Chose this resort for my family vacation stay and it did not disappoint. The check in process was very smooth and quick. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I stayed on the 9th floor and loved the view. The room was also very spacious and comfortable.
I also liked the quick shuttle service from the resort to Universal Studios Orlando and all other parks.
Overall great stay and no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Just stayed here with my family. Great price on a 2 room suite. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and shuttle service to the parks is great though it took awhile a couple of times. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Only 4 minor negatives.
1. $26/night to self park.
2. You can hear so much through the walls. I could hear the neighbors alarm go off each morning. All night I could hear people walking above us. When someone knocked on the neighbors door, seemed like ours.
3. The bathroom door opens in with nearly no clearance by the toilet. My daughter busted her toe just trying to get out of the bathroom.
4. Someone vomited in the pool. Took them awhile to decide to clear it out. We only knew because another guest told us. They then called it unscheduled maintenance. We were told we could go across the street to the sister hotel Dockside. When we went over there, the front desk gave us a hard time about it.
But, even still, we enjoyed our stay. Front desk at Dockside was great checking us in. Gave my son a birthday button. Text us about an item we left at the desk. There are some food options within walking distance and a Walgreens across the street.

My 10-day stay at the Universal Endless Summer Resort was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It exceeded expectations in every way and delivered a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value.
The resort atmosphere is modern, relaxed, and welcoming, with a fresh design that feels ideal after long days at the parks. The room was spotless, well-organized, and surprisingly spacious, offering excellent comfort for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, the layout was practical, and everything felt thoughtfully designed for guests who want to recharge and relax.
One of the biggest highlights is the location and transportation. Getting to Universal parks was quick, easy, and seamless thanks to reliable shuttle service, which made the entire trip feel smooth and stress-free. It’s incredibly convenient to stay so close to the action while still enjoying a calm and comfortable environment.
The amenities truly stand out. The food court offers a great variety of options at fair prices, the common areas are lively yet relaxing, and the pools add an extra layer of enjoyment to the resort experience. Everything is efficient, well-maintained, and clearly designed with guest experience in mind.
Service throughout the resort was consistently excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful at all times. Even during busy periods, the resort runs smoothly, creating a pleasant and well-managed experience.
Overall, Universal Endless Summer Resort delivers exceptional value without sacrificing quality. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Universal Orlando who wants comfort, convenience, and a great resort experience at a smart price point. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Super clean, nice location. Pool was heated, clean and huge. Pool bar was drinks only. Quick service food in the hotel was as you would expect, but not bad. Room cleaning was quick and well done. Nice little touches with the kids blankets and toys placed cute on their beds. shuttles are quick. Nice to have 2 bedrooms at affordable pricing to enjoy the perks of early entry in the parks. Much more affordable and bigger than comparable disney hotels

The resort itself is good for the price you pay. Thin walls where you can hear the neighbor, blankets that are thin and feel like towels. Pool is large but shallow (3.5 ft at the deepest) which is good for kids.
Customer service was nice and professional.
Best thing is the continuous buses running to each of the Universal parks. Very short wait time for the buses to arrive.
Not a place to spend any meaningful time by itself but an adequate "homebase" while you are out doing other things.
