We are currently staying at the hotel and are really enjoying our stay! In particular, the pool service by Diego is outstanding, he is very attentive and friendly - preparing our sunbeds in advance, helping us move umbrellas and making sure we have everything we need :)
The rooms are spacious and very clean, also the whole facility is in pristine condition and one can really tell that the staff looks after everything in great detail.
The staff at the restaurant is also very friendly and helpful, remembering little details like our coffee order, making us feel at home and welcome.
We would have preferred if the evening card at the restaurant also included the options that one can have for lunch. We are not big meat/fish eaters, so we would have liked to be able to enjoy a club sandwich or sth similar down at the restaurant.
Overall great stay, highly recommend!

This hotel is just exceptional, every little detail! The rooms are huge, the sun loungers are perfect and comfy, the gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been in, brand new equipment with plenty of space, including morning yoga classes! sometimes I find at 5 star hotels the staff aren’t always attentive but here they are just amazing, always making sure you’re okay but not around you all the time, small details like remembering your coffee order and topping up water when sunbathing it’s just so nice.

New resort. Very well groomed. Extremely nice and professional staff from waiters to cleaning ladies. Helpful concierge service (shout out to Miriam). Modern clean design and spacious rooms. Beautiful views. Excellent food. Nice variety of activities on and off site. We particularly enjoyed yoga and fitness with Jose and Lucia and the nearby golf course.

Been here 9 days now and do not want to leave. It truly is a wonderful hotel and experience.
From the staff to the immaculate grounds and pool.
Everything in this hotel is 100% quality 👌. From the food,drinks,staff,linen, fixtures and fittings in the rooms furniture on the balcony.
The food is absolutely stunning,the cocktails also.
Special mention to all the housekeeping staff who keep the rooms spotless and leave them immaculate with bedtime treats. We were supposed to go to Abu Dhabi but came here instead because of what was going on in the world.
It's fair to say the UAE has some serious competition now as this place is hands down as good and luxurious as any hotel in dubai or Abu.Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back for sure very soon.

A superb hotel with wonderful staff. it is up a hill from the village of La Caletta but a 30 min walk gets you there (slow pace). A taxi will cost about €5-6 one way. There is a free shuttle bus for the evening.
If you are walking down exit via the back gate behind the pool bar. It's a shorter and more pleasant walk and you can take the Ave Macronesia down between the millionaire's houses!
If you see a homeless guy with a bike on your way say Hi! Jesse is super intelligent and great to chat to.
