I was there for a weekend with my family. I think this is a great hotel with a lot to offer...free breakfast, shuttles, and parking! The staff is super friendly and my room was always spotless. Awesome location and solid amenities. I recommend booking the club suite so you get free access to the rooftop pool/hot tub & free beer/wine and snacks. Overall, such a good deal!

We stayed he for a week in the Club level queen suite
The room was spacious with a 2 beds and ample storage, the bathroom was a nice size with a bath (with shower fittings)
The separate kitchen/lounge area was perfect for us, as if one of us woke before the other, we didnt disturb one and other as we just move to the lounge (which had a separate door)
Decor in the room was a little dated but never made a difference to the stay.
Club level was an excellent benefit.
Free local Beers (Modelo, Coors lite. Heineken and Yeungling), Red and white wine and Soft drinks
From 1700hrs and 1830hrs, there were free snacks (crisps/cookies) and Free Dominoes pizza too.
The staff in Club level were amazing as were reception staff throughout our stay.
The complimentary breakfast was.l basic but certainly saved us a lot of money over the week.
There is bread for toast, English muffins, mini Bagals, donut holes, pancakes, cereal and either Boiled eggs or Baked Beans.
Tea, coffee. Juice and Milk.
And a small mix of fruit.
As far as value for money goes, this is the best I have had in 15 years of trips to International drive.
Housekeeping is every 3 days however replenishment of Toilet roll, coffee eyltc can be requested at reception.

Location (if you are there for disney/universal) is excellent. Rooms (at least in the newly renovated part of the hotel) are really good. Clean, confortable, spacious and well equipped.
Pros:
Free and very large parking lot.
If you get a lake side room, the view is really nice.
Cons:
Breakfast could be improved. Too many people and not enough food if you go after 8am. Food offer at breakfast could also be wider.
The pool area is ok but after 11am it stops getting any sunlight.
Some of the hotel staff members can be rude or unwilling.
The overall experience was really good but consider we were mostly out of the room all day and did not use hotel hospitalities at all.

My team and I stayed here during the AAO conference and I don't need to wait for it to end to give my rating. Wayne & Brian are great! Best part of our stay, it's hard to find personalities like theirs.
They are personable, helpful and have exceptional customer service. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable. Also, the staff in the breakfast were extremely nice! Breakfast station was nice and clean.
The two ladies who came from house keeping were so nice and did a great job on my room.
I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.
My only complaint is breakfast choices, hut the coffee was good.

This "perks" this place advertises to convince you to stay here are so unbelievably below expectations you'd maybe have it's insane.
Firstly the free breakfast is a joke the only cooked thing is... boiled eggs... almost every morning by the time I got down there around 845 1 or 2 of the 3 cereals was empty, they had waffles which were usually already gone by that time, they had two pancake machines that make bite sized flavorless pancakes painfully slowly, and the only "fruit" is saran wrapped apples and oranges. A horrifying spread to be honest and I'm used to staying in very cheap hotels.
Secondly the pool and hot tub close at 6?? The sun isn't even set yet and the outdoor pool is closed. People are staying here to be in close proximity to the parks which no ones getting back from until at least 7, so you're not allowing anyone to come back to the hotel after a long day of walking and standing to go relax in the hot tub which is another big reason I bet a lot of people book this spot.
Lastly the best "perk" of this place is the free parks shuttle. The service and quality of the shuttle company they contract is horrid. The schedule is worse somehow. There is only one shuttle to the parks everyday, one to Magic Kingdom and one to Universal Studios so that's a major pain if you're trying to go to any of the other parks by those brands. The schedule to get home is better but after a long day at a theme park there's nothing better than getting on an old bus so busted up it feels like you're on another 40 minute park ride.
On my last night there my girlfriend and I got to the shuttle pickup spot at 7pm well early of the pickup time of 745pm, we ended up waiting until 825pm before just calling an expensive uber home. The shuttle just never came and there were numerous people waiting. My girlfriend phoned the company number they provide about 30 times and it just kept going to voicemail. We complained to the front desk and they shifted all blame and refused to reimburse me. This to me is blatant false advertising of a "complimentary shuttle service".
I will also note the ac unit filter hadn't been cleaned in a very long time when it was on it would shoot black dustballs in the air which we only noticed after it got all over our clothes
The views, location, room cleanliness and comfort are really solid but if you're booking this place because of the perks above like I did try somewhere else.
