This is a really great adults only place to stay. The Kentia Club restaurant has a great bar and menu, the breakfast is expansive and includes a menu meal if desired. The hotel is friendly and I have had an issue finding staff to answer a question. The pool area is busy and has a bar/food service till 6. the pool is more cooling off than swimming the walk to the "ton" is about 10 minutes max where you can find the bards, restaurants and shops but you don't hear the noise from the bars at the hotel. the walk back up the hill from the harbor is interesting but walking into town with the variety of restaurants is worth it. The room was clean and spacious and we had a wonderful view of the sea. Definately recommend

Over all the hotel was great , there were a few areas I would have liked better for a 5 star.
The rooms great size, but pillow and bed are uncomfortable and yhe cleaners do not deep clean daily
The pool area is fantastic cannot fault that
Reception, would be nice to see a luxuary lobby seating area
There is not enough food choice in the hotel pool bar to cater for everyone
Also the restaurants are a let down

we stayed at the hotel for two weeks and had a fantastic time. I would like to thank Carlos for his exceptional service. He was attentive, professional and
even taught us some Spanish! Carlos made our experience at the hotel extra special - thank you. I would also like to thank Hakim, another waiter at the hotel, who was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and sea view was a nice touch.

The location is perfectly balanced—nestled in a peaceful spot that offers stunning views of the Atlantic while remaining within an easy stroll of the harbor’s energy. The staff provides a level of service that feels both elite and genuinely warm; every interaction is handled with a professionalism that makes the entire stay feel effortless.
Culinary Excellence
The dining experience is where this hotel truly separates itself from the rest. The revolving menu ensures that every evening feels like a new discovery rather than a repeat.
Italian Night: Absolutely phenomenal. The authenticity of the flavors and the execution of the dishes brought a true taste of Italy to the islands.
Asian Night: A sumptuous spread. The variety and quality of the fresh sushi were outstanding—vibrant, expertly prepared, and incredibly satisfying.

The hotel is in a good location, and the rooms were fairly decent. However, we had to call reception several times to get issues with our room sorted out, and it seemed that other guests were experiencing the same problems.
The service was generally good, apart from a couple of members of staff who made the experience quite unpleasant. The tall waitress who wore shorts looked rather untidy and appeared to have poor personal hygiene. At the pool bar, whenever we asked about the food, instead of being helpful she just left us even more confused, so we decided not to eat there again.
Then there was Daniela, who kept approaching us every day and seemed to think that offering us complimentary invitations would solve every issue. Their attitude made our stay quite unpleasant.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and I certainly wouldn’t stay here again.
