I stayed at this hotel in Maspalomas for a week, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly, and the surrounding area is beautiful. I especially loved that as soon as you step out of the bungalow, you’re already surrounded by a lovely environment.
We stayed in an older, not yet renovated bungalow. It definitely needs an update, but it was spacious and served its purpose, and we were aware of its condition beforehand. Daily cleaning could be more precise, though.
We visited during Pride, and it would be great if the hotel could consider extending breakfast hours to at least 11:30 to better meet guests’ needs during this period. At dinner, I didn’t like that we had to pay for water. In my opinion, water should be included in the price when staying on half board. When I asked, I was told tap water wasn’t drinkable, yet there was a water dispenser available, and tap water on the island is drinkable. When I filled my glass from the dispenser, they wanted to charge me for tap water, which didn’t make sense.
The dessert selection at dinner could also be more varied; everything tasted overly sweet and inexpensive, which doesn’t really match a 4-star standard. Additionally, we encountered cockroaches in the bathroom on a few nights, so more frequent pest control would be appreciated.
If the hotel manages to improve these few points, I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

We had an older bungalow, which didn't feel like 4*, there was a weird smell in the bathroom and in the beginning warm water was just orange. It was spacious enough though.
The pools could need an upgrade, the bottom of the pools is quite damaged (it's peeling off).
The food was nice for an all inclusive. Also the shuttle bus to the beach was nice.
The entertainment was very lovely, we enjoyed the activities and the people.

Very enjoyable holiday, bungalows were lovely with good aircon and smart tv. Reception staff extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was good. Pool area fantastic with plenty of sun beds and parasols. Excellent entertainment team, Nacho and Gustavo were so much fun and involved everyone in the activities, they made our holiday so much more fun. Would definitely book again

We came home from Miraflor suites yesterday. We stayed in the superior bungalow which was excellent. Very clean. Modern. 2 huge tv’s one in lounge, one in bedroom. Comfy beds & pillows. Air con in both rooms which was so quiet you could sleep with it on. Fridge, kettle, cups, tea & coffee which was not replaced when run out but we took our own anyway. Super bathroom with good shower & large mirror on the wall, hairdryer which is a bonus!
Lovely well kept gardens. Patio chairs, table, sun umbrella & 2 comfy loungers. The highlight for me was the 3 peacocks that visited us everyday. So tame that they took food from your hand. The wood pigeon’s are also tame & join you if your having a snack on the patio. You can really chill out on your patio away from any music or games.
The 3 pools are fantastic & kept clean. Although the bottom of them could do with a repaint.
Plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas & tables around the pools. No need to reserve them.
Food is plentiful & you will always find something you like. All staff are very nice & helpful except for one member who made me very uncomfortable on my first day by marching over to me & pointing out I was wearing a half board wristband & demanded I pay for the water I was drinking ( I don’t drink alcohol or fizzy juice) I only drink water with meals. People were staring at me & I felt like a naughty school child although I am 65 years old. It was so embarrassing. I think he was the manager of the restaurant, his name is Sacha & strutted around like he owned the place!
He made a beeline for me the very next day asking if I wanted to buy a drink. I did not. My husband who was full board was getting annoyed by his demeanour. He actually spoiled my holiday & is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. He created an atmosphere at mealtimes.
When it was his day off every member of staff seemed more relaxed & so was I. You could feel the change of atmosphere in the air. I wasn’t the only guest to mention this & a few had negative reactions to him but that’s for them to say.
Over all it is a beautiful relaxed complex with more positives than negatives but unfortunately I wouldn’t return.

We had a superior bungalow and it was lovely and clean. Big shower and working air con. All the staff were very friendly and the pools are well maintained. We will definitely be coming back. The entertainment staff for around the pool and getting the children involved were fantastic. Nacho I believe the guy was called and he was great with everyone not just the children. Good food too.
I also have severe allergies and the staff were incredible at accommodating me and my needs.
