This is my second time visiting and everything here is faultless. Every staff member is friendly , helpful & welcoming including Ekaril & Fanelie in the dining room. Lina, Katherine & Martin were also great at the blue17 restaurant The rooms offer amazing amenities & beautiful views where you can walk out of the hotel directly onto the beach. The new pool is set up beautifully & is run smoothly. reception staff are always helpful & smiley. I could not recommend enough every time we come we make memories to last a lifetime. Thank you to all the staff here at this hotel & spa (which is also another stunning & relaxing facility) I hope I get to come here again and again for years to come

Checked in with my family (2 rooms) for one night due to our flight being cancelled. Was arrange all by our airline. Fabulous hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are excellent. Comfy beds and fully controlled air conditioned. WiFi in the room. Electric curtains that open on arrival to the room and close when you leave keeping the room cool. Would recommend to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable Barraquito with a breathtaking view!
One of the most beautiful coffee experiences I've had in Lanzarote. The Barraquito was perfectly prepared – smooth, rich, and deliciously balanced with just the right sweetness. Served with a small biscuit, it was the perfect treat.
But the real highlight is the view. Sitting high above the bay, looking out over the crystal-clear turquoise water, golden beach, and volcanic landscape, was simply spectacular. The scenery alone is worth a visit.
A perfect place to relax, enjoy a traditional Canarian coffee, and take in one of the best views on the island. Highly recommended! 🌴☕🌊💙

Great experience in this hotel. I definitely recommend it.
We were traveling with my wife and our two kids. We had the ocean suite. Which has a gorgeous view.
Hotel team are lovely and provides you great service. A special thanks to Patricia who has been there for us anytime.
Hotel buffet (morning and dinner) is perfect.
