We had a very pleasant stay at Riviera Spa Resort Hotel. The location is excellent, offering stunning views of both the sea and the surrounding countryside. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is very relaxing, and the staff maintain a highly professional and welcoming attitude. Another big highlight was the restaurant, the food was truly diverse, excellent and exceeded our expectations.
One area that could be improved is the logistics and communication between the reception and Charisma Spa. We only found out at the spa that towels require a special card from reception, which meant going back unnecessarily. In a spa-focused hotel, this process should be more customer-friendly. Additionally, spa reservations are essential, but this is not communicated consistently. It would help if all channels, the website, front desk, and spa, clearly state that booking in advance is required not just recommended.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with great potential to deliver an even smoother guest experience with better coordination and clearer communication.

The customer service was AMAZING, all staff were very attentive! Eunice at the front reception took care of us and we were greeted by Mikel (Guest Services Manager, I think) upon arrival who was very warm and welcoming, happy to answer any questions and gave us lots of information about the area. The food was lovely, especially at the Byblos Lebanese Restaurant inside the hotel (the Lamb Chops were 😍😍😍) - we were served by Engin, Mahi and Nicola. Also, at the café I got the Vanilla Cafe Latte about three times because it was sooooo good. No complaints at all, great location, easy to get around. I will definitely come back again so I can enjoy some more of the spa facilities and activites (I think they have yoga and pilates during the week). Thank you so much for having us!!

My wife and I spent a wonderful week here in January. We received a free upgrade to a spacious, well equipped room with a beautiful sea view. The hotel was clean, stylish and welcoming. The customer service from every single member of staff was excellent- they were unfailingly polite, cheerful and helpful. The buffet style restaurant had a huge range of foods to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. The bar area had excellent entertainment every evening. Bar prices were very reasonable.
One special mention must go to Mateshwari in the restaurant/ bar area as she was always so helpful, friendly and smiling.
The spa/ pool area was excellent and a lovely restful oasis of calm with an excellent range of beauty/ massage treatments available.
Martin Sapiano, the Guest Relations Manager was exceptionally helpful when we experienced some problems with our airport transfer.

This was my 2nd time visiting the hotel. Everything was great, staff is super kind and friendly and they welcome you with drinks and give you traditional Maltese biscuits at check out. They made sure that we are enjoying our stay.
The breakfast is fresh and there is a large variety of things to chose from like English breakfast, pastries, bread, fruit, deli items and a selection of drinks.
The rooms are tidy, even the pool and spa are very well kept. The gym is nicely equipped although on both occasions we found the treadmill out of order.
Would defiently stay here again, and I reccomend this resort especially for residents looking for a nice staycation.

Best bits.
The staff overall are incredible and always welcoming and supportive, particularly the front dest and housekeeping.
Location is good, but personally I feel you need a car, there is ample parking available.
Food and dining is great, plenty to chose from, including breakfast, lunch/snacks and evening meals, all reasonably priced including the bar drinks.
Things to improve.
The two gyms are way below expectations with a lot of equipment out of order, and the in the blue floor gym, the kids from the late 80s it's that poor. Certainly not meeting g my expectations at all.
The hotel, is very clean, but I certainly feels like it needs updating and a reference, just to hit the adults only spa hotel market.
The spa is ok, but again no wow factor and feels dated.
Overall we enjoyed our experience, and always felt comfortable, thos really was down to the staff, the managers welcoming guest were particularly impressive with lots of local knowledge and ideas for things to do
