Absolutely Fantastic! Value for money! We stayed in the Privilege Suit, Room 1001, which was there highest room upgrade on the top floor, there had been very limited availability for this room as there had been only 2 available in the whole hotel, hence why i booked well in advance! We were welcomed by the manager and check in staff, in less than 5 minutes. We went to our room and were welcomed by somr luxury treats, and handwritten card, views which matched the photos I had seen on their website! They did not disappoint. Best feature of the room had to be the large bath with the city light and sea view. This room had been equivalent to a spacious apartment, as had a little living room at the start, then a bedroom, then a bathroom and the large balcony which stretched to almost the whole room length! The reception had also given us a quick call to the room, to make sure all had been good once we got in. Very attentive and attention to detail. Price was very reasonable, as we are from the UK so the same price of the room would have been a very basic room here in the UK. Thank you to the team for giving us a great warm welcome. ❤️🫶 We will be staying again.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure St. Julian’s Malta while celebrating my birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations.
The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, and luxurious, with a very relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, and the rooftop pool and terrace offer stunning views over St. Julian’s.
What truly made my stay special was the thoughtful personal touch from the hotel. I was surprised with a handwritten birthday card and a complimentary bottle of wine in my room. Paula, a member of staff, personally delivered the surprise on behalf of the hotel management, which made the gesture even more meaningful and memorable.
The staff were professional, warm, and attentive throughout my stay, always willing to help and ensure everything was perfect. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, nightlife, and the waterfront, yet still peaceful and relaxing.
Thank you to Paula and the entire Mercure St. Julian’s team for making my birthday getaway truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning.

I stayed at this hotel and overall it was a very clean and pleasant place. The location was excellent, very convenient for tourists, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The reception was available 24 hours a day, and the staff always showed a professional and friendly attitude. Any issue I had was handled quickly.
However, there were a few points that could be improved. I personally had significant problems with the internet connection. My room was on the 8th floor, and the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and unstable.
Additionally, the power sockets in the room were UK-style plugs, which was inconvenient for me, as I needed an adapter at all times.
The breakfast was normal. It was acceptable, but not as exceptional as I had expected.
I paid 84 euros for one night. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and suitable for tourists, and despite these small issues, my stay was generally pleasant

We stayed at Mercure Hotel St. Julian’s for a few days and was very impressed. The hotel has a fresh, modern feel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were always welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax after exploring the area. The location is ideal — quiet but within walking distance of the main attractions and nightlife. Would definitely stay again.

I chose this hotel for my birthday trip, and they made it truly special with a thoughtful surprise—a handwritten card and a bottle of wine. It was a lovely touch that made me feel very welcomed and valued.
We arrived early before the official check-in time and the lady at the desk told us to scan a QR code to self check-in and fill the form , it was fast. Next our room was ready within a half hour while we were at lunch, which was greatly appreciated.
The room was large and featured a delightful little balcony. It was the perfect spot to sit in the evening and admire the breathtaking view of St. Julian's Bay.
The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The television was quite small, and the remote control was faulty and didn't work very well.
The rooftop pool was small we didn’t go in the end , the lunch at the poolside area is not ideal. With only a few tables and a big umbrella to cover you , it gets extremely hot during the day. But the view was absolutely fantastic . It's much better suited for evening refreshments.
Despite the minor issues with the TV and the hot lunch experience , this was a very good stay. The fantastic views, comfortable room, and incredibly thoughtful service made for a memorable birthday trip, I would happily return.
