We recently stayed here for 6 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
Our room offered an absolutely amazing view that never got old. On top of that, the location is unbeatable—it was perfect for exploring, and having a local bus station so close and accessible made getting around incredibly easy.
Plus, there is a fantastic variety of restaurants right around the hotel, making it so convenient to grab a great meal after a long day of exploring. Highly recommend this place for a seamless and comfortable stay!

I cannot begin to think where I’d start with expressing how poor of an experience my co-workers and I had dealing with this property!
We asked for early check in and got to the hotel to be told the rooms were not ready yet. It is no exaggeration when I say it was 8 hours later before our rooms were ready. 8 hours.
We were not the only ones either. There’s a big convention going on that a lot of us attending this week. You’d think a hotel would be prepared.
Once we got to our rooms things seemed fine but several of us had TV issues. Mine had a staticy pop that occurred about every 5-10 seconds.
The cleaning staff were extremely noisy out in the hall and well, it’s just bad for the price you pay during convention season. This is a mistake we will not be making again.
I’m no prima donna but damn, what a terrible experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights during our New Year’s trip to Disney World and had a very pleasant experience. The room was a good size and offered beautiful views from both sides — one overlooking the lake and the other facing the city. It made our stay feel bright and relaxing.
Housekeeping came every 3 nights to clean and replenish the room, which worked well for us during a long stay. Breakfast was served early with simple, basic options. Just a note: if you arrive later in the morning, there may not be much left since items aren’t refilled.
For the price and the hotel’s proximity to Disney World, we felt it was absolutely worth it. It provided comfortable living at a reasonable rate, which is perfect for families spending most of their time in the parks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and budget‑friendly place to stay in Orlando.

Second time staying here for an Orlando Theme Park holiday. No complaints from me. It is not a top tier expensive flash hotel, but it isn't supposed to be. It is great value, in a great location and the staff were very nice and helpful. Room was nice, had everything we needed. The biggest bonus is no parking fees. Makes this hotel stand out above a lot of others!

We were originally booked to stay here for over two weeks but ended up leaving 11 days early and paying over £900 ourselves to relocate because the experience became so disappointing and stressful.
The issues started almost immediately. On our first morning the shower tap was completely stuck and after calling reception twice it still took around 45 minutes for somebody to come and fix it, delaying our day plans. Even after this, the shower pressure was terrible with water coming from both the shower head and bath tap at the same time.
The amenities advertised online also did not match reality. The rooftop pool area had stained and ripped daybeds which looked poorly maintained, the “bar” area was often deserted and barely functioning, and facilities generally felt neglected and far below what we expected for the price we paid.
However, the biggest issue by far was the customer service and management. We spent over an hour and a half waiting downstairs trying to speak to a manager after repeatedly being told he would only be “another half hour.” When we finally spoke to the manager, Romel, we were shocked by how we were treated. We felt talked over, dismissed and spoken to rudely throughout the conversation. At one point he even laughed at my partner while we were explaining our concerns.
By that stage we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel. This was no longer just about a room issue — it was about the overall condition of the hotel and the way paying guests were treated when raising legitimate concerns.
The hotel did offer us another room and even a free future stay, which to us showed they understood there were serious issues, but after the way we had been treated we had absolutely no desire to continue staying there or return in the future.
Thankfully we relocated to another hotel nearby and the difference in cleanliness, amenities and customer service was night and day.
Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had and we would not recommend this property based on both the facilities and the way complaints are handled.
