Excellent location!! Only 30k Hilton Honors points for this stay so great savings. The staff is super courteous and offered cookies everytime kids asked for it. Double Tree signature cookies are a big hit for the families. The hotel room had a Universal Entrance and Park view which was nice. Clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and overall a great experience. Our car was parked at the hotel and we took an Uber to the theme park $8 each way which made it very convenient. They were also distributing water bottles to everyone. There was a customer service person who also offered free Hilton Honor points to every family as welcome bonus. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and highly recommend it for convenience. Paying the parking to the hotel was worth the convenience of getting dropped off close to the theme park.

Nice big beds , great location right next to universal and multiple restaurants amazing that the pool close late and they have access to food even at night. Although it was nice I would have like a cleaner bathroom and the shower was really low pressure water even the carpet didn’t feel clean but everything else was great be advised though the walls are then you can hear next door neighbors. Also wish they had access to refill water bottles because the water bottles are expensive here.

Location is great (specifically for universal but not the city itself). It’s not really at the entrance to the park. They offer a free shuttle service that takes you to the actual entrance of the theme parks. It’s reasonably close, but walking there for 20 minutes in oppressive weather is counterproductive as you’ll be walking a lot at the parks.
Service is basic. They provide two small bottles of water on arrival — but not daily with housekeeping. I’ve never seen this before, most places provide daily water in the room, especially if it’s crazy hot outside. Definitely very low-tier hotel experience in this regard.
Room had no trash bin in the restroom, and the toilet spins the water for a long time before actually flushing. Seems wasteful.
Service was ok overall. I asked for a 1 hour extension, so I could check out at 12 p.m., and they granted it — but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 11. I don’t know why they don’t communicate these things.
I had two double beds in my room, and one one the beds made me itchy so I moved to the other one, and it was fine. Hope there wasn’t anything sinister lurking in those sheets.
Given the volume of visitors, the place feels worn and dated, and there’s a lot they could improve for customers, but given the large number of tourists, they seem to cater to a demographic and provide a basic basic and forgettable experience.

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip. The room still had old food from the past guests, the bathroom was filthy, and they charged me for parking but never linked my room key so I had to pay each time I left the lot. The front desk staff was a mix. They did offer to get a manager when my wife turned in the old food but when she tried to rectify the parking situation it was like talking to a wall (different staff members). The location is convenient but not worth the headaches we had.

This location has always been our go to when we're traveling to Orlando. This has been such an amazing stay here on our honeymoon. The hospitality and customer service is outstanding. On each stay, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and a pleasure to sleep in. We always come here at least twice a year.
