We had a lovely week stay the new white bungalows were very comfortable and nicely equipped.
We don’t really drink, so I can’t vouch for the cocktails or measurements should anyone be interested.
The staff at reception were very helpful, the buffet was nice and always well replenished.
There was a variety of food we never struggled to find something we enjoyed that includes two very fussy children.
The staff in the buffet work hard, they are all very lovely but one staff member called Eloy stood out the most he gave us some lovely ideas of places to visit he was always smiling asking us how our day was he was lovely to the children which I feel goes a long way a happy person on your holiday makes you feel relaxed and welcome as you should.
We had great weather in April it was 25+ from speaking to staff it’s always nice and hot through what is winter in England.
The hotel surroundings were well maintained everything was very clean. One pool was heated and the other not.
The heated pool did require some refurbishment but it didn’t affect anyone using it. I think some reviews are unfair.
The splash park is pretty cool for small children no older than 6 yrs I would say. Plenty of sun beds, free ping pong but other games pool and air hockey was a euro.
The entertainment was good if you enjoy that sort of thing mini disco , acts and singers it all finished by 11pm as does the bar which is a good thing as the site is small again that’s what we liked it wasn’t big and it didn’t feel over run.
The beach and shops are all a short walk but taxi are super cheap too, most taxis were 8 euros even to the water park.
It’s defo worth a visit would 100% do another stay.

We stayed here for 5 days recently on an all-inclusive basis.
We arrived late in the evening and were checked in by a security guard. The bungalow we were given was very outdated and had a strong smell, as if a large amount of pest spray had been used. The cleanliness was also questionable — we found hair behind the bathroom door and sand on the toilet seat.
We went to the bar to get at least some water, as there was nothing in the fridge. The bartender was quite rude and insisted we had to pay for drinks after 22:30. This was confusing, as it didn’t feel consistent with an all-inclusive package. We were then directed to where water and a very limited selection of food had been left out.
When we returned to the bungalow, we found cockroaches. At that point, we went back to reception. As no alternative room was available immediately, we had to stay there overnight, during which the security guard kindly dealt with the cockroaches.
The next day we requested an upgrade, although the price initially offered was extremely high. We negotiated and were eventually moved to a upgraded bungalow with a private pool, which felt like a completely different experience — modern, clean, spacious, and free of any issues.
However, there was still confusion around the all-inclusive package. With our wristband, we could only get drinks from the main bar and not the pool bar near our accommodation. We also met another couple with gold wristbands who were unable to get cocktails at the private pool bar because they had run out of ingredients such as mint for mojitos.
We were initially told that upgrading from a blue to a gold wristband would cost €25 per person a day (€100 for 2 days) but later learned from other guests that the actual cost was €10 per person per day.
We were also informed that we could use the sister hotel across the road for breakfast and lunch, but later found out that only breakfast was included, and there was confusion about dinner charges, which thankfully was eventually resolved by the receptionist.
Overall, I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts before, but I have never experienced this level of inconsistency.
The food was fairly repetitive and average, and the bartender Miguel was quite rude at times, especially as there was little clear communication about how the all-inclusive system worked. However, most of the staff were very kind and helpful — particularly the security guard on our first night.
It’s a shame, as the resort has a lot of potential. The entertainment team and evening events were excellent, and the cleaning staff around the private pool area were also very good. With better organisation and consistency, it could be a really lovely place.

First time I have been here. The site is lovely, clean and the staff are very friendly. Food is lovely. I must admit, what a legend Miguel, the best bar person in Gran Canaria.
I must say, the Annination team are absolutely amazing, all of them, expecially Nacho, Paula and Grimi. I would definitely return.

We stayed at the miraflor suites bungalows around Christmas 2025 for 14 days, and were delighted with the whole experience. We took all inclusive for the convenience and also had family visiting so got a second bungalow as well. The staff has been very helpful throughout our stay , and the food, animations and overall experience was amazing.
The highlight has really been all the activities throughout the the stay , from Pilates, yoga, aqua gym, daily activities for the kids , Christmas dinner, concerts , shows and more ! We really felt like the 14 days flew by.
Would definitely repeat , probably even this year.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our holiday.
The bungalows were very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels changed every day. The hotel territory is also extremely well maintained — very clean, lots of greenery everywhere, and many relaxing areas with sun loungers.
There is a nice children’s playground with sand, which was great for kids. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their job — everything was well organised and smooth.
The food was varied and delicious, with something for every taste, so everyone can easily find dishes they enjoy. The animators did a great job entertaining the children and keeping them engaged.
One big advantage was the heated swimming pool. We stayed in December and were lucky with the weather — during the day it was around 27–28°C, but in the evening it became cooler at the beach, so we happily spent more time swimming in the heated pool at the hotel.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
