I think for the price, it was a nice stay. The room was decent overall. However, there were a few hairs in the tub and sink, which was pretty gross.
I also have to be honest—I thought it was strange that they charged for parking. In over 50 years of traveling, I've never had to pay to park my car at a hotel where I was staying.
I also found it unusual that they didn't offer a complimentary continental breakfast. While neither issue was a dealbreaker, both were disappointing and are worth considering when booking.

I called multiple times on having no housekeeping and attempted to address with their team. I was told to "remove my dog" by one manager day 2. He was crated when not in room per their policies. No cleaning/towels again day 3. I did remove dog for 5 hours day 4 to have room cleaned as it was "full cleaning day" No service at all. Escalated issue.
Property management didn't support or respond. Day 5 escalated again at desk after no cleaning. Apologies from an assistant manager with no solution. Day 6 they did services towels and 1 trash bin. Day 7 no cleaning service. Day 8 no cleaning service. Escalated again. We left day 9 with an assurance "they'll reach out no management on site". No reach out has occured and it's been multiple business days since.
They got a call from my ex husband midd stay and proceeded to speak with him without my authorization or consent. He was not on the reservation. Still no contact to me as requested. He didn't know our room number intentionally then had it post speaking with them.
Security "on rounds" walked past people vaping at the non-smoking pool and didn't address or stop them on 2 separate occasions. As a parent to a child with Medical needs it meant amenities were not available to all guest as policy was enforced as they desired.
Restaurant on site they advertise as "take out" but actually you have to walk there, order food, prepay then return or wait for your food. When I called to place an order they hung up on me.
Pros: close to outlets and Disney
Cons: extremely loud esp if your on back side as it's right off 1-4 so we heard trucks and cars all night.

I booked the hotel on Priceline and the reviews showed a decent value for this hotel located near Disney property and not far from Universal and SeaWorld. Check-in was fairly quick. There was a convenience store located in the lobby where you can purchase Disney tickets and souvenirs, as well as a game room. Housekeeping could’ve been better, as the beds were not made during my stay, despite that they kept adding towels. There was a knock on my room door pretty early one morning that I told them to wait an hour. Check-out was also fast. There were plenty of spaces to park for just $10 a night. WiFi worked fine throughout.

I stayed for three nights in two rooms on the fourth floor of the 1000 building, where I experienced an early check-in with a friendly staff member. It seems that the 1000 and 2000 buildings might be older or less maintained. The property has 24-hour security, including a front gate and a nighttime patrol, which is reassuring.
My room was quite basic, and I found the bed to be hard and uncomfortable. The staff used regular flat sheets instead of properly sized fitted sheets, which made for a poor sleeping experience. The pillows were flat and uninviting, and the air conditioning unit made a squealing noise that disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the door was difficult to open with the room key, and children running in the hallways added to the noise.
The ice machine was inconveniently located far from my room, and while the pool was decent, the scattered chairs made it less enjoyable. The biggest issue was the elevators, which were out of order throughout my stay, making it a struggle to carry luggage up to the fourth floor. Overall, I had hoped to enjoy my time here, but I don't think I will return.
Security staff were nice. Housekeeping staff were distant and unapproachable.

I stayed from June 19th–21st and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The lobby looked nice at first, but once I got to my room everything changed. The room smelled bad, the bathtub was filthy, and they had a tub mat sitting in the shower which made me question how clean everything really was. There wasn’t even a fitted sheet properly on the bed.
Saturday morning I woke up and found a roach on the shower curtain. On top of that, I almost hurt my toe walking into the bathroom because of how awkward and unsafe the bathroom door setup is.
The shower itself was another issue—I almost slipped and fell twice because the tub sits higher than the bathroom floor, making it feel unsafe getting in and out.
To make things worse, on my last day the elevator was broken and I was staying on the 3rd floor while carrying a lot of bags down. Garbage cans were overflowing, the entire hotel had an unpleasant smell, and breakfast wasn’t even included—you had to pay extra.
They did offer to move our room, but by that point we already had everything unpacked and honestly, the room should have been clean and ready before guests check in.
I’ve worked in hotels for years and I’ve never experienced conditions like this. For the price paid, this stay did not live up to expectations at all.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it
