The hotel staff were great. Friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The service during breakfast was highly satisfactory. The cleanliness of the dining area was well maintained.
The 2-room suite accommodated my family’s needs. Beds/rooms (1-king, 2-queen, and fold out sleeper sofa) were the perfect setup for our large family. Although a bit dated, rooms were clean and comfortable. Full size fridge was very convenient. The complimentary washer and dryer were extremely helpful.
Kids enjoyed the pool. Available game room entertainment. Appreciated that multiple elevators available.
Location worked well for our plans to surrounding amusement parks, Sea World and Universal Studios. Enjoyed the close proximity of Old Town and World Food Trucks for a fun evening within walking distance.

The hotel is well located, around 15 to 20 minutes by car from all the major theme parks. Parking is available, but it comes at an extra cost. As is now common with most hotels in the area, there’s also a resort fee to take into account. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette and a living area with a sofa bed, which is convenient for families or longer stays.
The only real downside I experienced was breakfast. The hotel provides suggested time slots, which are supposed to help avoid peak hours, but in reality, it makes little difference. The breakfast area was absolutely packed, and finding a place to sit was nearly impossible. It was so crowded that I ended up leaving and going to a nearby restaurant instead.
It feels like the hotel has added too many rooms without expanding the breakfast area accordingly. For such a large property, the dining space just isn’t sufficient to accommodate the number of guests. That said, aside from this issue, the stay was pleasant overall.

Room was clean and large but needs updating and was very humid/ damp like the AC needed a better condensing line. Location was great close to Disney and parks. Good breakfast. Pool was large. But wouldn’t stay again cause of room maintenance.

My family and I have stayed here before, and our previous experience was wonderful. This week, however, was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. 2 out of the 3 elevators are out of order, and although the staff was able to accommodate us to a room near the working elevator, the lobby was all the way across, so we still had to walk quite a bit. This elevator issue is not recent, and with my heart condition, I wish I was notified ahead of time so I could make necessary adjustments to my vacation. Due to this issue, I was forced to rent a scooter to prevent an injury. Second complaint would be housekeeping, when we transferred rooms, my daughters food was left behind in one of the cupboards, and although it was my own fault for forgetting it, housekeeping knew it was a room transfer and failed to contact us regarding the items left behind. When I contacted them less than 24 hrs later, they notified me the room had not been occupied and that they would search. I was told they were thrown out, but then I was given a different story and only half my items were given to me. That same night, we were locked out of our room, our keys had been deactivated and no one could give me an explanation as to why.
The only positive experiences here was the breakfast (great variety), the rooms, and the customer service that was provided by Odette and Clara. They truly went above and beyond for us and I really do appreciate their empathy, kindness, and help. It was them who made our trip memorable.

The room was spacious a well kept. The weekend was busy so a lot of people coming and going. Housekeeping kept up on the restocking and cleaning. The location is ideal but traffic to and from the hotel towards Orlando and theme parks on non-tolled expressway is a disaster, so use the toll/EZ pass if you have the option. There's lots to do up and down 192. There are food trucks, souvenir shops, games, and parks. Parking lot is kind of tight if you return at later hours.
