I had a very pleasant experience at the Avanti Hotel, largely down to the excellent customer service. The standout was Shane at the reception - prompt, professional and always ready to address any queries without hesitation. The level of service provided was not just commendable, but also added significantly to the overall quality of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be revisiting soon. The positive vibe provided by the hardworking staff deserves a special mention.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Avanti, my first time at this hotel. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and I found the staff could have been more welcoming. However, the room was excellent for the price, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, though the bathroom facilities were fairly basic. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds available, though towels were occasionally in short supply. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to great dining options and nearby parks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Our hotel stay was perfectly fine. Quick check-in, room was clean, AC worked great, and it was close to where we were going. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did, they were ni e and pleasant. They didn't clean our room, but to be honest, we only stayed 2 nights, and we really didn't need them, too. There were plenty of towels in the rooms, so it was okay. Check out was quick and easy. Lobby and Property were very nice and pretty. The lobby smelled really good, which was impressive. I would recommend and stay he again.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent stay was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. Although the Bar & Cafe staff along with Kenny from Maintenance were great, the rest of the services at this hotel were subpar.
It took an unreasonably long time (3 hours) to bring toilet paper after we requested it—something that should be a basic and immediate necessity. Water leaked through the floor in our room (This was due to a clogged pipe from the air conditioner as we were told by the maintenance worker), which made the floor unsafe and unpleasant. To make matters worse, there was a space underneath our room door which enabled insects to enter the room. My wife ended up killing two centipedes and a beetle. We placed a towel under the door to prevent more insects from entering our room. Might I add, our room phone didn’t work. It took almost 2 hours for someone to come fix/replace it. The bathroom was very cramped with stains on the wall. When the AC and Dehumidifier were both on, they were extremely loud and made sleeping very unpleasant.
We also had issues at the pool. Pool towels were not readily available every hour as the staff had claimed. It took almost
2 1/2 hours for some towels to be delivered.
The vending machine in the laundry facility on our floor didn’t work, and we had to walk two buildings over just to buy detergent—an unnecessary inconvenience.
I also made a point of informing the manager on day one that the gym had no disinfectant wipes. By day four, there were still none available, which is unacceptable, especially considering hygiene expectations.
Overall, this stay was riddled with inconveniences that could have been easily avoided with better upkeep and more responsive service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

You might as well book at the holiday inn. This place is disgusting. Had to change rooms two times before finally being placed in a room with working lights and not covered in pop corn ceiling crumbs. Floors are dirty beyond comprehension this place doesn’t look like it gets cleaned at all. Never will I ever book here again it’s not worth even staying here for free. Thought a drink from the bar would help and it was just as disgusting as the room. Watered down and distasteful beyond your wildest thought. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a single soul. House cleaning did not clean the floor once during my stay. The entire time there were worms all over the floor. I called to complain and no one came to clean the floor, not once. This stay was so bad.
