Nice place to stay, if you are going to Disney or Universal.
The room was clean and big enough, pools are clean and the water is not cold at old even if its cloudy.
I won't recommend the breakfast buffet, the only good think are the Mickey mouse waffles, other than that you can find better options nearby for the same price or even less.
The restaurant is good, pizza, and nachos are delicious, but the cocktails are pretty bad.
The shuttle system offered is not completely good, on the week I stay they only offer shuttles mainly to Universal.
The location of the hotel is pretty good, you can find Disney souvenirs store nearby, outlets and restaurants.

We stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista for two days on a girls’ getaway, and we were honestly so pleasantly surprised. The price was very affordable, and at first I was a little worried, but after reading the reviews and then actually staying there, we were really happy with our choice.
It was just me and my best friend, looking for a fun, easy, and safe place to stay, and this hotel checked all the boxes. The hotel was very clean, felt secure and safe, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The location was a huge plus: only about 10 minutes to Disney Springs and 10 minutes to Magic Kingdom, which made getting around super easy.
Overall, it exceeded our expectations for the price, and we would definitely stay here again, perfect for a girls’ trip or casual Orlando stay.

Location is great for our purpose as we wanted to go to Disney Springs. 1st issue, water was basically warm enough to shower, but not hot. We complained about it, and the front desk girl didn't apologize or even offer some sort of a concession. All she did was putting in a work order. 2nd issue. After we left the room to go check-out, we realized we left a ring and a snack we bought from DS in the fridge. We got a housekeeper to let us back in. In a period of about 15 mins top, the room was made for the next guest. I just can't imagine the sheets were replaced in that period. I question how clean this place really is. To replace the pillow cases and bed sheets for 2 beds plus replace all the bath towels and wipe down a room is NOT possible to get done in 15 mins!!!

We stayed at this hotel a week ago for just one night, and I can honestly say I will not stay there again. I would rather pay twice as much to find a better place.
To start, my wife was the one handling the check-in, but when I arrived, they told me that she needed to be there in person to pick up the room key. I explained that my wife was waiting in the car with our toddlers. I presented them with the confirmation number, but they still didn't believe it was valid. I spoke to the manager, but there was no way to resolve the issue. This was obviously very disturbing, as I provided the confirmation number and everything was confirmed.
Additionally, I found the rooms to be subpar, and I didn't feel safe during my stay. For the amount of money we paid, I would have preferred to pay double or triple to stay at a better hotel. We checked in late and were exhausted from a day at the park. Initially, we planned to drive to another location, but the entire family was too tired, so we reluctantly stayed at this hotel.
A hotel is supposed to facilitate easy check-in and check-out, but this experience was far from that. The rooms should be better, and unfortunately, there aren't many good dining options nearby. The food at the small lobby café was not great either. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is close to parks and other attractions.
Overall, I will not use this hotel again. This is my personal review, and anyone who reads it is welcome to draw their own conclusions.

Location is great but the Hotel room was interesting. Ripped carpet, huge gap between the floor and the door. Pillows are half the size of a normal hotel pillow. Bathroom floor was filthy. We were also on “lake side” which sucked because it’s right by the highway and the windows in the room are THIN. The buffet was expensive for average hotel food. Our 3 year old was free to eat since he was 5 and under. The whole reason we booked here on our trip was for the splash pad. But it was closed.
