Just home from a week at the Mythos, my overall opinion is it's ok but I won't be returning.
Rooms, pool area etc were all fine, but were not what I would call a higher end hotel. I think it is probably too big for what it wants to be.
Food and drink wise it is what it is from a cattle market all inclusive, it wasn't above or below what I expected. There was a good choice of food at each meal. We tended to lunch at the pool/beach bar which is table/menu service so felt a little bit more personal.
As reported the beach is a little rocky under foot but well worth the discomfort if u forget your swim shoes, as it is warm with great visibility.
Staff - they all work very hard, but seem to be understaffed which does cause delays and forgetfulness.
Tips-
Partial sea view room get the evening sun. Sea views get the morning sun. So take your pick.
Pools - Beach pool was quieter than others.
Sea shoes and snorkel a must.
Lunch at the beach bar
Dinner on the outside terrace at the main restaurant, it is quieter and less canteen like.
Cocktails - try them all 🤪

Bit of a mixed bag overall.
Hotel was very clean and the room was lovely with a great view. Pool area was nice, clean, and the sun loungers were actually comfortable for once. The setting is pretty and secluded, which we liked. Staff were generally friendly, especially Poppy the maid who was genuinely lovely. Olea lunch (included in all-inclusive) was decent, and there’s a restaurant just down the road that we ended up eating at 3 out of 7 nights because the food was much better and the staff were great.
Breakfast buffet was… fine. Nothing to write home about.
Now the bad bits.
Wasps. Everywhere. Constantly. Honestly ridiculous.
Dinner buffet was awful, and the “free” evening meal at Olea was poor too. All-inclusive drinks were low quality and inconsistent – what was included seemed to depend on which bar you went to (even cocktails like a mango daiquiri weren’t always included). Staff were friendly but not very informative, and having lots of staff didn’t really mean better service. We were told our suitcases would be taken to the room, then they weren’t, and we had to do it ourselves while staff sat around.
Our door lock was broken when we arrived (maintenance fixed it quickly), but why give out a room with a broken door in the first place? Entertainment info was also inaccurate – advertised acts didn’t show up. And the “Serenity” quiet pool playing music on Friday only was a bit of a strange choice.
Good weather helped (can’t really give them credit for that, but still).
Overall, some nice touches and a clean hotel, but the food, all-inclusive setup, and organisation really let it down. Could be much better with a few fixes.

We came here for our honeymoon and cannot fault our stay. The location is a bit remote hence being an adult only resort but the views you get are amazing. Cannot fault our hotel room thoroughly cleaned each morning.
Having their own private beach was excellent, great views and total relaxation the guy in the hut was brilliant only downside was guests still try to reserve sunbeds and don't appear for hours which I think is totally unfair.
There are 4 outdoor infinity pools the one by the beach was our favourite as it was so quiet and the views were stunning.
Food...the restaurant was good for breakfast but found lunch and dinner was a bit repetitive and didn't settle well on our stomachs. We tried the restaurant by the beach and couldn't fault the food it was cooked fresh and was lovely. The hotel also gave us a complimentary greek meal their on our last evening and couldn't fault that either.
The roof top bar was a personal favourite of ours the entertainment was mixed bit did great cocktails.
You can book excursions at the hotel but just past the beach restaurant is a independent tour operator who are very friendly and prices are very reasonable We booked two trips through them.
Overall it is a nice hotel, we got the relaxation we needed and had a great honeymoon, I'd probably rate the hotel a 4 star as apposed to a 5 star

Fantastic resort. We spent 8 days at the Mythos Palace Resort in Corfu and had a wonderful time. Our room with it's own plunge pool was spacious and beautiful. Our room was set in a quiet position near the main hotel building and the beach, a perfect location. The food in all the restaurants was very good quality with lots of choice. Also there were plenty of cocktails, beers and spirits to choose from. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The private beach is just 2 mins walk away. I recommend you hire one of the nearby motorboats for the day and cruise along the coast. The entertainment was good. A lovely place for adults to relax in comfort. We were made to feel so welcome here. Highly recommended.

Just to start with this is not a 4 star hotel. Upon arriving we checked in. Reception staff were nice and friendly. Staff took our cases to our room for us.
The room was really nice and very clean. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
The food in the Zoe restaurant was the same each day. Lots of choice but the same choice. Some staff in the restaurant were friendly. Others not as helpful.
Pool areas were amazing. The sun lounges were so comfortable.
The beach was the best place to go. It’s stones not sand but it’s so peaceful down there. The sea was warm and you can see the fish swimming about. Don’t forget to take your goggles an amazing experience.
The site itself is steep but you can get the golf carts to run you around. The wasps in the day are a nightmare and the mosquitoes 100% eat better then we did. I was bitten 9 times in the 7 days we were there and that was with using repellent. Some people were covered in bites.
I would not stay here again but that’s just my opinion.
