Our stay at the Sandy Villas resort has been lovely, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The only issue is that some of the bar staff, they are more than content to just stand and talk whilst you are waiting for a drink.. perhaps some gentle reminders from managers about their responsibilities...
Our Villa is beautiful, the rooms are clean and well presented and a quiet corner of Sandy beach resort. The cleaning staff are quiet and dilligent in their duties, the room was clean perfectly everyday . At night whilst by our pool we saw Hedgehogs, geckos and mosquitoes (bring repellent).
We have spent our days on the beach or in the Adult only bar and pool. It has a great atmosphere.
The restaurants offer a wide verity of dishes with core dishes changing daily. Plenty of tables available, even when extremely busy. The staff that clean the tables do a fantastic job whilst under a lot of pressure.
I would like to say a big thank you to the buggy drivers whom are always there ready to take you to wherever you need to go. My wife has limited mobility and they saved us lots walking, especially as we had a few days 40⁰C plus.
The beach is beautiful, plenty of sunbeds, but they do fill up fast, there is an area just for adults.
We shall definitely come back to Corfu and Sandy beach resort.
There is so much to do, from the kids play area to the Adult pool, there is always something going on.

We returned a week ago from Sandy Beach. Well what can I say.
After a long and stressful flight. We were dropped off by a lovely friendly driver.
The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The resort was huge and very busy at times. The meals were delicious, always hot, topped up frequently. A variety of dishes provided. I was generally impressed with the service provided.
Few things that could be improved are more sun beds especially by the dolphin pool. It was hard for us to find a bed free.
The music was too loud by the slide pool.Apart from that everything was excellent, I normally go to Spain. After Sandy Beach, Greece is my new " Happy Place"!

Me and my 2 teenage children have just recently got back from a 5 night stay here. We didn't know what to expect as we booked it quite last minute and I was a little scared after reading some reviews on another site. We got there and we're escorted to our room on a golf buggy, with our driver pointing out the main buffet restaurant, medical centre etc on the way. We got to our room and were really impressed. It was huge, 3 beds and a large bathroom with large corner shower, 2 basins and a toilet. It was so clean and spacious. The balcony was also a good size (the only downside being that there were only 2 chairs and there were 3 of us & nowhere to dry the swimming costumes etc, but we just used the chairs in the end so no big issue). The housekeeping staff were great, very polite and did a good job. We got clean towels, beds made and floors brushed and mopped every day of our stay.
The place itself is stunning. Right on the beach, which is beautiful and the sunsets were superb.
There was a bit of a sunbed hogging issue but we did manage to get 3 each day with a bit of subed dragging at 9am.
A couple of days we vacated them early, as everyone were asked to put their parasols down due to it being quite windy. We can't bask in the sun all day, but we did find shaded seating areas at the bars and by the pool with the slides, so not a problem for us.
All the staff there were lovely and kept everyone entertained, from kids to adults.
The food was as we'd expected. It wasn't great but wasn't awful either and we always managed to find something for us all to eat, even me, who is vegetarian. There were plenty of options.
A small walk down the path along the beach takes you to some lovely bars, restaurants and souvenir shops.
The all inclusive drinks were fine (I'm not bothered whether I drink labelled vodka or their own) & the alcoholic and non alcoholic all inclusive cocktails were pretty decent.
The evening entertainment went down well with everyone and the bars were always busy, with a bit of a queue but it didn't take long to get served.
The ice cream shop was good too and although it wasn't covered in the all inclusive was relatively cheap. €3 per scoop but they were quite large scoops.
All in all, we had a fab holiday and would definitely go back here again, but for longer next time.

Amazing massage with Mariana, totally fully relaxed. Very professional service and good quality service for a very good price. Would recommend coking to the spa when you stay here. Staff are friendly and polite and spa has a relaxing feel and very clean too.

Visited the resort after several years again, primarily because of the great beach right in front of the place. It is a wonderful place for summer holidays with everything in one place service. This time we also enjoyed great massage in hotel’s spa. Very relaxing experience in Elizabeth´s gentle hands.
