Dear Team,
I wanted to take a moment to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of you, especially the chef from Italian restaurant Konstantinos Gavrilidis for the outstanding experience you deliver.
From the quality of the dishes to the attention to detail in presentation and service, it’s clear that a great deal of passion, skill, and teamwork goes into everything you do. The flavors were exceptional, and the overall atmosphere made the experience truly memorable.
Please share our appreciation with the entire kitchen and front-of-house staff.
We want to send our appreciation to Giorgos for a perfect organisation and supervision. Well done mate, you doing a great job here.
The whole team did an excellent job tonight but we want to mention another person that we remarked, and he is Marios. Very positive, professional and always smiling. He gave us a very good vibe.
It’s not easy to maintain such a high standard, and your dedication does not go unnoticed.
Wishing you continued success, and I look forward to visiting again soon.
Well done to you all !
Best regards,
Dan Caba and family ( from the big group of Brazilians )

Had a great stay here apart from a couple of negatives, which may sound like i’m being overly fussy but….
On check in we were offered a seat in the lobby and a glass of fizz, one of the staff did our check in on an ipad so all very relaxed, he went to get our room key and was gone about 20 minutes, we were tired after the flight so after a while my wife went to find him. He came back apologised and said he was helping other guests ! Surely you should deal with the ones you are with first?
The restaurant had closed so we ordered room service, the kitchen said they were busy so it would be a while but when it did turn up the fries were stone cold.
We were told to book any à la carte restaurants first thing in the morning, when we went to do this we were told there was no availability. As first timers we were not aware that it is ESSENTIAL to bookcthes via the Ikos app in advance.
We ordered lunch at the pool bar , again the food was served cold ( this became the norm). Following day we had lunch in one of the restaurants we ordered dessert ( fruit salad and chocolate cake ) after 20 minutes we asked the waitress were it was , she went to check then 5 minutes later the restaurant manager came over , apologised and said the kitchen was very busy . I asked how it could take so long to serve 2 cold desserts? At theis point he became quite dismissive so we left ( without any)
My wife went to the ladies so i complained at reception and also about the evening reservations. At this point she said ‘we have a table booked for you this evening at 8pm . I asked when was someone going to advise me? We eventually had 2 a la carte evening bookings but it took a lot of asking ! Not something that adds to the experience in my eyes. We had the same issue booking the sunset cruise ( we didn’t get to go! )
Generally the staff were very polite but I did feel at times we were treated as something of an inconvenience. IMPORTANT Please do ensure you make your bookings on the app well in advance.

I had such high expectations for this resort. We visited for 5 nights early May, we'd booked all our holidays for the year (5 in total) but really fancied trying the IKOS brand and a birthday treat popped over fir May Bank Holiday. The food and the service overall was strong, however exceptionally sporadic depending on where you happened to be within the resort, that said visiting early in the season sometimes you do expect training/staffing issues. Unfortunately for us we had further experiences that let the place down and ruined our experience. One evening we visited the buffet restaurant, to cut a long story short the server had me in tears. We'd been served wine and water earlier and he went about topping up the other guest in the adult area, just accidentally overlooked us. I'd tried unsuccessfully to get his attention, until I wish hadn't. He raised his voice at me and said he would serve me shortly. If I was being over the top, then maybe it would be warranted. We'd sat and waited with empty drinks for quite some time and I'd tried eye contact to get his attention, as opposed to badgering him. When he bought our drinks over. He very passively aggressively said, I seem to have upset you. At this point, I'd not shown any emotion or upset, but because the manner it was delivered and so unexpected, it just took me by surprise. We left very quickly, as by this point I felt humiliated. (It just happened to be my birthday). Additionally, and not really a hotel issue, after we checked out we found the wing mirror had been damaged on our car hire. The remnants of the damage cleaned up (no glass or debris) and the missing cover to the wing cleared away. We happened to be with a member of staff when we found the vehicle. The chap was wonderfully helpful and promised he would look into security footage and get back to us. (£1k out of pocket, but concede that the onus is on us). Whilst we don't place fault with the hotel, it would have been nice to get the follow up and security footage as promised
Would we visit IKOS again, not sure. Overall a nice resort, some exceptional staff and great food, just let down by one awful experience and promises not fulfilled.

Another brilliant stay at this heavenly resort . The staff are so attentive to every need. The food delicious and the rooms so comfortable you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep. The grounds and setting are stunning the pools and beach just gorgeous and the range of inclusive activities water sports tennis and classes including live shows and musical entertainment are superb . The food and drink selection is amazing for an all inclusive including an extensive collection of wines and à la carte dining basic on Michelin star menus. There is a courtesy bus to Corfu town and the sister resort at ikos Odisia. Also included an e mini driving experience for a day of your stay .A full range of spa treatments gym and indoor pools too ( if the weather is temperamental!)
Our 11 th stay at ikos Dassia. We were welcomed back as friends and simply love coming here . A true gem of a hotel made extra special by the amazing staff . Thank you we will be back

The Ikos Resort is a true all-inclusive hotel. Everything is included: all food and drinks along with room service, airport transfers, a one-day car rental, a sunset cruise, paddle boat and canoe rentals, tennis and table tennis, bike rentals, and a lot of entertainment, including sports classes, live music, and shows in the theater. We could easily spend one week here without leaving the resort. The view of the sea and the mountains in the background is amazing.
