Highly recommend this hotel! We are family of 4 with 2 children and really enjoyed our holiday here.
Rooms - newly refurbished, fresh, spacious, comfy beds, fridge.
Grounds - beautifully landscaped centred around the pools with everything very close.
Pool - spacious clean and heated.
Food - 1/2 board breakfast and dinner with everything you can imagine on offer. Plenty of chefs cooking on display so the food is hot and fresh.
Staff - incredibly helpful throughout couldn’t have done any more. Our children adored the animation team who worked hard all day and always smiling.
Entertainment - different everynight and not too loud / too late. Our children loved the circus act.
Transport - bus stops outside the hotel or hotel will call a taxi which arrives immediately. Transport is recommended to get to a beach / town.
Great place!

We’re currently half way through a week stay at the hotel and having the best time. We’re a family of 4, 2 kids age 5 and 7.
The food is the best we’ve had at an all inclusive - there’s so much variety and the food that’s out is decent quality.
The animation team are great, they’re super friendly and full of energy and have a good mix of things organised through the day.
The only negative I’d say is firstly the restrictions with what floats can be used in the pool - I don’t see the need for this to be so strict. Some lifeguards don’t seem as fussed about implementing this ad others do seems to be your luck who’s on.
The mini disco is very much directed for little toddlers, even our just turning 5 year old says it’s for ‘baby’s’ and it’s outside in the garden which is different from
Other mini discos we’ve been to that is great fun for their age.
I feel there’s maybe a little something lacking for my kids age group - the wee tots are living their best life here tho and if I had a younger one I’d run back here.

ARRIVAL
We arrived at around 1am after a long journey and were disappointed with the welcome we received. There was no assistance offered with our luggage or help getting to our room. We were also surprised to find that bottled water was not included as part of the all-inclusive package.
We were left to carry our own bags, while also trying to manage two very tired children, and were given only small paper cups of water. We then had to find our room ourselves in the dark. After such a late arrival, this was not the welcome we expected from a 4-star all-inclusive resort.
ROOMS
The rooms are fairly average and, despite being advertised as having a mini bar, ours was not stocked at all. When we asked reception about this, we felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.
On a positive note, the housekeeping service is very good. Our room was cleaned daily, with the beds made, towels changed and bins emptied.
TOWELS
A €10 deposit is required for each pool towel. However, what Jet2 does not make clear is that you are then charged €1 every time you want to exchange a towel.
For an all-inclusive holiday, we found this disappointing, as these additional charges are not something you would expect.
FOOD & DRINKS
The food is generally very good and there is a reasonable variety. However, after a week it does become quite repetitive, with pizza, pasta, salads and themed evenings featuring regularly.
We were also surprised that there was no specific children's food option. With the resort being family-orientated, we feel this is an area that could be improved.
ENTERTAINMENT
The evening entertainment was probably one of the biggest disappointments for us. We watched one show on our first evening, but after that there was very little to do.
There is no children's mini disco, which we would have expected at a 4-star family resort. With nowhere else to really go in the evenings, the nights quickly became quite boring, particularly when travelling with children.
POOLS
The daytime pool entertainment is very good. There is a good range of activities and sports to get involved in, which kept us entertained during the day.
However, the pools remain open very late, sometimes until around 8pm, and there doesn't appear to be a clearly communicated closing time. In our experience, most 4- or 5-star resorts would close their pools earlier in the evening.
BAR & EVENINGS
Another major disappointment is the lack of a proper all-inclusive bar where guests can sit and relax in the evening. The bar in reception is payment-only, so there isn't really a main all-inclusive bar area for guests to socialise in.
There was also no live music or other entertainment to create much atmosphere in the evenings. Combined with the limited evening entertainment, this made the nights feel very quiet and, ultimately, quite boring.
WOULD WE RETURN?
Quite simply, no.
The hotel is very clean, the housekeeping is excellent, the daytime pool activities are good and the food is generally enjoyable. However, there are too many areas that fall short of what we would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive family resort.
The lack of evening entertainment, no children's mini disco, limited evening facilities, additional charges for pool towel changes, unstocked mini bar and disappointing arrival experience all contributed to our decision that we would not return.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The food was very good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff truly stood out for their kindness and professionalism.
We especially appreciated the late check-out option—they kindly allowed us to use the room to shower and enjoy the facilities a bit longer, which made a big difference to our experience.
A special thank you to Bojana, who took the time to speak with us and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay.
Thank you again—we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Honestly, do not hesitate to book! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. As a group of 2 families we were so impressed. Nothing was too much bother. The grounds are beautiful and so well looked after. Every morning as the sun comes up all the workers are busy resetting the hotel for the day ahead.
The rooms are big, modern, clean and all beautifully laid out within the grounds too. The cleaning each day is thorough and all the staff were very polite and friendly.
The food! Wow! The best buffet style meals we’ve had on holiday. Each area within the restaurant immaculately laid out, nothing was ever empty and the food is top quality. There is something for everyone and the different themes each night were great! Some even included a performance!
A bus stop close by that connects you to all the local towns and attractions. Maspalomas just a walk away.
The pool was amazing and warm! The entertainment team worked so hard too and kept everyone entertained.
The on site non all inclusive bar makes amazing cocktails too, with lovely friendly staff.
Thankyou for our amazing holiday!
*The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room so I could watch the beautiful sun rise each morning with a cuppa in hand ☺️
