Spectacular hotel, beautifully maintained facilities, and a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The food was very good, varied, and high quality, but above all I would like to sincerely thank Marco Musing, the restaurant manager.
I have several food allergies, and when traveling it is usually quite difficult to find safe options, especially for dinner. Marco was attentive every single day, making everything much easier for me, offering alternatives, and preparing adapted meals and dinners for me on the spot whenever needed.
It is incredibly reassuring to find someone so attentive, approachable, and professional. Thank you so much for the care and for making my stay so easy and enjoyable. Definitely a place I would return to.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel last year and it was definitely an amazing stay. The hotel is not only beautiful but also located in a very quiet area of the island, great food, very good service, truly feels like a 5 star hotel. Maybe I would not recommend to stay there if it’s the first time in Tenerife as it’s a bit far out and to go down south you have to go up the Teide through Masca but Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz are very easily to reach. All in all an amazing experience, I would definitely come back.

Hacienda del Conde offers a peaceful retreat in the quieter northern part of Tenerife, surrounded by dramatic landscapes and coastal views.
The property itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that feel calm and elegant while offering impressive views across the surrounding golf course and coastline. The setting naturally lends itself to relaxation, making it an ideal place to slow down and enjoy the scenery.
Service throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and discreet, exactly the level of hospitality expected from a luxury property.
The food offering was particularly impressive. Each meal felt carefully prepared, with a strong selection of meats, fish, and cheeses, alongside a well-presented continental buffet. The overall dining experience consistently felt closer to fine dining than a typical hotel restaurant.
The spa is also worth mentioning, offering a calm and restorative environment that complements the hotel’s tranquil atmosphere.
Overall, Hacienda del Conde delivers a refined and relaxing stay with excellent food, attentive service, and a beautiful natural setting.

I spent one week at this five-star hotel and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is wonderful, with extremely friendly and professional staff. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful, and offer a stunning view, perfect to have a time for yourself:) The food was outstanding - every meal was a real pleasure, selection of meat, fish and cheeses was great. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Special thanks to the amazing chef Maria for her incredible cuisine. I truly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again :)

We had a great stay at HCM. Our suite was so comfortable and luxurious. Worth spending a little more for a suite. We enjoyed eating at Rosmarino, the Italian restaurant. Our server, Kervin, was so professional, kind and knowledgeable on wines. We enjoyed our two nights eating in this restaurant. The golf at Buenavista was also nice. The overall property is very special, lovely architecture.
