The location of Avanti was great, close to Universal and about 20 mins to Disney. The free shuttle buses were great for Universal but the times for Disney were poor so we ended up using Ubers for Disney days.
The room was a decent size we were given block 3 top floor with a pool view which was nice. Our room was only “cleaned” once during our 14 day stay despite them saying it will be cleaned every 4 days. When I say cleaned all they did was give fresh towels and make the bed. The floors were filthy and the surfaces were thick with dust by the end of the trip.
The fridge froze most things that were put in and there was no way to adjust the temperature & the shower pressure was terrible.
There were multiple people sat outside their rooms on the balcony smoking weed which could be smelt from inside our room & antisocial behaviour through the night which can also be heard and very loud despite signs showing quiet hours from 10pm-7am for respect.
The Starbucks at the reception was never open & the prices at the bar & grill were extortionate.
The pool was a good temperature however there is no lifeguard so make sure you can swim! They only had parasols on the tables and not on any of the sun loungers so if you needed shade you were quite restricted. There was also dried bird poop on most of the tables and chairs which indicates that they aren’t cleaned regularly.
Again, the location was great but I wouldn’t compromise comfort to stay here again. Save up a bit more money and stay somewhere better.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. It’s affordable, and I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:
* Excellent location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and pharmacies and grocery stores just a few minutes away by car, making it very convenient for both short and long stays.
* The room was very spacious and even had a microwave, which was very convenient.
* The pool is large, and I saw many families enjoying it throughout the day.
* The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Lisa at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and welcoming.
* Every night I had a beautiful view of fireworks from the hotel, which made my stay even more special.
Cons:
* There were no umbrellas by the pool loungers. The only shaded areas were the tables with chairs, so if you wanted to relax on a sun lounger, there was no protection from the sun.
* The gym needs significant improvement. It was missing basic equipment like dumbbells, and it clearly lacked maintenance. Since the hotel charges a $50 resort fee, I expected the fitness facilities to be in much better condition.
* The parking lot is uncovered, so cars are left in the sun all day.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily choose this hotel again because of its excellent value, convenient location, spacious rooms, and outstanding staff.

Room was tolerable. Floors were dirty upon recieving room. Hotel staff didn't really speak much English, which made communicating guest needs a bit challenging.
We must have went during a massive towel shortage because we couldn't seem to get any whether we were at the pool or in our own room.
The pool was nice and the food at the bar was he was really good. Great location too.

Just finished a 10 night stay at Avanti International Resort. 2 adults and a 12yr old. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The reception area is bright, fresh and clean. We were housed in building 2. Lift/elevator access and stairs. Free parking for guests. The room was spacious and air conditioned. The air conditioning unit is noisy but didn't keep us awake all night. Daily maid service with clean towels and bed making. Free safe in the room. Around 8/10 coat hangers (we brought foldable ones as extra). Nice shower. Comfortable beds (2 doubles in our room). No complaints really. Would stay here again as the location is great, opposite Icon Park. My only issue was with one of the Starbucks batista - she was so rude! The others were perfectly nice, but this one girl who was talking on the phone via an earpiece the whole time, accused me of 'taking all of the croissants' she'd apparently just made (i took 3, there were still 4 in the fridge!). She then huffed and puffed whilst warming them up and taking my drinks order, which she got wrong. The whole time gossiping on the phone. Dirty looks, attitude. Totally unnecessary. Other than this person, our stay was perfectly good 👍

everything was great except our bus broke down one day on the way to the park. the guy on the bus was great at calming me down as i was freaking out that people were squeezing past us. when i talked to the concierge about having to wait, and then being transferred to epic, then on another bus which set our day back . all they had to offer us was lanyards. also, booking advertised that breakfast was included. i don't personally eat breakfast, but my child does and that also set us back every day as i was having to go get her something before going to the parks. other then those issues, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice.
