We have had a great family holiday!
We were with 2 adults and 2 teenagers 12 and 14) and we had 2 rooms close to each other.
The staff is very friendly and very welcoming and was always available. The hotel is beautiful and is devided into 2 areas. A family area with pools with slides and a bar and a relaxing area with 2 pools as well. We went swimming every day and it was never crowded. The overal atmosphere was friendly and relaxing and the gardens around the pools are beautiful. Very nice to sit and enjoy the view from your terras in the evening. The rooms were nice and there was airco, a fan, a smalle fridge and a big smart tv where we watched a movie on netflix sometimes. We really loved the halfboard system with credits which creates a lot of flexibility during the whole day. Because of this we even had money leftover and intend to donate it to the charity they offer. The breakfasts was great and the buffet and a la carte restaurant we also liked. We enjoyed the food but it would have been nice if the offer of fresh fish and meat would change a bit more.
Overal it was good food for the whole family and the kids loved it.
The location was perfect and quiet, close to the beach and there was plenty of free parking.
We definetly would go back if we would visit Lanzarote again.

Our stay at Mynd Hotel in Yaiza was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a calm and stylish atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout.
What really made the experience special was the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful at all times. The service felt personal and attentive without ever being intrusive.
The location is perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and quiet. We also loved the food and breakfast options, which were fresh, varied, and delicious every day.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences we’ve had. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Lanzarote!

It's an excellent hotel for both couples and families with kid alike. There's the kids area with swimming pools, playground, kids club from 11:00h until 12:45, mini disco every night at 8 pm where the children have some fun. The relax area that is intended for adults with swimming pools in a more quiet area and no loud music. The hotel also has a spa with heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and amenities. It offers various types of massage and treatments.
The food is very good, breakfast has a good variety and a dedicated area for coeliacs with gluten free bread, choices of cereal and a dedicated toaster. The breakfast and dinner time range are long enough so it doesn't get overcrowded. There's also an a la cart restaurant that you need to book in advance. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and you can see the maintenance crew are on top of any minor details and issues when they arise.
The location is very convenient short walk from the beach, there are two supermarkets nearby at 3 and 5 minutes walk. Also if you'd prefer to try there are plenty of other restaurants nearby.

We loved our stay at Mynd Yaiza.
The hotel was very clean, great service in the bar and restaurant and very safe for our children. I enjoyed the 11am yoga / stretch classes - I think perhaps more people would have attended if these were better advertised as I had only found this by accident one day.
The credit system worked very well, we really liked the flexibility this gave us.
All the entertainment crew were very friendly and helpful ( Diego, and others - I don’t know all of their names).
We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the MYND Yaiza hotel. Everything was the perfect balance for our family. The day time entertainment was great, they had a few brilliant ladies doing aqua gym/dance and also a young lad called Cesar who was fantastic with all of the children. We would definitely come back, thank you MYND!
