We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights during our New Year’s trip to Disney World and had a very pleasant experience. The room was a good size and offered beautiful views from both sides — one overlooking the lake and the other facing the city. It made our stay feel bright and relaxing.
Housekeeping came every 3 nights to clean and replenish the room, which worked well for us during a long stay. Breakfast was served early with simple, basic options. Just a note: if you arrive later in the morning, there may not be much left since items aren’t refilled.
For the price and the hotel’s proximity to Disney World, we felt it was absolutely worth it. It provided comfortable living at a reasonable rate, which is perfect for families spending most of their time in the parks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and budget‑friendly place to stay in Orlando.

Extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. Our room was infested with bugs, and every night there was a loud bleeping noise that made it impossible to sleep properly. When we reported the issue, we were told we could either pay an extra $50 per night to upgrade rooms or “put up with it,” which is completely unacceptable.
Housekeeping was also very poor. The room was never properly cleaned, only the sheets were changed, and staff were sometimes turning up as late as 7pm when our children were already asleep.
The most concerning issue was a serious breach of guest privacy. A sheet was left in our room containing other guests’ full names, check-in and check-out dates, and payment information. I went to speak with the hotel manager to raise this concern and was left waiting in the lobby for over 10 minutes before eventually walking away as nobody came to help.
Overall, the hotel fell far below basic standards for cleanliness, customer service, and guest privacy. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Walked into the lobby, and the view and smell was great. When walking to my room it looked like a motel for a second, then I saw the elevators. Room was great.. Just needs some extra cleaning. Found a yellow stain on the bed when I checked the beds, I just told myself it was apple juice, beds were comfy though. View for the pool was awesome, but there isn't any lifeguards. When checking in we had to leave again, since you can start checking in at 4pm. Everything was great just.. need some more cleaning.

Stayed here for the past week, and thoroughly enjoyed it. When we first checked in there was an issue due to our airline not sending over our booking confirmation, the staff were really helpful and tried there best with us, even though it wasn’t an issue of theirs. Our room was very clean, a perfect size, and the A/C was absolutely amazing. The location is really good, you have a few stores, a 24/7 arcade nearby, and many gift shops. The beds are some of the comfiest beds i’ve slept in, and the maintenance men who worked here were always smiling and polite! The pool area was really nice and well kept.
The only slight downsides are that the rooms get cleaned only every 3 days, so you can run out of towels and toilet roll quickly, the bedding doesn’t smell the freshest, but over all, it’s a very good hotel, and i’d most definitely stay here again.
For universal park lovers, it’s only a quick 5min drive to the Universal studios park, Island of adventure + Volcano Bay water park!

We were very pleased with the facility, it was clean and in good condition.
Where we had a problem was with our club level room and amenities. I booked club level specifically as we were celebrating my wife's birthday and we were looking forward to the beer and sky Bar and pool. The first night we were there Thursday July 2nd We went up and met Hilda who was wonderful during our whole stay. That night that bar ran out of light beer which is what my wife drinks. She tried the Modelo but that made her sick and she cannot do Heineken at all which after the second day ended up being the only option We ended up going and buying Michelob Ultra on our own and still enjoyed the atmosphere up there and Hilda's very polite company.
Our room never had any complimentary water and did not have robes either as was advertised.
On Saturday evening we went to the front desk to bring these issues up to staff and they brought out the manager on duty, I believe her name was Deborah. She was not helpful at all and basically told us there was nothing she could do. She stated that the facility does not even have robes and then because there was at least one beer available that's all they needed to provide. Directly from your website: " As part of your Club Level experience, we are delighted to offer unlimited complimentary beer and wine from noon to 8:00 pm daily (last call for drinks is at 7:45 pm). You can enjoy a wide selection of your favorite beverages throughout the day." "Stay hydrated with complimentary bottled water provided every three days." "Each room is equipped with two cozy bathrobes, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in comfort and luxury.".
We liked the facility, but definitely do not feel like we got the value for club level. Sad to end up with only 1 of 4 beers over a holiday weekend....felt bad for Hilda for sure.
