This is a great hotel in a peaceful location but in easy walking distance to PB resort.
The family room we stayed in was perhaps not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, but it was still very comfortable, clean and spacious. The balcony was enormous!
The pool areas were well maintained with sufficient loungers and parasols for everyone at most times of day (early July).
We stayed on AI basis and the food was amazing. Great variety and fantastic quality ingredients. Something for everyone. I really didn't miss going out for meals at all, which is testament to the quality of the hotel restaurant offering.
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We did have a couple of issues with our bathroom, but these were dealt with straight away, and very efficiently. The bar and restaurant personnel were superb, nothing too much trouble. Many thanks to Carlos who brought a special flourish to our evening meals.
This is a great hotel offering a really relaxing holiday experience. I would heartily recommend it and can't wait to go back.

Just had a spectacular week at the Lanzarote Park and it's been fabulous. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms are very clean and spacious and house keeping is excellent. The reception smells absolutely divine, is very clean and inviting. Bar and waiting staff work incredibly hard and you are NEVER without a drink in Yr hand. The food is great with good choices and lots of them. The steak is cooked freshly and to yr liking and is delicious.
This was our first visit to this hotel and we will definitely be returning for another stay. Thank you to each and every member of staff for such a fabulous holiday.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff at the Star Prestige bar they truly made our stay special. The quality of the food and drinks throughout the hotel was excellent, and the overall layout of the hotel is well thought out.
The Star Prestige area is a real plus. It offers a more relaxed and exclusive atmosphere, which we really appreciated. The live music shows in the evening were also a great touch and added a lot to the experience.
The only downside was that the bathroom in the room didn’t have doors, which can be a bit inconvenient if you value privacy. However, this was just a small issue in an otherwise great stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Bar service was top tier! However there needs to be more sun beds and people not to reserve before the pool opens. The restaurant we rarely had someone greet us and show us to a table. However this being said this hotel has been fantastic and I will definitely return!! Star prestige was the added extra that made a lot of difference. It was nice to relax without children. However we did see children wondering round with their parents which does not seem right as it’s adults only!! Wristbands should be checked to ensure only stat prestige people are in this area. Staff were kind and very lovely. But the stat prestige plane staff outdid themselves every time!!

Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are great, location is wonderful and breakfast is amazing. The one thing that dropped this down from a five star to a four star was the situation with the outside space. We were a party of six with 5 over 18s and one person who was 17 which meant that we couldn't access the adults pool side area. The adults poolside area is very nice and chilled out whereas the other area is too crammed with people and loud with music playing all the time. It would have been nice to have been able to access a more chilled out area.
