We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Orlando Royale Parc Suites, and overall, our experience was mixed.
The best part of the stay was the room layout — the suites are very spacious and well-suited for larger families. We loved that the bedroom could be closed off from the rest of the space, giving some added privacy. The full kitchen was a major bonus, complete with a microwave, full-sized fridge, stove, and dishwasher, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel.
The breakfast each morning was another highlight — plenty of options and everything was tasty. Also, the rooms were surprisingly quiet; once you were in the bedroom, you couldn’t hear any outside noise.
That said, the hotel is definitely showing its age. While it seems like they’ve tried to modernize some elements, it feels like the updates were done by hired hands rather than professionals. Our room was mostly clean, but we did find a random fingernail on the rug, which was pretty gross.
More concerning was that our friends’ room had visible mold, which is unacceptable in any hotel. That wasn’t our personal experience, but it does raise questions about consistency in maintenance and cleanliness.
Overall, we’d rate our own stay as 3 stars — decent for the price and space, but the outdated condition and the mold issue in another room really bring it down. If management can address these problems, it could be a great option for families.

In town for ESPN wbb games. Great location near but not on Disney property. Room was large, staff was helpful, had a relaxing evening enjoying an adult beverages from the poolside bar one night. Not an IHG original build but they have done a great job so far converting. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful but could use more seating. We went outside one day and it was fine. Second shift front desk person was incredibly helpful to fix a problem upon arrival. Her solution was quick and perfect. Would definitely come back.

I picked this hotel because of the spacious rooms with a kitchenette — and the price/value ratio. Totally worth it!
The hotel itself is a bit old and some renovation can be done, but the room was very clean, with more than enough towels and really comfortable mattresses and beds — perfect after long, exhausting days in the Parks.
The location is great: there’s a 24/7 Walgreens right across the street and Publix nearby. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel offers free laundry for guests — a big plus for families or longer stays.
Breakfast was standard for this hotel category — nothing fancy, but you won’t leave hungry. Dishes and cutlery are plastic, which I don’t like.
Overall, a good value for money if you’re looking for a clean, spacious suite close to Disney and other Parks.

Awesome combo! Great place, excellent location if you plan go to Disney, absolutely perfect breakfast with good and diversified food; the staff are very friendly and nice; the rooms are very clean, spacious and functional with a mini kitchen. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Orlando with family or friends, is worthy the money.

Not in reference to check in & out clerks during stay. This is strictly about this facility mainly our room. Total LET DOWN as platinum IHG members from previous Staybridge stays they are top notch in our business trips & stays so finally getting to take a vacation after yrs of work & travel selected this for our Vacation by App it looks wonderful absolutely NOT. Traveling 32 states in 3 yrs this was the worst IHG hotel by far. From the room to area to the parking lot but I'll just fill in on room. Walked in and it was Smell of mildew. The couch was horrible and only 50% of plugs worked. The front ac unit would not stay running just fan. The back ac unit in room was same. The kitchen was a hott mess I cleaned it myself before going to Publix for weeks worth of foods. But had no coffee had no clean coffee maker I had to clean it . And run dishes thru dish washer. Our bathroom tub was horrible it was with mold and marks on tub area like filled in from cracks behind door when closed was despicable and the towels were up rolled (not a problem) but were sour. Thankfully I took my own soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc as bottles was almost empty. One role of toilet paper on role no back up. The floors was absolutely terrible. Old and worn and dirty. Im still in shock as our several trips and night at Staybridge have been phenomenal. This one was horrible had to go get towels toilet paper and rags. And only had a used half role of paper towels. Bar none first day was going to switch hotels but i took the day cleaned up and we went to store and made it work as had already put 1 weeks of luggage and stuff in room off carrier so had reservations at Parks and restaurants so made it work however will never ever stay again. And love IHG brand specific Staybridge. But not this one. I could go on but point of this is it's at best a 1 or 2 star not what claims. It is all together old and needs updating. I know IHG been in 32 states in 3 years using IHG. Oh and don't fall for the orange lake review or timeshare we got taken for 75.00 and did not make it calling daily explaining why and lost 75.00 but ill say my review has no negativity twards check in and check out clerks they was amazing . And the cleaners helped us tremendously by giving us paper and needed items off carts . Worst vacation ever far as hotel I truly had no idea a Staybridge could run like that..I've had perfection at other Staybridge but most definitely not here.
