We had a fantastic time here, this is the first 5* accommodation I’ve been to and it was EVERYTHING. We were 3 in a room and the rooms were SO spacious and comfortable with daily room service. The buffet is so good, it has so many different foods, I tried so many new things that I never thought I would! The staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the entertainment they set up every night is so thoughtful and enjoyable. The bars have DELICIOUS cocktails also (I drank so many daiquiris by the pool and so many martinis during the evening entertainment!). If you can afford I also definitely recommend trying the wellness center, I didn’t want the massage to end…! We will definitely have to come back, this is going to be my go to resort from now on :)

This hotel was absolutely perfect, with the best views, and even better staff, alongside delicious food. We stopped one night at the Italian restaurant, it was possibly some of the best food we’ve ever had, and the best service. The staff are truly amazing and you can tell they really care about the guests. The food is perfect for picky eaters and people that want to try something new. And the entertainment night and day is perfect. 100% one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had, and would go again. Thank you to all the staff that made us laugh, and all the staff that gave us guidance. If you are thinking about stopping here, I say go for it, you won’t regret it. 5/5 all round.

It's easy to see why there are so many 5 star reviews for this hotel. We stayed for 10 days and throughout we had an excellent experience. The room was a good size, perfectly clean and with quiet Aircon. My partner is Coeliac and her allergy was catered for perfectly, with the chefs making items such as GF pancakes specifically for her each morning. The buffet has a wide range of hot and cold food, all of which is delicious. The entertainment each evening was brilliant, with a variety of acts ranging from bands to singers to performers and we enjoyed every one. Overall this is an excellent hotel, with polite attentive staff and we will certainly be back again!

Overall a lovely hotel, staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful and the general areas and bedrooms were kept pristine, well maintained and tidy with lovely flowers and plants in communal areas joined by pretty bridges over a waterfall. The way the hotel sits over multiple levels set into the hill, creates a sense of it being like a small village rather than a mega resort. In my opinion this gives it a nicer feeling and avoids the soulless vibe of a glass block of rooms. The drinks were tasty and the buffet selection was one of the best I’ve experienced for breakfast, lunch or dinner, themed nights kept it interesting and having a cooking station for steak, fish, prawns and scallops every night was great. The location is great too with shops and the beach close enough to wander to but far enough away to feel distanced from the hustle and bustle of the seafront “strip”. The activities were interesting and Pilates, yoga, soap making, jewellery making available for free. Night time entertainment was also great with a good variety of dancers, acrobats and musicians.
Although I wouldn’t label these as cons these are the points I have knocked a star off for and would just highlight for anyone planning on staying here -
- All inclusive options by the pool are a couple of types of supermarket sandwich’s and bowls of melon. Fries, salads, burgers etc. are at a charge. Of course you can go up to the buffet but this is at a contrast to most 5 star resorts that offer a better range of poolside food
- Smoothies and ice creams by the pool are also not included in AI being €7 and €4 extra respectively
- Room service is also not included in AI, again something fairly common at most 5 star locations
- Although clean and tidy with comfy beds the rooms are very basic and I would hesitate to label 5 star quality
- 1 x dinner at the onsite al a carte Italian is included in AI but the food was no better than that available in the buffet
- There was no ambient music around the pool during the day which would have been nice but this is subjective, being an adults only resort I can understand keeping quiet.
- Worth noting that the lifts go down floor 2 with some areas and the pool area being on -1. Probably not the best hotel if you struggle with stairs or mobility.
- The bedroom walls are quite thin and on our first night we were involuntarily involved in 2 Scottish lads 2am argument. At other times we could hear conversational level chatting
All in all we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would recommend, there’s just a couple of bits to be aware of before you book in order to decide if this hotel is right for you and if it’s worth it going all inclusive.

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a birthday, and we had an amazing time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of lovely spots to take pictures. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made our celebration feel extra special.
The staff were outstanding friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The customer service was genuinely 10/10 and made us feel valued throughout our stay.
The only downside for me was the food. While it was presented well, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of taste. Aside from that, I couldn't fault the hotel.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a special occasion and would happily stay here again.
