Wonderful hotel. Incredible staff, especially Esther the star prestige animation team member: she made our holiday so fun, with stretching/yoga/pilates in the morning, aqua aerobics before lunch and various demonstrations (mojitos, aloe vera, sangria) in the afternoon. She is the standout star of the staff, but everyone we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and efficient (Carla, Jan, Irene just to mention a few). No need to join in the activities, we normally don't, but the choice of activities was different than most hotels (soap making, jewellery making etc. as well as the ones mentioned earlier) and were all really well organised. The food was out of this world for all inclusive and hands down the best we've had. So much choice and plenty freshly cooked to order with everything from lobster to steak. Also good gluten free choices including desserts. Our room was scandi styled, really comfortable and had everything we needed; biggest shower cubicle I've seen. Great quality toiletries too. Location was fab, straight onto the promenade for a walk by the sea. Everything was fantastic from our arrival onwards. We will definitely go back and we never usually go back to somewhere twice.

Our third time visiting this hotel and still cannot be faulted. The service is like nothing we have experienced at other hotels - the bar staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We first visited in 2019 and we recognise lots of faces of staff who still work here offering 5 star treatment - a good sign of a dedicated workforce.
We stayed star prestige this time and yet again were treated brilliantly Raoul, Luis, Yan and co on the star prestige bar area learned our drinks order on the first day and kept them flowing with friendly and relaxing service including honey rum shots even when we didn’t know we wanted them! It made for such a lovely positive experience.
Esther who provided the activities for fitness and bar workshops including a game of bingo was a delight to meet and was lovely to listen to - she worked so hard to ensure everyone enjoyed the activities at whatever pace they wanted. She has a great sense of humour.
Rooms are spacious and clean with lovely views. Yes there are mosquitoes but where near water doesn’t have them?
The food was amazing and again service in the restaurant cannot be faulted. Diego’s cooking skills were fabulous and the range and quality of food was like nothing we have experienced in other Iberostar hotels.

Can't fault anything. Food is excellent with a massive choice including different specials every night. Mini bar is in the all inclusive so taking a drink to your room at the end of the evening is actively encouraged unlike other hotels where it seems like you have to smuggle them out because they want you to spend money on the mini bar.
All in all this a genuine all inclusive hotel with enthusiastic staff who actually care that your enjoying your stay. This is definitely 5 stars, not the fake 4 star with pretentions.
Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel and highly recommended. Vast food choice on offer at meal times and staff are very professional & cater for all guests needs without any fuss in a happy & helpful manner. Maids keep rooms in spotless condition everyday. Hotel is spotlessly clean and cannot be faulted in any way!

I recently stayed at the Iberostar Selection Lanzarote Park in Playa Blanca, and it truly exceeded my expectations for a relaxing getaway. This 5-star beachfront hotel stands out for its serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the quiet surroundings—the hotel is tucked away in a calm part of Playa Blanca, far from noisy crowds or busy roads. What made it even more magical was falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of the ocean waves gently rolling in just steps away. The proximity to the Atlantic creates this constant, tranquil backdrop that instantly melts stress away—perfect for anyone seeking true relaxation. The food was excellent across the board.
The all-inclusive dining options offered a fantastic variety of fresh, high-quality dishes, from flavorful international buffets to themed evenings with plenty of local Canarian influences. Everything tasted well-prepared, with generous portions and thoughtful attention to detail—definitely a step above many other resorts I've visited.
I particularly loved the heated pool, which was a lifesaver during cooler evenings or breezy days (Lanzarote can have that Atlantic wind!). The water was comfortably warm, making it inviting for long swims or just lounging poolside without shivering. The adults-only area added an extra layer of tranquility to the experience.Overall, the Iberostar Selection Lanzarote Park delivered on comfort, scenery, and quality. If you're looking for a peaceful, ocean-embraced escape with great food and inviting pools, this is the place. Highly recommended—I'd happily return!
