We stayed at this hotel a week ago for just one night, and I can honestly say I will not stay there again. I would rather pay twice as much to find a better place.
To start, my wife was the one handling the check-in, but when I arrived, they told me that she needed to be there in person to pick up the room key. I explained that my wife was waiting in the car with our toddlers. I presented them with the confirmation number, but they still didn't believe it was valid. I spoke to the manager, but there was no way to resolve the issue. This was obviously very disturbing, as I provided the confirmation number and everything was confirmed.
Additionally, I found the rooms to be subpar, and I didn't feel safe during my stay. For the amount of money we paid, I would have preferred to pay double or triple to stay at a better hotel. We checked in late and were exhausted from a day at the park. Initially, we planned to drive to another location, but the entire family was too tired, so we reluctantly stayed at this hotel.
A hotel is supposed to facilitate easy check-in and check-out, but this experience was far from that. The rooms should be better, and unfortunately, there aren't many good dining options nearby. The food at the small lobby café was not great either. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is close to parks and other attractions.
Overall, I will not use this hotel again. This is my personal review, and anyone who reads it is welcome to draw their own conclusions.

I stay at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista a few times a year. The beds are very comfortable and it's in a quiet location. Even facing the highway and with the ac on, the only thing you may here is a motorcycle. This was the first time I have a complaint about cleanliness. The shower needed a very deep clean and the ceiling needs to be painted. They have now started charging $10/night for parking which is a huge bummer because there was no mention of that when booking the room. The location is fantastic. About 5-10 minutes from Disney springs. They are a good neighbor hotel so they offer shuttles to the parks. The pool area is always clean and well maintained. Staff are always friendly and efficient. For my 4th review mentioning this though, 2 double beds should always have 4 pillows on each bed, not 3!!!!! The pillows are way too small to only have 3 on a bed.

This was our first time staying. We stayed for 2 nights, and we would 100% stay again.
Parking was cheap, and it was nice having security at the gate.
We did not see any bugs contrary to other reviews. However, are there any hotels truly free from bugs in Florida?
The location was good. Just under 2 miles to Disney Springs and very close to I4. It was not fun getting out of the hotel parking if you had to turn left. Doable, but not always easy.
Our room was on the inside of the hotel, so it was quiet. The top floor was nice, but having to hike to and from the elevator with a sleeping 4 year old at midnight wasn't fun.
Our double queen room was nice and big. It had a full size safe and mini fridge which was nice. There was plenty of room for luggage, too.

For a 4 star hotel I expected better. My husband and I stayed at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we checked into room 4222, the room smelled strongly of smoke. The bathroom had mold buildup inside the toilet bowl and hair on the toilet seat. We were exhausted from an 8-hour drive and tried to look past it until we pulled back the sheets and found a dead insect under them.
We went to the front desk and were moved to an upgraded room (1510) with a breakfast voucher, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, this room also had serious cleanliness issues. There was straight black hair stuck to the shower walls and tub (neither of us have that hair type), and we even found the same type of hair inside the refrigerator. There were also tiny brown ants around the sink and tub.
At this point, it was clear that neither room was properly cleaned, and the situation really impacted our trip to Orlando. For a hotel with the Rosen name, I expected much better. I hope management addresses these issues because no guest should have to deal with this.

So they were very cool about it all we got home tho and now we’re all getting ring worm spots all over us!!!! From pool possibly? Sheets something within the hotel!
