A Rare Light in Hospitality – Thank You, Jill Osbourne
During my recent stay at Rosen Inn and Resort, I had the pleasure of encountering a truly remarkable individual—Jill Osbourne from the breakfast department. In a world where genuine conversation and care often feel like a rarity, Jill shined with sincerity, warmth, and faith.
After she noticed my tattoo of the cross, Jill took a moment from her busy morning to share her personal testimony of how God had made a way for her. Her story was not only moving, but also uplifting, reminding me that God's grace reaches us even in the most unexpected places—like a breakfast room in a hotel.
What touched me further was how Jill seamlessly connected her faith to her pride in the company she works for. She spoke about the history of Rosen Inn and Resorts and their core values—how they don’t just talk about integrity and care, but live it out. According to Jill, the leadership of Rosen genuinely prioritizes both their staff and guests over profit, refusing to gouge customers with unnecessary charges. That kind of humility and ethics in business is not just refreshing—it's rare.
"Quality over quantity" is more than just a motto here. It's a lived-out truth, visible from the top down, and Jill is a perfect example of that. In an age where excellence is often replaced by efficiency and authenticity gets buried under sales pitches, it was a blessing to meet someone who is not only professional and kind—but truly an ambassador of grace.
Jill Osbourne is a treasure to the Rosen team. She made my visit memorable in all the best ways, and for that, I am sincerely grateful.

I absolutely love this hotel. This is my second time staying here with my family. The landscaping is beautiful. The rooms are clean. Love the pool and splash pad. Front desk staff is courteous and extremely helpful. The location is just outside Disney Springs and is also centrally located between Disney and Universal Parks. There's several eateries near by. My ONLY complaint is that the rooms and exterior are in desperate need of a remodel/make over. Other than that you can't beat the price for a great room.

This was a perfect find. On-site security is also gated. There are so many added features, splash pad for the littles, two pools, game room, on-site restaurant, and bar washer and dryers. But the staff were even more pleasant. My family loved our stay here so much that I'm eager to return. It's also so close to all the theme parks with shuttle service available for free!

This place is a wonderful option for Disney goers! We went down for a weekend visit to Disney, just two of us. We found the entire property to be in great condition, two pools available and a splash pad. Ample seating in those areas. Restaurant and convenience store on site for needs. Safe location with gated entry. Free parking. Rooms are slightly outdated and a little dark but very nice and clean. Only two downfalls: highway noise on the backside and the beds are super weirdly small. Almost to the point a couple would not be comfortable together in one bed. They’re not full size more like a larger twin bed almost. I know the description says double but you aren’t familiar with that size it’s probably a foot or so smaller than a full/queen. Staff is great also.

I chose this hotel because of its low price and convenient location near the Disney parks. My family and I were planning a budget-friendly trip focused on spending our days at the parks and only returning to the hotel to sleep. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.
While the price was low, the overall value was disappointing. The rooms were very basic, outdated, and had a persistent smell of mold and cigarette smoke. I’ve stayed in nearby hotels for just a bit more and received much better room quality, so in hindsight, the savings were not worth it.
The location, though close to the parks, turned out to be a downside as well. The hotel is right next to the I-4 highway. My room faced the road, and although the windows provided some sound insulation, it wasn’t enough to block out the noise—especially at night, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
Lastly, there was an unpleasant situation during my stay. We accidentally left $200 in the room and contacted the hotel shortly after checkout. While the staff did respond, the reply felt insufficient given the nature of the incident. They simply stated that no money was found, and that was it. We had hoped for more proactive support in resolving the matter.
In summary, the low price and location were not enough to justify the downsides. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
