Stayed here for 2 nights. Disappointed to say the least. There are far better in same location for the same price. Pool was dirty. Gym equipment broken, probably one of the worst hotels gyms ive been too.
Cleaners start early so noisy with furniture being pulled around.
Aircon/heat unit did not work
Bar is overpriced.
50 euros extra for hour later check out. I approached reception staff with all of this and they were not interested...very unhelpful.
Positives...the door guy very helpful.
Breakfast selection was amazing 👏

The hotel was very old and not well maintained. The room had an od smell. You could hear planes landing at all hours, which is to be expected around Kanoni but it's still important to mention it. The staff was nice.
The breakfast was very good and quite big. The beach of the hotel was also very nice.
But all in all definitely not a 5 star hotel due to the old and unmaintained condition.
It should be renovated soon.

Really great hotel, service has been excellent all around. We were half board and the buffet breakfast and evening service had something for everyone and plenty of it!!
Particularly want to say big thank you to Antonia and Maria for very friendly service.
Pool is great as is the private beach with bars serving drinks and food at both.
4 star for location as its right be the runway, didn't bother us but may affect some people.

Spend a week there. The staff are great, the room offered a great view and a very powerful AC. The room was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay. The food was so tasty and there was something different served every day. I only wish there was more traditional Greek food on offer. The little beach downstairs is very convenient. The bus stop outside is so convenient if you want to check the town which you definitely should. We were on the 6th floor and it was very quiet. I would recommend it and will be happy to stay in this hotel again 👌

Appalling service at check-in. I had to drag every bit of information out of the receptionist as if by force. She seemed so exhausted by having to do her job that it felt like she could barely restrain herself from being openly rude. The first impression was ruined right from the start. Overall, the service is poorly organized. They show such little trust in their guests that they take full credit card details and issue towels only with special cards. The only person there who actually tries to do his job well is the restaurant manager.
The hotel itself is very old and badly in need of major renovation. The corridor smells of mold and sewage. The food is awful, at the level of a cheap three-star hotel. Some people might also be disturbed by airplanes taking off right next to the hotel.
There are, however, some positives. The hotel is located next to a popular attraction — Mouse Island. The territory is compact, and there is an elevator down to the beach. Since the beach strip is very narrow, it is free from outsiders who like to spread out their towels right in front of you. The territory is filled with pine trees, and the view is beautiful.
It’s not worth the money. If you are willing to stay in a three-star property while paying the price of a five-star, then this place might be acceptable.
