I had a week here with my mam and we loved the hotel. We enjoyed the food and drinks. Our room was cleaned everyday and the lady that cleaned our room was lovely. The room itself was fairly big and there was a couple of chips off the bath which didn’t affect our holiday, neither did decor which a lot of people have commented on. It was lovely and clean! The majority of the staff were really friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Oh my word. My wife booked this place last minute for a half term break with my kids. It was really last minute so options were limited. Seemed to tick the box - swimming pool and the likes. Either that or she has a greater sense of humour than I thought.
We knew we were at the end of the airport runway so can’t complain about the noise. The hotel though had so many rules that are just nonsense. No one allowed in the pool before 10am sharp is one they really do impose with some energy. It’s hilarious watching self important keepers of the rules scream at any 9 year old that dares to wet a toe before the curfew. Also - not towels to be left on loungers. I guess all the cloth items on every lounger from 7am were probably blankets. Or maybe they couldn’t give a toss for that rule.
The food halls are a shambles. Food hygiene seems to be optional. I queued in front of the guy drying eggs in a vain attempt to get a fresh one. I got shouted at louder than I would have if I’d jumped in the pool at 0957. Finding a table that was clean was equitable to finding a sun-lounger without a cloth item on it.
The rooms are so tired. They look like an 80s sitcom studio set. The air con was great - if ever you missed the sound of the aeroplanes, you could just turn on the air con for the same effect.
We left after two nights - it took us that time to find something else. I didn’t ask for a refund as I didn’t want to waste my energy and holiday arguing with Love Holidays. It seemed futile as they’d sold this package in the full knowledge that this place is a dive. A 4 star dive apparently.
I share some images and videos for comedic value as much as anything. My favourite would be the lone sausage on the football floor that sat there for around an hour without anyone clearing it away. I include the safe photo as they wanted €25 for the use of this. I think that’s so the cockroaches don’t eat your passport.

Great Location and it with a few million face lift would be exceptional hotel, but there is just too much maintenance that needs doing. We had a good holiday but it was inspite of the hotel. Food was just about passable, drinks poor. Service from the teams was good and our room was cleaned everyday which was good. Ours was a short stay but if I had to stay longer it would not be an acceptable hotel due to maintenance issues.

The spa is definitely worth a visit if you're a guest at the hotel or just in the area since it's open to everyone. They have various jet options in the pool that will work every part of your body. The Jacuzzi is big enough for a few couples. The steam room looks really cool with the tiling and purple ceiling and the sauna works brilliantly. Really relaxing experience. Very happy I visited.

Hi, we revisited the Beatriz Playa and Spas, our first time since COVID. This is probably our 15th visit, all inclusive. The reception staff, were very professional and extremely helpful.
The room was as it was many years ago and could certainly do with modernisation . However, it was comfortable and cleaned daily. There was an abundance of hot water and clean towels as requested.
The dining room hadn’t changed a bit, but Lucas and his team, were attentive and moving about like ants, clearing and resetting tables, for the next guests. This time round I did not see the No1 or No2 chefs, in their smart uniforms , carrying out inspections. This always gave a very reassuring appearance in the dining room.
Good was plentiful , pork, chicken and various fish dishes, available.
There was also a good spread of salads, vegetables and pastas available .
I missed seeing the chefs , standing carving various specialities in the actual restaurant, but on some evenings a chef, did carve behind, the serving counter.
The animation team were first class, putting a lot of effort into daily activities and evening mini discos, for the children — and of course TAPI. I was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase Tapi soft toys, for my grand children, from reception , as before .
Overall a very pleasant experience , and we will be returning in the future.
