We have just got back from a family holiday to Lanzarote Park for Christmas. We had such a wonderful time.
The Christmas Day feast was absolutely incredible! There were so many incredible dishes to try.
The staff were all so friendly and always on hand to help. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety.
Kids club was excellent and well varied for different ages. Our son particularly loved the football pitch and spent many hours playing on it.
Our family room was comfortable and house keeping kept it immaculate.
One thing I think could make the stay even better, is if you had proper yoga and pilates instructors for the classes. I did one class, and the standard was very poor, it certainly wasn’t a proper yoga class. It was taken by one of the entertainment staff who unfortunately had absolutely idea about yoga. I think for a five star resort you could do better on that front.
We will 100% be back in the future for sure ❤️

We stayed in the star prestige adults only section of the hotel on the all inclusive board basis. This was the second time we have stayed here and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco in our room with a note to welcome us back and thank us as returning guests. We were also gifted a reusable, thermal water bottle and and a shawl to keep warm on the cooler evenings, which was a lovely and unexpected surprise.
The staff are fabulous -all very friendly, happy and personable, from the cleaners, catering staff, entertainment staff and bar staff alike. They are all very engaging, in a friendly way, throughout the whole hotel, not just in star prestige. Yuneil remembered us from our previous stay, which I thought was impressive given the number of guests he must serve day in day out.
We stayed in room 3031 which is a corner suite - the perfect location on the ground floor, with a large wrap around terrace opening up to the pool on one side and the pool bar on the other. We spent a lot of time sun bathing during the day here and enjoying the entertainment throughout the day and evening. The bar staff even offer table service to our terrace due to its location! They are just great!
The choice and quality of food for meals and snacks is also fantastic. Plenty of options and variations of international cuisines from one day to the next and always something to suit everybody.
As I say, this is our second stay and I’m sure we’ll be returning again!

Excellent hotel overall with superb staff and service
We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was excellent! The Mirador snack bar has great lunch options too, a little on the pricey side but tasty and the kids enjoyed them too!
The kids pools were great and it being January wasn't too busy, could be very crowded in peak season!
Within walking of some great bats and restaurants and ticks all the boxes for families looking for top level service and some luxury !
Only dropped a star for the rooms as they are in need of modernisation (which is coming in 2026)
Overall Highly recommended

We visited Iberostar at the end of November 2025, travelling as a multigenerational family — from young kids to seniors. Our goal was to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday, enjoy some sunshine, and spend time swimming and relaxing.
The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Its location is perfect, views from the room stunning and the entertainment program was excellent — exactly as shown in the pictures and described on the website.
But the one thing you can’t see in pictures is just how incredible the staff are, and how delicious the food is. The team truly went above and beyond to bring all my ideas to life and make my mum’s birthday absolutely unforgettable. Their attention to detail, kindness, and enthusiasm exceeded all our expectations.
A special thank you to Alfonso and his team, who made every moment feel personal and memorable. Their efforts meant the world to us.
And the food… honestly, it was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel — fresh, varied, and consistently wonderful.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for families, celebrations, and anyone looking for exceptional service in a stunning setting.

We are currently staying here. We are a family with a disabled parent in a wheelchair who is also severely visually impaired and we have a 6 year old daughter. We paid the little extra for a priority location and it's worth it if you can afford it.
Thankfully there are plenty of lifts at this hotel so getting up and down for food isn't a problem and the food is your standard canary island fare.
Yes there can be ants but you have to be careful not taking food and drinks to your room and making a mess. Our room has been cleaned 2 times a day sometimes.
Drinks are nice, the staff are nice, location is nice, English people are more than welcome here. We have incurred no extra hidden charges. The mini bar is filled daily.
It was my wife's birthday on our second day and they brought a bottle of champagne on ice to our room with a lovely note thanking us for choosing their hotel.
Location is a bit difficult in a wheelchair, we couldn't access the beach or get to the harbour properly as the front wheels kept buckling over the uneven floor. This is not down to the hotel, but something to be mindful of if you are a disabled guest who wants to check out the area. There are scooters for hire at the front of the hotel but not suitable for us as my wife can't see very well.
The animation is good for little kids but a bit babyish for our daughter, although she enjoyed meeting the hotel mascot.
The only concern we have is the lack of support from the Jet2 rep, she was as much use as a chocolate teapot. There was an issue with our booking and the private transfer and it's been left to us to make all the phone calls back home and arrange return to the airport.
We have enjoyed our stay immensely and do not want to leave, especially as it's snowing badly back home in the UK.
