First time I have been here. The site is lovely, clean and the staff are very friendly. Food is lovely. I must admit, what a legend Miguel, the best bar person in Gran Canaria.
I must say, the Annination team are absolutely amazing, all of them, expecially Nacho, Paula and Grimi. I would definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel in Maspalomas for a week, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the surrounding area is beautiful. I especially loved that as soon as you step out of the bungalow, you’re already surrounded by a lovely environment.
We stayed in an older, not yet renovated bungalow. It definitely needs an update, but it was spacious and served its purpose, and we were aware of its condition beforehand. Daily cleaning could be more precise, though.
We visited during Pride, and it would be great if the hotel could consider extending breakfast hours to at least 11:30 to better meet guests’ needs during this period. At dinner, I didn’t like that we had to pay for water. In my opinion, water should be included in the price when staying on half board. When I asked, I was told tap water wasn’t drinkable, yet there was a water dispenser available, and tap water on the island is drinkable. When I filled my glass from the dispenser, they wanted to charge me for tap water, which didn’t make sense.
The dessert selection at dinner could also be more varied; everything tasted overly sweet and inexpensive, which doesn’t really match a 4-star standard. Additionally, we encountered cockroaches in the bathroom on a few nights, so more frequent pest control would be appreciated.
If the hotel manages to improve these few points, I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Husband and I had a great time at Miraflor suites, adults section. 18th till 27th December, celebrated my husbands 65th on 22nd and bar staff gave us complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Staff are polite and friendly and so are cleaning staff, room was spotless. We had the suites with the swimming pool. We were breakfast only so can't comment on evening meals. Plenty restaurants at Yumbo centre. Yes we will be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our holiday.
The bungalows were very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels changed every day. The hotel territory is also extremely well maintained — very clean, lots of greenery everywhere, and many relaxing areas with sun loungers.
There is a nice children’s playground with sand, which was great for kids. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their job — everything was well organised and smooth.
The food was varied and delicious, with something for every taste, so everyone can easily find dishes they enjoy. The animators did a great job entertaining the children and keeping them engaged.
One big advantage was the heated swimming pool. We stayed in December and were lucky with the weather — during the day it was around 27–28°C, but in the evening it became cooler at the beach, so we happily spent more time swimming in the heated pool at the hotel.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I am currently staying at the hotel and I would like to share some feedback. The room service and cleanliness need serious improvement. The room is not being properly cleaned, dishes are left dirty and put back without washing, and the floors are not mopped correctly. It feels like basic hygiene standards are not being met.
In addition, the evening shows are very weak and not engaging. The entertainment feels low quality, the animators are not present every day, and there are no interesting activities planned. For a hotel of this level, I expected a better experience.
If you are a family with children, there is very little space for personal items, and in the bathroom you can’t even put your toiletry bag anywhere.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I truly believe the hotel has potential, but these issues should be addressed.
