience was amazing and I recommend coming here!

After spending nearly five days and nights at this hotel, our overall impression is that, unfortunately, it does not live up to its advertised 5-star status—at least not in terms of service. While the setting and amenities may give the appearance of luxury, the service experience fell short of expectations for a hotel in this category.
- We arrived around 6 PM after a long day of travel and wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. The initial response was simply, “Sorry, it’s full.” After about 15 minutes, we were finally offered a table at 7 PM. Ironically, during our meal, we noticed several empty tables. It would have been appreciated if the staff had offered a more proactive or solution-oriented approach from the start.
- The hotel charges €18 per day for parking, which we found to be quite expensive. For those planning to rent a car, it's worth noting that there is a public parking lot directly across the street—about 10 meters away—which is completely free.
- Unfortunately, room service did not meet our expectations and we would not recommend it.
- We used the app to book a transfer to the sister hotel on the coast. When we arrived at reception (ahead of the scheduled departure), we were told the shuttle had already left and was full. When we explained we had a dinner reservation, the staff simply replied, “Sorry, you can wait for the next one in 15–20 minutes.” Again, no real solution was offered.
- At the pool, staff brought glasses of water without us asking—which was appreciated. However, when we requested tap water with our meal at the bar (which is connected to the pool), we were told it wasn’t possible, and the waiter responded quite negatively. This inconsistency in service and attitude was frustrating.
- We tried to book two massages at the spa on a Sunday, but it was closed. A staff member kindly took note of our request. The next day, we followed up and were told we’d be notified as soon as the spa reopened. Unfortunately, no one followed up. We had to call ourselves, only to be transferred and told there was no availability. This left us quite disappointed.
- The bottle of hand soap in the room was empty and no one refilled it during our stay.
This hotel may be new—as we gathered from other reviews—but in our opinion, that’s not an excuse for subpar service at these price points. The infrastructure may be there, but service is what truly defines a 5-star experience, and here, it simply doesn’t measure up.
That said, we want to end on a positive note: the BONFIRE restaurant was a highlight. The food was excellent and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. A great dining experience!
You can build a beautiful hotel with premium amenities, but without matching service, it loses its value. Based on our experience, this is clearly a 4-star hotel charging 5-star prices.

We returned today from 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful hotel.
Everything is brand new, beautiful and clean.
The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, with a lovely swim-up right outside.
We enjoyed a great massage (the best I have ever had in a resort)
We ate at Bonfire one night, the wait staff and the kitchen know exactly what they are doing, and super hospitable!
It was a wonderful culinary experience.
Also the staff at the reception, pool, cleaning staff, lifeguards and the bell-boys it really couldn't be better.
We are very happy to have discovered this great hotel.
We have already booked our next stay in September!
See you soon!

Brand new, high-end, luxury hotel on Tenerife! We did stay in a 3 bedroom villa with nice living room, large terrace with private pool and great views over the ocean.
Nice swimming pool area with comfortable beds and great service. Unbeatable breakfast and great dining in two top-notch in-house restaurants: Crater and Bonfire.
We started our days with a gym lesson with Fran. She introduced us to Pilates, Yoga and Core training. A real recommendation! Very friendly and helpful staff.
If you are looking for your next stay on Tenerife with your family, friends or just as a couple, this is the new place-to-be! It feels like being home… Especially for golfers, because Adeje Golf is just next-door.

I stayed at the Royal Hideaway Corales Villas recently and had a really excellent experience. My junior suite was elegantly decorated and felt like a peaceful, calming space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I also really appreciated the small balcony, which had a great view.
The staff were without exception very kind, warm, and welcoming, which made a real difference to the overall stay. I had a delicious lunch at the Bonfire restaurant, and breakfast the next morning was particularly good, with plenty of choice and great coffee.
A highlight for me was trying some local Tenerife wine, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a really memorable stay and I would definitely recommend Royal Hideaway Corales Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality place to stay in Tenerife.
