A very clean hotel, our room was great, plenty of space and a huge balcony although a bit overlooked from the bar above... The adults only swimming pool on the top floor was good with a shallow pool below with waterfall backdrop. We were right on a beach, as advertised, but it was rocky and no where to sit. The water there was so clear but just difficult to get to. I think maybe more information could have been given out on our arrival as to the layout of the hotel, when we were checking out we heard a member of staff explained to new arrivals where things were and different restaurants and coffee bars to use but we missed out on this, so depends on which member of staff you deal with. Great choice of food, Overall a very nice hotel.

We arrived this morning for a 10-day stay. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, the room is clean, and thankfully the air conditioning works well.
Unfortunately, our first impressions have been overshadowed by some significant issues. The floors throughout the hotel are extremely slippery and feel genuinely unsafe. My wife fell heavily in the corridor leading to the restaurant, and I'm hoping she hasn't sustained any injury.
The all-inclusive package is also very disappointing. There are two attractive cafés on site, but both require an additional charge. I simply expect a decent decaffeinated filter coffee, as is standard in many Spanish hotels, but was told that only Nescafé instant decaffeinated coffee is available. The cafés should be included within the all-inclusive offering. The selection of soft drinks is also extremely limited.
Lunch was enjoyable, but once again the slippery floors were noticeable, and the dining area felt overcrowded.
The pool area is similarly overcrowded, with guests packed very closely together, which detracts from what should be a relaxing holiday experience.
Based on our experience so far, this hotel feels much closer to a 3-star property than a 4-star one.
On a positive note, the gentleman who assists with luggage is exceptional and goes above and beyond to help guests. He is a real credit to the hotel.
I will be raising my concerns with Jet2.

Staff very friendly and helpful, day shift & night crew. Manager on duty Saturday June 13th 2026 - exceptional customer service, always bright & cheery, very helpful.
House keeping was not so good, floor wasn't cleaned for 7 days, tea making not replenished twice. Balcony was not swept.
Entertainment crew were great.
All bar staff great. Hotel is clean.
Restaurant for all inclusive - no cutlery by ice cream machine, no spoons twice for fruit salad, no lurpak out to take twice.
House keeping needs to improve to match the quality of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at QAWRA Palace Resort & SPA in Malta. The hotel offers amazing food with a huge variety of international cuisines, including delicious sushi and themed dinners from different countries. The buffet had plenty of choices every day and the quality of the food was excellent.
The housekeeping service was very good and the rooms were kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
One of the best parts of the hotel is the number of swimming pools available, including outdoor pools, rooftop pools, and an indoor spa pool. The spa area was relaxing and perfect after a long day.
The hotel also had live music and evening entertainment, which created a fun and lively atmosphere every night. The location by the sea is beautiful and convenient for walking, shopping, and sightseeing.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families and couples looking for good food, entertainment, spa facilities, and a relaxing holiday in Malta.
Had a wonderful experience with the vegan options available. The Nepalese chefs truly went above and beyond to prepare delicious meals for my fasting day. They specially made a pure fasting curry and dal with so much care and effort, which I really appreciated.
The table service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Bimala for her warm smile and kind hospitality — she made us feel so comfortable throughout our visit.
Highly recommend this place for great food, amazing service, and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely one of the best places to visit!

We had a nice time. Great value hotel. However at the time of year we went there were very limited options for bars. The pool bar area, was nice and open but the door to the terrace was difficult to open and everyone struggled with it. Some actually gave up and assumed it was broken. The bar had a drain issue also and smelled funny. The staff while friendly were not the quickest and long queues developed quickly even in March. The food in the main restaurant was pretty good. If you like frys, that wasn't great but I dont so I didn't mind. Everything else was nice. We had a great room on the top floor overlooking the sea. It was fab. Neither of the TVs worked though. But again, I didn't mind really. But probably one of the best in the hotel so I'm not sure how representative it was. The hotel is clearly undergoing renovations as some areas and modern some a little run down. Overall, we got a very good deal and used it as a base to explore the island. So we were happy. I wouldnt like to stay in high season though. The lobby is small, the indoor pool tiny. The outdoor pool is small and the hotel is vast.
