We have enjoyed this place a lot. Is clean and with very nice atmosphere. Worth to say that there are many "levels" of this hotel we have stayed in more distant one for adults only. The other parts did not appeal to us the same way.

Our stay at Sandy Villas was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.
We specifically booked and paid for a 5-star adults-only resort expecting peace, relaxation, quality service, and a premium dining experience. Unfortunately, Sandy Villas delivered none of this.
The biggest issue is that the hotel is advertised as an adults-only luxury resort, yet guests are required to use facilities shared with the neighboring family resort. This means large numbers of children, constant noise, crowded common areas, and an atmosphere that is the exact opposite of what most people expect when booking an adults-only holiday.
The hotel does not even provide a truly independent resort experience, as meals are served in the neighboring Sandy Beach Resort. The restaurant is overcrowded, noisy, and chaotic, with long queues and a cafeteria-like atmosphere. The food quality is extremely poor and nowhere near what should be expected from a 5-star property. In our opinion, the dining experience is comparable to a budget hotel rather than a luxury resort.
What makes the situation even worse is that the photos shown online create expectations that do not match reality. Many images appear outdated and show facilities, restaurants, and experiences that are either unavailable, closed, or significantly different from what guests actually receive. The gap between the marketing and the real experience is enormous.
Had we known the true situation before booking, we would never have chosen this hotel. We feel that the adults-only and luxury branding is highly misleading and does not accurately represent the actual guest experience.
For the price charged, this hotel offers extremely poor value for money. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and misled.
We would not return and would strongly advise future guests to research carefully before booking.

We recently stayed at Sandy Villas in Aghios Georgios, Corfu, and while there were some genuinely lovely aspects to our stay, there were also a few disappointing points that are worth mentioning for future guests.
Starting with the positives, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The food was also a highlight, with a good variety and very tasty options at the main buffet. The setting itself is beautiful, the beach is stunning and easily one of the best parts of the resort, and the outdoor pools are well-maintained, clean, and plentiful, giving you lots of choice for relaxing.
We also had massages at the spa and a couples photoshoot during our stay, both of which were enjoyable experiences and added something special to the holiday. However, both were provided by third-party companies based at the hotel rather than by the hotel itself, and both were quite expensive. While we still enjoyed them, it was another example of extras that were not actually included despite the overall all-inclusive impression.
However, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. On arrival, we had to switch rooms because the first room we were given had no WiFi connection, despite all rooms being advertised as including free WiFi. This was disappointing and not the smoothest start to our stay.
Another major issue was with the showers in our room. The temperature was extremely unpredictable, constantly switching from very hot to freezing cold without us adjusting anything, which made showering quite uncomfortable.
We were also disappointed with the drinks offering. Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, a large portion of the drinks menu actually comes at an additional cost, which wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand and felt misleading.
Finally, the dining policy felt restrictive and not very transparent. Guests staying for five nights are only able to dine at the main buffet restaurant, while access to the à la carte restaurants (such as the Mediterranean or Gyros options) costs an extra €25 per person. This is included for guests staying seven nights or more, but this distinction was not clearly explained at the time of booking. To add to this, when we asked to make a reservation for the Gyros restaurant, we were told that it does not open until 1st May. This had not been disclosed at check-in, nor were the opening dates included in the resort leaflet/map we were given. Needless to say, this was very disappointing and left us feeling like our options were even more limited.
Overall, this resort has a lot of potential, with beautiful surroundings, great food, and excellent staff. However, some of the facilities and policies don’t quite align with what you would expect from a five-star, all-inclusive experience. With a few improvements and clearer communication, it could be a much stronger offering.

Below average food, honestly great place to lose weight as the food is so dull. Zero effort so uncreative. Plastic cups that taste like the last person’s drink. Showers by the pools barely work. Honestly I could go on. With some effort this could be an amazing resort but it isn’t!

Cant fault! Amazing beautiful place with lots to do and shops on your doorstep. Would stay again thank you! If only room service was available 😫
