We were warmly welcomed, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was fine and offered their assistance whenever we needed anything. If you have no idea where to eat or what to do, no problem—the staff are more than happy to help with recommendations. Overall, I am more than satisfied and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I experienced absolutely no problems, the service was a 10/10, and the location is excellent.

We booked the privilege deluxe double room which we hoped would include some extra amenities but unfortunately the only element that felt privileged was being on a high floor. It was disappointing not to receive any additional benefits with our booking. Nonetheless, the room was a good size, modern, with a nice balcony and good air conditioning.
One big issue we had was the complete lack of storage space. There was only a single rail to hang clothes, with a ledge for everything else. The room had no drawers at all for storing belongings like underwear, meaning we had to keep clothes in our suitcases in order to avoid cluttering the room.
I can see that this hotel would be good for someone visiting for a short business trip but for a vacation it felt really limited.
The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. We avoided it several times during our stay and regret adding it to our booking since there are so many places to eat nearby. The food was not fresh, the fried eggs were often like rubber, and the choices did not change once during the week meaning it gets very repetitive very quickly.
Despite these issues, we couldn’t fault the staff at all. They were attentive and helpful throughout our stay and responded to our issues quickly and efficiently.
Finally, the rooftop pool was pleasantly surprising, and we really enjoyed our time up there. From the pictures the area looks very small with limited sun loungers, but there is another area for sun lounging and sitting that is covered by umbrellas, along with a rooftop bar.

As a Platinum member, I understand that upgrades are not always available, and that was not an issue. However, my recent stay was disappointing for several reasons.
Firstly, both desks in the room were broken, and the shower had very low water pressure due to a visible leak. The towels are dirty.
After two nights, the air conditioning stopped working altogether. The front desk staff attempted to reset it for about 30 minutes without success, and eventually recommended moving to another room. Unfortunately, I had to pack and unpack all my luggage only to return to the original room later once the technician resolved the issue. This was extremely inconvenient and disruptive, it seems there was little (even no) consideration for how frustrating this process can be for a guest.
The second room, which I was moved to temporarily, was even worse. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, like fresh paint or construction materials, making it very uncomfortable to stay in.
This stay fell far short of expectations, particularly given my loyalty status. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the room maintenance and the overall guest experience.

Sound insulation is crappy to say the least. The bay window does not shut correctly
(I don't believe this was specific to our room) and let all the noise from the streets to be heard in the room. And in San Julian, there is plenty of noise from the street. Constructions works can be heard anytime between 07:30am and 08:00pm and at night, the neighbourhood is full bars and restaurant so the noise never stops and you can never rest. The hotel is recent (opened in 2020), is rated 4 stars and rooms cost approximately 200€ per night (in May) so this is crazy that you cannot rest and quality of material (bay window in particular) is unacceptable. This might be a more global problem in any construction in Malta I am no expert.
You also hear noise inside from the fire doors (I can get it) and also anyone moving furnitures in their own room can be heard in any room nearby, day or night. If your neighbours are not paying attention or simply don't care, you can get awake at night anytime.
Staff is aware, we were not the first and won't be he last to complain.
Cleaning of room was also far from faultless. Still considering the price of the rooms, this is not acceptable.
Hopefully, there are some good points, like extreme kindness of staff. Breakfast is good, chef was nice. Location of the hotel if you want to reach bars and restaurant by foot is great. Also plenty of bus lines at walking distance from the hotel (1-2' max).

We stayed at this hotel on business and accommodated our partners for a few days. The hotel is conveniently located, close to stores, restaurants, promenade. The hotel does not look very big, but sometimes we had to wait a long time for the elevator. Rooms were pretty clean, water in each room, coffee machine. The breakfast is not varied. In general comfortable stay in the hotel, but everything was spoiled by the fact that instead of eight ordered rooms we were provided only 6. and our partners had to share a room for two, which is generally unacceptable. Even after 24 hours we were not provided with the ordered rooms. For this I lowered the rating. Choosing this hotel - be vigilant, it may not fulfill its obligations.
