Room service menu is apparently outdated if you follow the QR code. I called room service and asked how do I find the menu, I was instructed to follow the QR code, hit menus and look for the market delivery. I wanted mozz sticks and 2 Stella's, he said $71 and some change.... That didn't make sense. This menu shows mozz sticks $19, stella $10 with a $5 fee and 20% gratuity. The person on the phone corrected that mozz sticks were $22, Stella $14.5 with $5 fee and 22% grat. Instead I ordered a Caesar salad from the bar with "homemade garlic croutons". These croutons are very obviously out of a box. Also paid for a room with a "view of universa"l and I got a view of the other side of the hotel. Front desk refunded $20 for the room, no problem... But that's a bunch of items that just aren't what is advertised. Do better Hilton.

Recently stayed here for a seminar. It's an older hotel but the great features of the rooms outweighs the minimal decor/charm. Lots of closet space, drawers, a real minifridge that was actually *cold*!! The bathroom had a storage area behind the door with stacks of towels and extra TP, Kleenix, and other amenities. As a result there was nice spacious to the shower & vanity area. Only a single sink but tons of counter space on both sides. All the people working there were very nice and helpful. Located close to restaurants, shopping and Disney.

We were completely scammed into staying here. The website for this hotel states that it is a Universal Partner Hotel, mentions enjoying perks like early entry, then links you directly to a portal that only allows you to purchase park tickets. As a customer I assumed I followed the correct process, and hotel needs to be booked separately, but come to find out (just days before our trip, after I carefully planned an itinerary based on early entry allowance), I needed to purchase a hotel + tickets package which is not even an option through the link provided. The only reason we chose this hotel was to get early admission as staying on Universal property was not in our budget. Beyond being completely misled as a consumer, the on-site quick service restaurant has no vegetarian breakfast options which in this day and age is ridiculous, how difficult is it to have a simple egg and cheese option? Bathroom had gross pubic hair in the shower when we checked in, bedding for the pull-out sofa was inadequate - asked for a blanket and just got a thin fitted sheet. Upon raising my concerns at the front desk, the manager claimed refunds were not possible because of the advanced purchase rate. After further discussion I was then offered a refund of the cheapest night's rate. Funny how that works, first no refund is possible but then the least amount of refund is possible? Given how I basically feel tricked into staying here, I will be fighting for a full refund and if after all this the website link is not fixed, it truly shows the level of integrity that this company has.

We just spent the 3 day holiday weekend here. Nice hotel. Rooms are great. However, the service is not the best. Saturday we wanted to have drinks by the pool and the pool bar was NOT open and the bar inside the lobby also was closed. Couldn’t order lunch because they aren’t open. Very disappointed with the service for our mini vacation. I do highly recommend the breakfast buffet. Food was great and the service was welcoming.

Exceptional stay for a family holiday. The service right when we got to the hotel was top tier, parking Valet or not is very friendly, and baggage team was super accommodating.
Awesome pool and hot tub outside and has a bar during the daytime.
Ice cream shop on way up to the rooms is diabolical….but so good!
All the charter buses to the parks were fantastic too. (Just make sure you sign up for the next day at the desk).
Super clean rooms, attentive housekeeping. Highly recommend.
