This is an excellent hotel with a unique all inclusive offer. The grounds and decor were of a high standard. It probably is a 4 star rather than 5 star resort due to great but not 5 star service. The food offering was ordered from an ap which was great for ensuring intolerance were noted. The food would benefit from more traditional Greek dishes. The 4 included wines were all excellent. Cocktails were of a good standard but limited in options. The Smoke house al a carte is exceptional with fabulous food, setting and truly wonderful service. If the whole hotel maintained this service it would hit a 5 star resort. Pool towel service was dissapointing as towels were thinning and a strict 1 towel per person. Lovely pool areas, gym and spa. Guest services were extremely helpful and housekeeping was exceptional. We had beautifully arranged towels, roses and a birthday cake in the fridge which wete lovely touches.

The hotel is generally okay, but my experience was mixed.
On the plus side – the food was absolutely delicious, with all-inclusive à la carte service, which is rare and definitely a highlight.
The pool, however, is quite small considering the number of rooms, so it’s not easy to find a peaceful spot to relax.
The rooms are cozy and nicely designed, but I don’t recommend the one with a private pool – it really doesn’t have the right vibe.
Unfortunately, the service was a big disappointment. Most of the staff were unfriendly. The only lovely person was the cleaning lady – very warm and kind, she truly deserves a raise!
Even though I paid a lot for this hotel, I was repeatedly treated rudely. The worst experience was with a man named Seiks (or Saks?) at the reception – absolutely terrible.
And to top it off, there was a loud lawn mower running every other day. I received “compensation” in the form of a 20-minute head massage…
You can judge for yourself.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel, rooms, and grounds are beautiful — everything is spotless and well maintained, and I loved how some trees have been preserved and built around, especially near the main pool bar.
Our room was spacious with plenty of storage and a large balcony. The only downside was the very firm bed and pillows, which made sleeping difficult even after we requested softer ones (which were promptly provided but still quite hard).
Unfortunately, sleep was also affected by noisy neighbours. The soundproofing seemed fine at normal noise levels, but every night we were woken by guests returning at 2am, shouting and scraping furniture. When those guests left, the next ones were even louder, banging their balcony door and shouting. Combined with the uncomfortable bed, we didn’t sleep well all week.
There was also one instance of a guest playing loud music and smoking weed by the pool.
The food was very good, with a wide and varied menu that never felt repetitive. The pool bar’s “bar bites” were excellent. The only improvement would be a better selection of fresh fruit in the Cantina.
Due to bad weather, we used the gym a few times — I really liked that it’s a glass building surrounded by greenery rather than a windowless basement as in most hotel gyms.
Staff service varied. The Cantina and pool bar teams were friendly, our room cleaner on the third floor was really lovely, and the waitresses at the Smoke Grill were great. However, the staff member at the Chill Out Pool bar seemed quite unfriendly.
The hotel had a mixed crowd — mostly young couples, with some older couples and small groups. While mainly British, there were guests of other nationalities too, and plenty of LGBTQ couples, which made us feel welcome and safe overall.
One incident at the Chill Out Pool was disappointing: certain sunbeds that get more sun were moved daily by guests without issue, but when two women (a couple) moved them one morning, they were told off by the woman from the bar. Later that day, a man and woman did the same and nothing was said. Perhaps there was another reason, but it didn’t look good when the only difference was one couple was two women, and the other a man and a woman.
There were a number of clean and friendly cats in the hotel grounds which we loved. It’s nice that the hotel treat them kindly.
The hotel is genuinely beautiful, and with a few improvements — particularly around sleep comfort, noise, and staff consistency — the experience could really improve.

We stayed at Cooks Club Corfu and honestly, it was such a vibe from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful – modern, aesthetic and full of those chill, holiday feels. The food was amazing – really good quality and beautifully presented every time. Ordering food and drinks through the app was such a smart touch too, made everything super easy and relaxed.
If I had to pick one thing to improve, I’d say it would’ve been nice to have a few more cocktail options on the menu, but the ones they did have were still really good. The staff were lovely, friendly and always happy to help.
The location and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected, but honestly it didn’t take away from our experience at all – once you’re in the hotel, it feels like its own little world. Overall, such a gorgeous, chilled place to stay – would definitely recommend!
The wasps around the pools and pool bars can be a bit pesky sometimes but they aren’t that much of a bother to impact the experience.

Do not come here! Don’t be fooled by the photos, marketing on social media or positive reviews - this hotel is nothing like what it advertises.
The staff were by far the worst part of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were cold, dismissive, and rude. The woman at reception actually spoke about me to her colleague in a rude way and gave me a dirty look - all because I politely asked if the outdoor bar was open for food. In fact, I watched as she did this to other guests who had questions too. The woman working at the chilled pool bar was just as bad, making inappropriate gestures and showing a complete lack of professionalism.
And it’s not just me - I spoke to three other couples during our stay who shared the same opinion about the same bar staff member. So this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s clearly a recurring problem with how guests are treated.
When I asked to speak to the hotel manager about these issues, the guest relations staff immediately said they were “too busy”, without even checking his availability. That says a lot about how seriously they take guest feedback - they simply don’t care.
Housekeeping was also poor. Our bed was never properly made once during our five-night stay, and we had to ask for clean bathrobes. All the towels had an unpleasant smell, and one even had stains on it. When I raised this with the cleaners, they laughed at me instead of apologising - absolutely unacceptable.
The facilities and food were equally disappointing:
- Lunch and dinner must be ordered through an app, with a limited menu, not buffet style.
- The à la carte restaurants are awful, with very limited menus and low-quality dishes.
- The TV isn’t a smart TV.
- The “spa” is misleading - no sauna or steam room unless you pay €20 per half hour for private use.
- The electric and WiFi kept tripping.
- The balcony view was just rocks and rubble.
- The sun loungers are uncomfortable, and you only get one towel, meaning if you use it as a cushion, you’re left exposed to mosquito bites.
- There’s hardly any seating in the foyer during the day when it rains or evening entertainment, so we often gave up and went to bed early.
- I even found plastic in my calamari at lunch.
- It is not close to the beach as claimed - there’s a busy dual carriageway between the hotel and the shore, and it’s over a 20-minute walk.
Definitely not what’s shown in the marketing photos.
Overall, the rude and unprofessional staff, poor facilities, and misleading presentation make this hotel completely unworthy of its reputation online.
Save yourself the disappointment - avoid Cooks Club at all costs.
