My 10-day stay at the Universal Endless Summer Resort was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It exceeded expectations in every way and delivered a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value. The resort atmosphere is modern, relaxed, and welcoming, with a fresh design that feels ideal after long days at the parks. The room was spotless, well-organized, and surprisingly spacious, offering excellent comfort for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, the layout was practical, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for guests who want to recharge and relax. One of the biggest highlights is the location and transportation. Getting to Universal parks was quick, easy, and seamless thanks to reliable shuttle service, which made the entire trip feel smooth and stress-free. It’s incredibly convenient to stay so close to the action while still enjoying a calm and comfortable environment. The amenities truly stand out. The food court offers a great variety of options at fair prices, the common areas are lively yet relaxing, and the pools add an extra layer of enjoyment to the resort experience. Everything is efficient, well-maintained, and clearly designed with guest experience in mind. Service throughout the resort was consistently excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. Even during busy periods, the resort runs smoothly, creating a pleasant and well-managed experience. Overall, Universal Endless Summer Resort delivers exceptional value without sacrificing quality. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Universal Orlando who wants comfort, convenience, and a great resort experience at a smart price point. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

The entire hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and had such a relaxed vibe that made the stay even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, with everything I needed for a smooth stay. The shuttle service to the parks was fast and convenient, making it really easy to get around. I also loved the pool area — a perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the parks. Overall, this resort delivered way more than I expected for the price. We had a wonderful stay at surfside. We chose surfside over dockside because we knew we wouldn’t be at the hotel a ton so having an extra pool didn’t matter to us. The hotel was nice and very clean. We had a suite for 6 people and it was very spacious. The view on new years watching the fireworks from our window was incredible! We were going to sleep early to get up early for the parks. Location was perfect and a quick drive to universal. There’s also a shuttle but we chose to drive so we could get there and back when we wanted.

1st time staying at Surfside Inn & Suites! Was very familiar with Dockside but since prices were the same, wanted to check out Surfside for a change. Definitely less crowded which was nice. Easy to navigate the property. The check-in was seamless & easy. Natalia was extremely kind & welcoming. Megan was gracious enough to give us 2 drink vouchers for being repeat Loews guests! Kendra the bartender was phenomenal! Made outstanding recommendations, the drinks were delicious but her kindness & personality made the experience that much better!
