This was an amazing hotel to stay at! We opted for the two bedroom set up which was spacious enough for a family of four. The full service restaurant/ cafe in the lobby had so many choices, truly something for everyone in the family.
Staying at a Universal property gets you 1 hour early admission into the park. That allowed us to get on three rides with ease before the general admission crowds entered. Shuttle service from hotel to the parks was seamless and worth it!
Got back late from a theme park and was so glad to have dinner at the hotel. City walk restaurants are great and all but it’s expensive after a few days in Orlando. Hotel food options were plentiful and reasonably priced, they even offered a special Steak dinner for Father’s Day which was amazing.
10/10 already booking our next trip there

This is a good hotel to stay at for convenient shuttle service and early access to the Universal Parks. Everyone who works there is lovely- friendly, responsive, and helpful. Pool is clean and nice. It's very bare bones for the price you pay otherwise. The walls are thin so bring ear plugs, and the products are few and poor quality so don't rely on using their shower supplies.

We had an excellent stay at Endless Summer Surfside. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was a brilliant start to the trip. The staff were friendly, the overall vibe was great, and the whole place felt relaxed and welcoming.
The shuttle service to the parks is outstanding — buses running every few minutes made getting around completely stress‑free. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned regularly throughout our stay.
The pool area was a highlight. We spent a couple of days sunbathing there, and the nearby bar was perfect for drinks and snacks. The food in the on‑site restaurant was decent too, especially compared to typical theme‑park options.
The location is also spot‑on: a 7‑Eleven and Walgreens right beside the hotel, and it’s close enough to ICON Park for an easy evening out when you want a break from the parks.
My only tiny criticism — and it really is tiny — is the lack of evening entertainment. Even a bit of low‑key music until around 10pm would add a lovely atmosphere for families without making the place noisy. But that’s a small suggestion, not a complaint.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend Surfside. Great value, great vibe, and a great base for a Universal trip.

Great hotel with a convenient shuttle to the parks and an excellent value for the price. The pool area had a relaxed atmosphere, and the bartenders were attentive and friendly. The café offered a variety of great food options, and the rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the room décor, which had a bright, summery feel. The Universal ticket counter in the lobby was very convenient, and the baggage storage service was handled professionally and efficiently. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed here 6/24-6/28 for my daughters birthday universal trip. The stay here is so nice and pleasant! Upon arrival Nancy was the first person we interacted with and she was STELLAR! As a first timer to universal she answered all my questions, made my kiddo feel extra special and just made the arrival so smooth! She definitely set the expectation for what we’d receive from the staff. Everyone from the house hold cleaning to cooking staff to just literally everyone was so nice! The hotel food is good too and fairly priced. Would 10000/10 stay here again!
