I was a part of a large group using their launchpad service after a long night of driving to Orlando for a school trip. Long story… but I left my wallet in the room, and the housekeeper, Gracieuse, found it and saved me from having to replace all my CASH, park tickets to UNIVERSAL, DISNEY WORLD, GIDT CARDs, and several days worth of meal vouchers. I couldn’t believe it, and I was so happy they have such great staff at the facility. Thanks to everyone involved and I highly recommend this place. Integrity off the charts!

Great family friendly hotel with great rates! Rooms are clean and the have a restaurant / bar that actually serves really good food. Happy hour every day from 5-7 with bogo wine and beer. Parking is good and they have shuttles to parks. Will definitely stay here aga3

Close to all the parks, there are shuttle services, but they pick up much later than the parks open. Rooms are clean but average. Our fridge wasnt cold and I tried turning down, but didnt help.
We booked using hotels.com and clicked on the picture of the king size room, but were booked under something called Run Of House so that means its up to the hotel which room you get. Hubby and I were going for an after valentines celebration and opened the room up to find 2 double beds. Called to desk ro get a King, and they said sorry were sold out, so we spent time in our own beds...🤷♀️
Lots of traffic around hotel because of all the parks, but if you're coming to get to any of the main parks, good central location.
Parking was $10 per day which seems like a good deal compared to others.

Long day at the theme park
while my grandbabies were in the pool I decided to get a drink at the bar to just relax. I sit at the bar and the bartender which I later found out name is Louisa looked at me but did not acknowledge me. a customer at the opposite end of the bar walked to my end of the bar and said hey would you be able to squeeze myself and wife another drink before happy hour ends
At that moment I did not know it was happy hour but then looked down at the menu and noticed that it was $10 drinks I looked at my watch and it was 659 so I looked at Louisa because again she wasn't acknowledging me I asked I'm still eligible correct
she blantly said no. I asked why she said happy hours was over
but wait a minute You just told that guy that you would get him another drink she reiterated happy hour was over after and walked off and walked to the opposite end of the bar laughed and giggled with them. And I would like to point out that Louisa and whoever her other co-worker was was speaking Spanish and looking at me I don't speak Spanish but it was clear that they were talking about me.
Front desk said Louisa's manager was not there but that's okay there's always Google to complain to.
Be careful Patrons
You may or may not be the type of customer that Louisa wants at her bar.
Update. Woke up still feeling a little salty from the interaction I had with Louisa yesterday, older lady with glasses, so went down this morning and spoke with supervisor Shay. Thank you Shay for sprinkling a little Sunshine on my day. She made things right.
Although I won't be returning, one apple can spoil a bunch, I would like to make a special shout out to the front desk associates that maintain a positive attitude and vibe. Another special shout out to the cleaning staff. Smiles and warm greetings when delivering fresh new towels and checking the refrigerator when I thought it wasn't cooling.

Wee stayed here for 5 nights for the runDisney event. While the overall experience was positive. we had a bit of a struggle with the morning noise. Every single morning the maintenance staff seemed to be working right outside our door. whether it was pressure washing the floors, using leaf blowers, repairing pipes, or knocking to deliver towels.
I completely understand that they have a job to do but it would have been much better if these tasks were scheduled for later in the day like around noon.
If you prefer a quiet morning. I highly recommend requesting a room on a higher floor. The building shown in the photo seems like it would be much more peaceful.
Aside from the noise. everything else including the price, the location, and the front desk staff was excellent. They really do a great job!
